• Eurycoma Longifolia (aka Tongkat Ali, aka Longjack) increases free testosterone by reducing the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) that would otherwise bind to the free testosterone molecules, rendering them ineffective.
• Ashwagandha which improves general overall health, relieves fatigue, and boosts vitality.
• Panax Ginseng which provides energy and stamina along with a libido boost.
• Rhodiola Rosea which boosts libido.
• Eleuthero Senticoccus which increases blood flow for better erections.
• Cordyceps Sinensis which is another herbal aphrodisiac to boost libido.

The recommended dose is 2 Phalizine capsules per day. The ingredients will build up in your system over time, but if you are planning to have sex, you should take one of your doses within 4 hours of your planned event.
