I discovered Bioinfinity Lab while researching their Retatrutide, and my experience with the company gave me plenty to talk about.

But a useful company review needs to go beyond whether one order arrived quickly or one person liked the results.

What does the business actually sell?

How useful is its testing documentation, and how do its prices and policies stack up?

This Bioinfinity Lab review combines my personal experience with a closer look at the catalog, published research, ordering process, and unanswered questions.

I’ll also explain what studies on individual peptides can tell us, without treating them as proof that a particular seller’s vial is safe or effective.

Who Is Bioinfinity Lab?

Snapshot of the bioinfinity lab homepage.

Bioinfinity Lab now uses the BioInfinity name online, with its older domain redirecting to bioinfinity.co.

The website identifies the business as BioInfinity LLC and lists a Manhattan, New York, address. 1

Its company story emphasizes documentation and consistency.

However, the About page does not provide a detailed founding timeline or name the founder, so I would welcome more background.

Bioinfinity markets laboratory research materials and excludes human and veterinary use in its terms.

It should therefore be evaluated as a research supplier, rather than assumed to operate like a pharmacy or ordinary supplement company. 2

A U.S. address also does not establish where every compound was manufactured.

Domestic fulfillment and manufacturing origin are different questions.

What Does Bioinfinity Lab Sell?

The catalog includes individual peptides, blends, and laboratory supplies.

These are examples of the listed products and quantities, rather than suggested doses. 3

Product Listed sizes Format
Retatrutide / GLP3-R 5, 10, 20, 30 mg Single compound
BPC-157 5, 10 mg Single peptide
TB-500 5, 10 mg Single peptide
GHK-Cu 50 mg Copper peptide
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10 mg total Blend
Glow / KLOW 70 / 80 mg total Blends

With blends, the headline quantity represents the combined ingredients.

A 70 mg blend does not contain 70 mg of each component, so compare the individual amounts before comparing prices.

The broader selection also includes MOTS-c, Semax, and Selank.

That variety may be useful for laboratories comparing different research targets, but I would check current stock and the matching batch report for each item rather than assume that every entry in the testing directory is currently available. 3

What Does Research Say About These Peptides?

This is where independent scientific references matter.

The studies below are indexed in PubMed or available through NIH’s PubMed Central; they investigate compounds, not Bioinfinity’s products.

PubMed hosting makes the research easier to locate; it does not mean NIH endorses Bioinfinity or the products discussed here.

Retatrutide: Human Weight-Loss Research

Retatrutide acts on GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors.

In a randomized phase 2 trial involving 338 adults, the highest-dose group averaged a 24.2% weight reduction at 48 weeks, compared with 2.1% in the placebo group. 4

Those findings help explain the interest, but the study also reported gastrointestinal adverse effects and increases in heart rate.

It did not establish that research vials purchased online are equivalent to the trial medication. 4

Retatrutide remains unapproved.

FDA warns consumers about unapproved GLP-1 products sold under research labels for human use. 5

BPC-157: Laboratory Research on Tendon Cells

BPC-157 often comes up in conversations about recovery.

One laboratory study found increased growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts after exposure to BPC-157. 6

That is an interesting biological finding, but cell research cannot establish that a retail vial will heal an injury in a person.

I would read recovery claims with that distinction in mind.

TB-500 and Thymosin Beta-4

Researchers have reported faster wound repair with thymosin beta-4 in a rat wound model.

However, that should not automatically be translated into a claim that a product labeled TB-500 repairs human tendons. 7

The naming needs care, too.

An analytical study identified a thymosin beta-4 fragment in a product sold as TB-500, illustrating why the exact molecule matters when comparing a product with published research. 8

GHK-Cu: Collagen Research

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide studied in tissue biology.

A published experiment found that the GHK-copper complex stimulated collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures. 9

That supports discussing a laboratory effect on collagen production.

It does not, by itself, prove that injectable GHK-Cu reverses aging or produces a predictable cosmetic result.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin

A controlled study of long-acting CJC-1295 in healthy adults found sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-I.

Separate preclinical research characterized ipamorelin’s ability to stimulate growth hormone release. 10,11

Neither paper tested Bioinfinity’s combination product.

The long-acting CJC-1295 studied also should not be treated as interchangeable with products labeled “no DAC.”

For me, that is the useful takeaway: interesting ingredient research deserves attention, but it does not validate every formulation, blend, or seller using that ingredient’s name.

Product Quality and Third-Party Testing

Bioinfinity publishes a certificate of analysis, or COA, directory containing batch numbers, laboratory names, dates, and reported purity.

Many entries identify Verum Analytics as the testing laboratory. 12

I like having actual batch information to examine.

It gives readers more to work with than a generic quality badge.

However, the directory includes results below the website’s general 99% minimum claim, including 98.9% for a CJC-1295 No DAC entry and 98.76% for Tesamorelin.

Those seller-published figures deserve clarification. 12

Some linked laboratory reports did not load during my review, so I could not independently authenticate those reports.

