optimum nutrition creatine reviewWe all know that creatine is an absolute must when looking to increase the power of your pumps, the endurance and strength of your muscles, and the ability of your muscle tissues to recover after an intense workout, but finding a great creatine supplement can be hard.

Many companies include a variety of ingredients designed to stimulate the body or to provide certain effects, but the safety and long term effects of these additives is often unknown.

Optimum Nutrition Creatine caps are comprised of pure creatine monohydrate powder without the need for various additives.

This is certainly different from most of what is out there, so we will take a look to see if the product is worth recommending.

How Optimum Nutrition Creatine Works

When we say that Optimum Nutrition Creatine is 100% pure creatine monohydrate, we mean it.

The ingredient itself is pure, and it is the only active ingredient in the product.

You can purchase flavored versions that include flavoring and colors, but the unflavored version is pure creatine.

It is designed to be both tasteless and odorless, which anyone who has ever tried a creatine supplement before can attest is certainly something worth mentioning.

The product is available through a variety of online websites, including Amazon, where it is actually rather affordable.

User Reviews

Before recommending any product we need to know what users think and Optimum Nutrition Creatine likely has some of the best reviews we have ever seen. Almost everyone on Amazon gives the product the full five stars, and the biggest complains are that it doesn’t mix well, although it works incredibly effectively.

Phrases like “I am jacked” and “I can’t stop looking in the mirror” are not uncommon, and many professional lifters have taken the time to write out very detailed reviews of just how and why the product is so effective.

Recommendation

Optimum Nutrition Creatine is a product that is very easy to recommend. While it’s not the best creatine on the market, it offers pure ingredients without fillers and technology altered additives and has absolutely stellar reviews in massive quantities.

For people looking to get the ultimate boost to their workout without the need for stimulants and without the risk of side effects, Optimum Nutrition Creatine seems like a perfect option, especially when you consider that it is one of the only tasteless and odorless creatine products on the market today.

Finding a great creatine supplement can be hard, but this product makes it much easier.

  1. Hey Rob,
Are there any side effects of creatine? I’ve read many articles on net that it damages our liver.

    Is this true?
    1. Hey,

As long as you have a healthy liver to start, there’s no evidence that short term creatine use causes any problems for the liver. Long term use (more than 6 months) is not recommended.
