Our Results With Alteril

The Alteril pills themselves were great, and I had no groggy or tired feeling the next day.  I think the reason behind this is because it contains very low levels of Melatonin, which is the ingredient that causes morning grogginess.  I have always had a problem sleeping in a very quiet setting, so the CD was a big plus for me!  I’m not much of a tea drinker, but I did give the tea to my girlfriend to try out, and she said she liked it.

Alteril Compared To Somnapure
