They talk about increases in sex drive so that means herbal aphrodisiacs, like maybe Maca or Muira Puama.
They talk about energy, so that means maybe some kind of caffeine.
They talk about testosterone, so that might mean Tribulus Terrestris.
But in the end, we really don’t know what’s in LongXXX at all.
The recommended dose is 2 LongXXX capsules per day.

- It promises penis enlargement which just isn’t really possible from a pill.
