Purely from looking at what customers we saying about each respective product, when Ripped Fuel was compared to OxyElite, their were many more customers that seemed to have better results with OxyElite. This may have to do with the fact that Oxyelite has been in the business a little bit longer, or the fact that Ripped fuel contains very different ingredients.
When stacked up against Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel seems to take the edge because of the often bad side effects associated with Hydroxycut. The simple truth is, both products work as intended, it’s just a matter of how each individual will respond.
Recommendation
Like most fat burners, Ripped Freak seems to work if you combine it with a solid diet and exercise plan. Before determining whether or not we think this product should be taken for andropause, we needed to know what users thought. In searching for reviews, we noted that they were a bit hard to find. The reviews for tosterall we did encounter, however, were fairly positive. Men certainly say that the supplement works, and the biggest negative we could find actually relates to shipping times, rather than the supplement itself. In terms of the actual product, most men report that it does indeed live up to its claims.

Do we recommend Tosterall? For men struggling with weak erections and other sexual problems due to the hormonal changes brought by andropause, yes. What we didn’t like about Vigorex is that it did not supply many other details about the formulations with the exception of the primary or main ingredients in the two gender-specific formulas.
We did discover that the products have been around since the mid-1980s, and have not changed much over the years, indicating that they must be effective.

We anticipated some of the ingredients but were a bit thrown by the manufacturer’s total lack of explanation about the different materials or their proportions in the formula.

While the vast majority of male enhancement products, or those meant to help a man to conquer some ED issues, are going to be of the oral supplement type, the ViaRex cream product is a topical cream.
It promises to increase penis size through daily applications of the proprietary formulation.
We were curious about the type of ingredients that would be used in a topical formula since most of the scientific studies have focused entirely on oral medications and formulations.
We were not all that surprised to find a manufacturer’s website that was vague at the very best.
The site explained that blood flow is increased to the penile chambers through daily applications, and from this we can only assume that one of the NO boosters, such as L-Arginine must be included in the cream.
Of course, this is only a guess because there are no actual ingredients listed for the Viarex Cream.
The manufacturer says that it will take five weeks for permanent results if the product is used according to the directions.

Unusual in many ways, the Viagrowth iii product is packaged for people in the 20 to 35 year age group and is marketed to both men and women. For men it claims to rejuvenate their sex organs, improve their immune system, and generate more powerful erections.

I’ve been reviewing and personally testing male enhancement supplements for years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that most of the products in this category don’t live up to the hype.
Some did absolutely nothing for me.
Others technically “worked,” but gave me side effects that made the experience hardly worth it.
After testing dozens of products and researching many more, I’ve narrowed my current recommendations down to three.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study published in BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine evaluated VigRX Plus in 78 men between ages 25 and 50 with mild-to-moderate erectile dysfunction.1
Participants received either VigRX Plus or placebo for 12 weeks.
The primary measurement was the International Index of Erectile Function, or IIEF, which is commonly used in sexual-medicine research.
Researchers reported a significantly greater improvement in erectile-function scores in the VigRX Plus group compared with placebo.
Improvements were also reported in orgasmic function, sexual desire, intercourse satisfaction and overall satisfaction.1

That’s considerably more meaningful to me than a manufacturer saying, “Ingredient X has been used as an aphrodisiac for 2,000 years.”
It still doesn’t mean every guy who takes VigRX Plus will get the same result, and one relatively small trial isn’t the same evidence base available for an FDA-approved ED medication.
But as male enhancement supplements go, having a placebo-controlled human trial of the finished product is a legitimate positive.
My Results After Testing VigRX Plus for 6 Months

My experience is ultimately the main reason VigRX Plus remains at the top of my list.
I ordered a six-month supply specifically because I wanted enough time to see whether the effects were real or just something I noticed for a few days.
Interestingly, I didn’t notice much during the first several days.
I actually started below the suggested daily amount because I’d had some pretty nasty experiences with other male enhancement products in the past.

What the ProSolution Plus Research Actually Shows
You’ll see ProSolution Plus marketed as a “clinically studied” formula, but there’s an important detail worth explaining.
A triple-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study published in the American Journal of Therapeutics involved 148 men with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or another form of male sexual dysfunction.2
Researchers didn’t identify the products in the paper by the commercial name “ProSolution Plus.” They called the formulas E-MA-H and E-MA-HP.
The seven ingredients currently listed in ProSolution Plus match the seven ingredients listed for E-MA-H in the published study.
After 60 days, men receiving the active herbal formulas experienced significantly greater improvements than the placebo group on both erectile-function and premature-ejaculation scores.2
Adverse-event rates were reported as similar between the treatment and placebo groups.

