Stimilex Overview

I’m going to share with you something that happens relatively frequently around here that I thought you should know about.

A reader recently asked me to look into and review a male enhancement product. Okay, nothing new here. Happens all the time. The product is called Stimilex.

Once I started looking for information on this product, it became clear that this is yet another “Case of the Disappearing Supplement.”

Here’s how it generally goes.

I start my online research (because that’s almost always where I start), but soon discover that while there is (or at least was) definitely a product called Stimilex out there, there’s very little information to be found.

It also becomes clear that there used to be much more information, but most of it is simply no longer available.

Here’s where I make my preliminary deduction that Stimilex is no longer on the market.

But I go through several more steps first, for the sake of thoroughness.

I never know when one of you guys might stumble across the opportunity to buy and/or use this stuff, so I want to make sure you’re prepared if that’s the case.

Stimilex Claims

What Stimilex claimed to do is help you regain the sexual vitality you once had.

By this, I mean that it would increase your libido, get you to that strong, hard erection state you had when you were young, and help you maintain your erection and your energy to the point where you and your partner are completely satisfied.

Stimilex Ingredients and How They Work

Stimilex does not have an official website (and to the best of my knowledge never did), but third party retail sites that carried the product did list the primary actives.

Included were:

• Yohimbe which increases the amount of blood that rushes to and stays in the penis during the arousal and erection phases.
  
  Yohimbe works, but it has been singled out by the FDA as a potentially dangerous compound, especially with long term use.
• Ginseng which is an herbal aphrodisiac that also increases energy.
• Horny Goat Weed which actually serves both of the purposes listed above.
  
  It improves erectile blood flow and it increases libido.

I could find no indication of the recommended dosage for Stimilex.

Where to Buy

Stimilex is no longer available through the retailers that used to carry it.

In fact, I found not a single distributor for this product.

• It is no longer available to purchase.

Conclusion

The main point of writing this review (beside the fact that we were asked by a reader) is to demonstrate that the male enhancement supplement market is very fluid. Products come and go all the time.

That’s why it’s so important to go with something from a reputable company, and better yet go with something that’s been clinically tested and is backed by a money back guarantee. Stimilexdefinitely did not fit that bill.
