  1. I am about to get started working out.its been a while since I have worked out.Do you have any advice for a 67 year old just starting out?
    1. Hey Donnie,
First off, read through the free ebooks I sent you. They’re packed full of info on diet and exercise tips that will help guide you in the right direction. If you can’t seem to find them let me know and I’ll resend.

Supplements wise, I would recommend you stack a testosterone booster called Prime Male along with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut.

The 2 combine very well, and will help to boost your energy, make you stronger, and even help with libido. Here’s my reviews of each:

      Nitrocut –

      Prime Male –

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
  2. Hay Rob, I am trying to bulk up but having a hard time. I am 185/190.

I don’t no if I am taking in enough calories/ protein.
    1. Hey Sean,

Let me know what you’re doing – your diet, your workout, your supplements, your goals – and I’ll recommend something to help.
  3. Can VigRX Plus be taken with Volume pills? If so what is the maximum dose of each supplement that can be taken per day when taking them at the same time? I know on the volume pills box it says you can take up to a maximum of six pills per day. Does that recommended dose change when taking VigRX Plus. Thank you very much for your time.
    1. Hey Matthew,

There’s no specific dosage recommendation for taking them together. Like with most supplements, it’s okay to experiment to some degree.

Start off with half the recommended dose for each. If all goes well, you can raise that up to the normally recommended dose of each.

  4. Hey. I was recommended to your site from a friend.

I’m 25 years old 5’10” 290 pounds. I’m looking to get more energy and lose weight.

I have never took any supplements before and mostly only do cardio training. Any suggestions?

    1. Hey Brad,

    Do you have any recommendations?

Please email me your stack recommendations.

  7. Hey Rob,

I got recommended to check your site out and it seems pretty awesome. Was wondering what you’d recommended for for a guy who’s 5’11’, 185 pounds and 9% body fat looking to get ripped?

I’ve been training for awhile but can’t shed the belly fat. Diet is good so far I think.

  8. Hey rob my name is Ibrahim, my brother actually recommended you to leave you a comment. I’m currently 5 foot 11 inches at 200 pounds, I’m taking at the moment whey 100% gold standard.

My goal is to shred some belly & body fat then start to Bulk. Of you have any suggestions any help that you can offer will be appreciated.

    1. Hey Ibrahim,

For your first goal, sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook, and follow the guidelines for workouts and meals. For your supplements, continue using your protein and add the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. When you want to switch to bulking up, still continue with the protein, and switch to the Crazy Mass Bulking Stack. You’ll also want to increase your caloric intake, lift heavier weight, and limit your cardio.

  9. Hi Rob

Im 6’3 & 74 kg’s. Have lost about 10 kg’s in last 6 months doing cardio & just push ups/sit ups at home.

Im trying to put some weight back on & build strength. I’m about to start a crossfit trial for a month then considering joining a gym after.

At the moment I use Cellucor c4 extreme & ON Serious Mass but im not really gaining any weight. Any suggestions are welcome.

    Cheers Mark
    1. Hey Mark,

Two of the most important factors for putting on muscle weight are eating enough calories and lifting heavy enough weight. For help with both of those, sign up for my free “getting strong” ebook. It’s designed with meal and workout plans for guys who want to put on muscle weight. As for supplements, check out the Crazy Mass Bulking Stack.

    1. Hey Saeed,

It takes a few seconds for it to take you to the correct page, but it seems to be working fine on my end.

    1. Hey Tony,

Strange. It works fine when I try.

What browser are you using? Have you tried it with a different browswer?

  10. Hi can you help sent 2emails to crazymass about tbal75 it states on website take 2 aday but on tub states 3 aday which one is right thanks
    1. Hey Tony,

Yeah, there’s always been a bit of confusion about this. When you use it in a stack, you’d want to take 2 of each.

But as a standalone product, take 3 per day. The 90 count bottle is designed to last a month.

    1. Hey Tony,

There may have been a glitch. It looks like it’s working now.

      Thanks for the heads up.

    1. Hey Sherman,

It’s right here on the page. It starts with asking you to choose male or female.

    1. Hey Shernan,

Once you answer all the questions, it’ll automatically take you to a page talking about stacks that are right for you.

  11. I’m in my mid 30’s I’m in good health and shape but have been feeling really fatigued lately at work, in the gym, and just want to rest when I’m home. Never have taken supplements before so what stack would you recommend for me?

    1. Hey James,

Sounds like you could use a natural testosterone booster like Testofuel. It’s not uncommon at all for guys hitting their mid thirties. And if you want added energy and pump for the gym, check out a pre workout called Nitrocut.