That limitation is not proof that a report is invalid.

For a research purchase, I would look for a complete report matching the product and batch.

Purity, identity, quantity, sterility, and endotoxin testing answer different questions; a single percentage does not settle all of them.

The questions I would send support are simple: does this report match the current stock, what was actually measured, and can the issuing laboratory verify the result directly?

My Personal Bioinfinity Lab Retatrutide Experience

At 45, keeping weight off had become harder than it used to be.

I had started noticing that around 40, and blood pressure concerns had pushed me away from stimulant-heavy pre-workout products.

I ordered a 30 mg Retatrutide vial from Bioinfinity, and it arrived within a couple of days.

Over three months, my weight went from approximately 215 pounds to around 195 pounds.

My appetite dropped noticeably within days.

Sometimes the effect felt excessive because I had to make myself eat.

I also felt that I retained most of my muscle, although that was my impression rather than an objectively measured body-composition result.

Overall, I was impressed with my experience.

Still, my results cannot authenticate the contents of a vial, establish long-term safety, or predict what another person will experience.

Bioinfinity Lab Prices and Coupon Codes

These regular reference prices were listed when checked on October 9, 2026. Temporary promotions can reduce the final amount. 3,13

Product Vial size Regular price
BPC-157 5 mg $40
TB-500 5 mg $55
GHK-Cu 50 mg $50
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10 mg total $95
Glow Blend 70 mg total $210
Retatrutide / GLP3-R 30 mg $375

The Retatrutide page also displayed a 40% promotion, reducing the 30 mg listing to $225. Check the current listing because sale prices change. 13

For example, $375 for a 30 mg vial works out to $12.50 per milligram before shipping, while the observed $225 promotion works out to $7.50.

I previously found the coupon code PEP20 advertised for 20% off.Its current acceptance and compatibility with automatic discounts have not been confirmed, so do not assume both offers combine.

For an apples-to-apples comparison, use the same compound, vial quantity, testing specifications, and delivered price.

A cheaper vial is not automatically the better value.

Shipping, Customer Service, and Returns

The main shipping policy advertises same-day dispatch before 2 p.m. Eastern on business days.

Published rates are $7.99 for standard UPS, $15.99 for two-day service, and $49.99 for overnight shipping. 14

Qualifying continental U.S. orders over $200 receive free two-day shipping. My own order arrived quickly, although one successful delivery does not establish consistency for every customer. 14

The contact page provides email and a contact form, with an advertised response time around one business day.

Phone support was marked temporarily unavailable when checked. 15

The dedicated refund policy specifies a 14-day window for qualifying unopened products, generally with a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect orders have separate provisions, including a 48-hour reporting requirement with photographs. 16

However, some product pages advertise a 30-day return window.

I would obtain written clarification before relying on that longer period. 13,16

Clear, consistent policies would make the buying experience easier to evaluate.

How Does Bioinfinity Compare With Other Companies?

I have tried Retatrutide from Verified Peptides and Peptide Sciences, and Bioinfinity’s felt more potent to me.

That is a subjective impression, not an independently tested comparison of strength or purity.

When comparing suppliers, I would prioritize matching batch documentation, responsive support, transparent pricing, and clear policies.

A familiar brand name or stronger personal response cannot answer every quality question.

Is Bioinfinity Lab Legit?

My Pros and Cons

I placed an order and received it promptly, which supports a positive assessment of that transaction.

The company also publishes a catalog, contact information, and testing records.

Independent reputation deserves context.

The live Trustpilot page for bioinfinitylab.com displays a profile-removal notice; older ratings should not be treated as a current score, and the notice alone does not establish fraud. 17

What I Liked

  • My order arrived within a couple of days.
  • Multiple compounds and vial sizes are available.
  • Public batch listings make documentation easier to inspect.
  • My personal experience was positive.

What Could Be Better

  • Company history could be more detailed.
  • Some purity listings need clarification.
  • Return windows differ between pages.
  • Larger purchases can become expensive quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Published Research Prove Bioinfinity’s Products Work?

No.

Research on a compound does not establish the identity, quantity, purity, or effects of a particular commercial vial.

Study findings and supplier verification are separate questions.

Does Bioinfinity Provide Directions for Human Use?

Its products are labeled for research, and its terms exclude human use.

That is not a gap to fill with an online dosing calculator or an AI-generated treatment plan. 2

Is Bioinfinity Lab the Same as BioInfinity?

The older domain redirects to bioinfinity.co, where the company uses BioInfinity branding.

The naming difference explains why both appear in discussions about the supplier.

My Final Verdict

My Bioinfinity Lab experience was positive, particularly the quick delivery and the personal results I described.

I also appreciate being able to inspect a public testing directory.

However, I would like clearer company background, consistent return terms, and explanations for the testing entries that conflict with the general purity claim.

For legitimate laboratory sourcing, I would evaluate the specific batch, documentation, and total cost before deciding.

For medical treatment, a qualified clinician can discuss appropriate options; my personal story is not a recommendation to self-administer research products.
