creakic hardcore reviewPromises of the best science and research are common with virtually every workout supplement on the market today, but clearly not every supplement can offer this. MuscleTech Creakic Hardcore promises even more benefit than the original supplement, with twice the creatine and proven ingredients that help offer four times the lean muscle mass and over 300 percent more creatine than other leading pills. They also claim that their creatine is the most scientifically validated in existence, but can all of this be true? We decided to take a look.

How Creakic Hardcore Works

Creakic Hardcore was created using research from a number of leading universities and was tested on hardcore athletes. The studies showed that taking the key ingredient in this product helped to increase muscle fiber protein content by 58%, which means increased protein synthesizing ability and increased muscle growth potential. The study showed that the product offered four times more lean mass gain than placebo, which is certainly worth noting. The product contains creatine monohydrate as well as a number of other creatines and creatine boosting ingredients, such as 6-8-thiocitic acid.

The company website is fairly informative, though descriptions of each ingredient are notably missing. The product cannot be purchased from the website, but they do offer a list of stores that carry the product. It can also be found online and comes in package of 180 pills.

User Reviews

As for user reviews of Creakic Hardcore, they are fairly mixed. Even those who offered low review ratings note that the product does work, but that you have to take a significant number of pills each day. Positive reviews tend to go into great detail and offer such common quotes as “more explosion in your workout” and “cuts recovery time”. Users do note, however, that you have to take the product as directed to see maximum benefit.

A review of Creakic Hardcore from our Chief editor:

“I loaded Creakic hardcore when I was on a heavy lifting cycle, and it did the job. No side effects from it, so that was a plus. I had to take extra doses though to get the same effect that I did with other creatine supplements, but overall it worked pretty good.”

Recommendation

Overall, we recommend Creakic Hardcore, especially for mass builders who simply do not want to take massive amounts of powdered creatine. Six tablets, even at this size, can be much easier to swallow than mound after mound of powdered creatine, and when taken as directed, this product seems to do what it sets out to do. Creatine supplements are widely varied, and it seems that the makers of Creakic Hardcore have done their research and homework when creating this product. With sound ingredients and solid research, this is certainly one product we will recommend for those seeking a new creatine supplement.
