In Short: I would NOT recommend this to a friend.
I was told I could get a refund if the product didn't perform as advertised. The product didn't work. When I called to cancel any further automatic deliveries, my request apparently didn't get recorded. Now a year later they want me to pay over $400 to cover the cost of product I never wanted. I never received any kind of refund. Stay away from Firm X.
