      First off, read through the free ebooks I sent you. They’re packed full of info on diet and exercise tips that will help guide you in the right direction. If you can’t seem to find them let me know and I’ll resend.

      Supplements wise, I would recommend you stack a testosterone booster called Prime Male along with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut.

  1. Hay Rob, I am trying to bulk up but having a hard time. I am 185/190. I don’t no if I am taking in enough calories/ protein.

  2. Can VigRX Plus be taken with Volume pills? If so what is the maximum dose of each supplement that can be taken per day when taking them at the same time? I know on the volume pills box it says you can take up to a maximum of six pills per day. Does that recommended dose change when taking VigRX Plus. Thank you very much for your time.

      There’s no specific dosage recommendation for taking them together. Like with most supplements, it’s okay to experiment to some degree. Start off with half the recommended dose for each. If all goes well, you can raise that up to the normally recommended dose of each.

  3. Hey. I was recommended to your site from a friend. I’m 25 years old 5’10” 290 pounds. I’m looking to get more energy and lose weight. I have never took any supplements before and mostly only do cardio training. Any suggestions?

  4. I am a 56 year old women, 5’6″, 122 pounds. I’ve done P90X, Insanity, cardio, and currently P90X3. I would like to find something to just bulk up a little bit, especially in arms (biceps/triceps).

      For your first goal, sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook, and follow the guidelines for workouts and meals. For your supplements, continue using your protein and add the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. When you want to switch to bulking up, still continue with the protein, and switch to the Crazy Mass Bulking Stack. You’ll also want to increase your caloric intake, lift heavier weight, and limit your cardio.

  8. Hi Rob

    Im 6’3 & 74 kg’s. Have lost about 10 kg’s in last 6 months doing cardio & just push ups/sit ups at home. Im trying to put some weight back on & build strength. I’m about to start a crossfit trial for a month then considering joining a gym after. At the moment I use Cellucor c4 extreme & ON Serious Mass but im not really gaining any weight. Any suggestions are welcome.

      Yeah, there’s always been a bit of confusion about this. When you use it in a stack, you’d want to take 2 of each. But as a standalone product, take 3 per day. The 90 count bottle is designed to last a month.

  10. I’m in my mid 30’s I’m in good health and shape but have been feeling really fatigued lately at work, in the gym, and just want to rest when I’m home. Never have taken supplements before so what stack would you recommend for me?
