creature creatine reviewsFinding the right creatine supplement can be like looking for the proverbial needle in the haystack. Will you gain more mass from a supplement with one great form of creatine or one that contains seven? Every company wants you to know why their product is best, and when we saw CREATure Creatine boasting four advanced forms of creatine, we decided to take a look. The company promises that the supplement can help stimulate lean mass growth, increase strength, boost ATP synthesis, and increase endurance and recovery.

How CREATure Works and Ingredients

The first thing we wanted to do was to look at what’s inside CREATure Creatine, which was easy, as the ingredients are not hard to find at all. In the product we found creatine anhydrous, which has the water removed, creatine magna power, which is bound with magnesium, di-creatine maelate, which has a 2:1 creatine to malic acid ratio, and creatine gluconate, which is bound to gluconic acid.

These forms of creatine are designed to work synergistically to help increase bioavailability of creatine in the system as well as to help increase absorption while decreasing bloat and other side effects. The product also includes alpha lipoic acid, which is supposed to help ensure that the creatine is efficiently sent directly to the muscle cells.

CREATure Creatine is widely available through top online bodybuilding retailers, though the price varies wildly from one company to the next.

User Reviews

Reviews for the product, which we found on the creatine bodybuilding forum, are actually quite excellent, with the lowest scores being in pricing and increased recovery. Low side effects seems to be the top rated benefit, while increased pumps and strength are also very highly touted. In all, people seem to agree that the product is highly effective and that “pumps are fuller and more intense”. Many also say things along the lines of “recovery and endurance kicked up a notch”. In all, the product is well liked and has a solid fanbase of novice and hardcore builders alike.

CREATure Creatine is certainly a product we recommend. The ingredients are among those most loved by those who really know mass building, and the science behind the product makes total sense. When combined with stellar user reviews and an almost complete lack of side effects, there is simply a lot to love about the product. Overall CREATure Creatine is a supplement that is fairly easy to recommend for those looking to increase their strength and overall mass gains.
