Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com, and in today’s review, we’re going to be talking about something called Nugenix.

Nugenix is a free testosterone booster that I got a chance to try out a few years back, and I’m finally getting around to putting up a video on it now.

Anyway, I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first before I dive into my personal results.

But if you’d like to skip ahead and click the link in the description box below, it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go to my personal results from using this particular product.

Anyway, nugenix is a heavily advertised supplement that’s been around for a few years. it uses a proprietary blend of ingredients like zinc, vitamin b6, b12, Tribulus terrestris, l-citrulline, and it also contains a key ingredient called testofen. And if you’ve never heard of testofen before, it’s basically a patented version of a substance called fenugreek extract.

It’s made by a company called Gencore, and you can find it in a few other supplements like test X 180, I believe test X 180 alpha also contains it.

Now, testofen is very carefully extracted and standardized to its content of what are called fenusides, which are basically otherwise known as saponins.

Saponins have a molecular structure that is a little bit like a steroid hormone.

And when you ingest them they bind through protein in the blood, called sex hormone binding globulin.

When that happens a very small percentage of the testosterone that’s bound to this protein is released and activated, which actually results in a doubling of free testosterone levels.

So you’re probably wondering why that’s actually important, well, as we get older our testosterone levels start to fall at a rate of like one percent a year, I think. Starting at around the age of thirty.

As a result of this testosterone production, we start to experience a loss of libido, sex drive, and even muscle tone.

By taking supplements like Nugenix that contain testofen, and thereby doubling your free testosterone, all these adverse effects are essentially reversed.

There’s actually been clinical studies proving this, which I’ll link in the description box below if you’re interested in checking that out.

One of the other key ingredients is Tribulus Terrestris, which is another one you’ll find in probably hundreds of other free testosterone boosters, and some other supplements also carry, like male enhancement, and even pre-workouts.

Tribulus has actually been shown in numerous studies, as well, to help increase sexual activity in libido.

And I’ve actually personally used supplements that contain it with really good results over the years.

So with all the scientific stuff aside you’re probably wondering whether or not this stuff actually works.

The first time I took me nugenix was probably about three years ago.

I was 32 years old and around that time I started noticing some symptoms of low testosterone, and I really didn’t want to go the doctor, only to have her throw me on like andro gel or some other kind of like a pharmaceutical drug.

I was trying to find, you know, go to the all natural route.

Right around that same time, I was actually approached by someone who worked at nugenix, that asked me if he could send over a big box of samples to give it away to my site’s visitors.

He actually sent nugenix, another supplement called luma Day and a sleep aid, I can’t remember, soma pure, that was the name of it.

I said yeah, sure, send that over and when I got the Box, he sent me like 20 boxes of nugenix.

So I was like, you know what, let me just try it out myself.

I started with the recommended dose, it’s three capsules, I believe on an empty stomach.

And to be honest the first few days I didn’t really notice anything.

I didn’t have an increase in sex drive, energy any of that stuff, but then on like day three or four, it hit me like a friggin freight train.

I woke up with this like massive morning wood that I actually hadn’t experienced in like two years, three years, up to that point.

Within a couple of days I started to feel definitely like more energetic, motivated to get stuff done, all sorts of stuff.

And I used to take, from what I remember, I used to actually take frequent naps throughout the day, and I noticed that I just basically wasn’t even tired anymore.

Essentially I felt like I was like 20 years old again.

As a result of the increased energy I also noticed after a few weeks, I had lost like five or six pounds.

So I wasn’t really doing anything different my routines, I wasn’t working out any harder, doing any additional cardio, any of that stuff.

I just basically, because I think it was because I felt so much extra energy, that I just worked out for maybe a little bit longer.

And I must probably improve my diet, but there’s gonna be some guys undoubtedly in the comments below, I get it on my site all the time.

They’ll be like oh this is bullshit, you didn’t have your testosterone levels checked, how do you know if it’s working, blah blah blah blah blah.

And for me this is just, it’s not really practical.

I mean I test out a lot of supplements, I probably go through 2 or 3 supplements a month.

And I can’t be asking my doctor issue me a prescription to have my blood checked every two or three weeks.

It’s just not gonna happen. However, I can definitely tell you how I felt from it, and to me, that’s really what matters, to begin with, right.

I mean you want to know how it makes you feel like.

Some guys are gonna be interested in the scientific nature of it , but I really would just prefer to see how I feel on it.

Anyways, as far as where to buy nugenix, you can find it in a bunch of stores.

I know GNC sells it. it’s been in there for years.

I’ve seen it at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, all the big brand stores basically carry it.

You can find that online as well, Amazon, eBay, I would prefer that it would probably be a good idea if you didn’t buy it on eBay.

Because a lot of times counterfeits are sold on there, so.

Typically you’ll find it for sale anywhere between like 30, 40 bucks, depending on where you’re looking.

But one thing that I wanted to make a comment on is the free trial.

If you look at the comments on my site, and actually after this video is up for probably a few weeks or a couple of months.

You’ll look at the comments below here, below the video, and you’ll see a ton of guys complaining about nugenix, and almost every single one of them has to deal with the billing procedures and not with the actual product itself.

When you sign up for their free trial, you’re actually only charged like four or five bucks for the shipping.

But what happens is if you don’t call to cancel like eighteen days or so after you order, they actually end up billing you like seventy bucks from the bottle.

And then on top of that, they’ll also send you a new bottle of nugenix every thirty days thereafter and bill you seventy bucks.

So you’re caught on what’s basically an auto rebill, auto-shipment program. A lot of guys don’t realize that.

It’s in the terms and conditions when you go to order it.

But most people just read over that stuff, they don’t even notice that it’s there.

So if you don’t want that to happen, you have to call them to cancel it.

I will just recommend to avoid all of that you can just go to the store and buy it or if you do decide to buy it online, just go through their straight sale.

I believe it’s like 50 bucks or 40 bucks if you want to buy it that way.

I do have the cancellation phone number on my site if you’re interested in that.

So just click on that, it’s in the link.

Anyway, that’s all I have for nugenix.

If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section below or send me an email at contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

And I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.
