When choosing a workout program or supplement, knowing who to trust is one of the most challenging things to figure out. Some of these companies are what I like to call “One Product Wonders” where they just decide to make 1 cheap product, market the hell out of it, and make a quick buck before anyone realizes that the product is pure crap. One thing to note about Athlean-RX X-Cite is that they list not only their ingredients, but also in some cases the amounts, and the amounts are significant. There’s:

Conclusion

There really are hundreds of pre workouts to choose from. Some don’t even deserve your first look, much less a second one. Athlean-RX X-Cite is worth that second look. The fact that the ingredients are there at such significant levels is a good sign that this product may actually do you some good. If you like the orange flavor, I would give it a try.

The formula alone is enough to say that it is worth trying out, but its effects and good and proven track record among those that have tried and reviewed it is enough to warrant trying it and keeping it on as a part of your regiment.

  1. In 2019, what is the best supplement for muscle gains? When it was legal I had “tren extreme” and it worked then It was gone !

    Is there a pro-hormone or other that actually works?
  2. I have been using athletic supplements for about a month and have gained a few pounds is that normal? I really want to keep my weight the same but body fat less .. any thoughts

    1. Hey Patrick,

      There’s more to it than just the supplements. Did you change your diet or workout regimen?

      Keep a diary of your caloric intake and expenditure, and you’ll probably find the root cause.
