The sexual energy blend of ingredients contains taurine, caffeine, and glucuronolactone, forming a team of synergistic elements to keep you energetic and support endurance.

The website does include pertinent information about the ingredients in Ferminite and also has an FAQ page. It says to take 1 or 2 tablets of Firminite and drop them into a glass of water or the beverage of your choice. Let the tablets dissolve and drink the beverage. This, then, seems to be the secret to their fast acting absorption technology. You should expect results in 24 minutes and effects can last for 3 days.