That’s promising.
However, I think it’s more accurate to describe this as research on the underlying polyherbal formula rather than casually saying ProSolution Plus has been definitively proven to cure premature ejaculation.
Current international guidelines for premature ejaculation still focus on established medical and behavioral treatments, and recommendations vary depending on the type and cause of PE.3
Our 3-Month ProSolution Plus Test

This is where things got more interesting for me.
I don’t personally suffer from premature ejaculation, so having me test ProSolution Plus wouldn’t have told us much.
Instead, I reached out to readers of Supplement Critique and looked for someone who would be a better test candidate.
I ultimately chose a guy I’ll call “Russell” who had experienced premature-ejaculation problems for at least a year, wasn’t taking medication that would obviously explain the issue, and agreed to use the supplement consistently for three months.

My Personal Results With ExtenZe
My experiences with the two versions of ExtenZe were very different.
The original ExtenZe did produce an effect for me, but it also made me feel pretty lousy.
That’s not exactly what I’m looking for from a sexual-performance supplement.
The newer Extended Release formula was much better.
When I tested it, I started noticing an increase in arousal at roughly the one-hour mark.
Over the next few hours, the effects became more noticeable.I felt a stronger erection response, was able to maintain an erection very well during sex, and felt like I lasted somewhat longer than normal.
What really stood out was how it compared with some of the other fast-acting male enhancement products I’d used.

If you have more than one issue—for example, both erection difficulties and premature ejaculation—the answer becomes less simple.
In that situation, I wouldn’t start combining multiple male enhancement supplements on your own.

Sexual stimulation triggers nitric-oxide signaling, which helps relax smooth muscle in the corpora cavernosa and allows greater blood flow into the penis.6
Other supplements are marketed more toward sexual desire or libido, while products such as ProSolution Plus focus more heavily on ejaculatory control.
That’s why I don’t think it makes sense to put every sex supplement into the same bucket.
A guy who has plenty of libido but can’t maintain an erection has a different problem than a guy who gets very hard but climaxes in 60 seconds.
What Male Enhancement Supplements Can — and Can’t — Do
This distinction is important because this industry has made some outrageous promises over the years.
Depending on the product and the individual, a male enhancement supplement may potentially help with things such as:
Erection quality
Sexual desire
Arousal
Sexual stamina or satisfaction
Ejaculatory control
What I would not expect from a pill is permanent anatomical penis enlargement.
I’ve tested products that temporarily made my erections feel fuller or more engorged.
That’s not the same thing as permanently adding an inch or two to your penis.
Published reviews of actual penile-augmentation methods focus on interventions such as traction devices, injectable fillers and surgical procedures—not oral herbal pills—and the evidence and risks vary considerably even for those methods.7
So if you’re searching for the best permanent male enhancement pills, my answer is simple:
I don’t think there is one.
Any company promising permanent length or girth gains from swallowing a few herbal capsules deserves a lot of skepticism.
Ingredients With the Best Evidence for Male Sexual Performance
One mistake I see constantly in supplement reviews is this:
A study finds that a particular ingredient may have an effect, and suddenly a website says every supplement containing that ingredient is “clinically proven.”
That’s not how it works.
Ingredient evidence and finished-product evidence are two different things.
With that said, several ingredients appearing in male enhancement formulas have at least been studied in humans.
Panax Ginseng
Asian/Korean ginseng appears in VigRX Plus and ExtenZe.
A Cochrane systematic review examined randomized trials of ginseng for erectile dysfunction.
The evidence suggested possible benefits, although the researchers considered the overall certainty limited and noted that the available studies were generally small.8
That’s a good example of how I think supplement research should be discussed:
potentially promising, but not magic.
L-Arginine
L-arginine is a precursor involved in nitric-oxide production.
A systematic review and meta-analysis of 10 randomized trials involving 540 men found that L-arginine supplementation in the 1,500-5,000 mg/day range was associated with improved erectile-function outcomes compared with placebo or no treatment in men with mild-to-moderate ED.9
But dosage matters.
Simply seeing “L-arginine” buried inside a proprietary blend doesn’t tell you whether the product provides an amount comparable with doses studied in clinical trials.
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus appears in all three of my top picks.
A recent systematic review and meta-analysis reported improvements in erectile-function scores with Tribulus compared with placebo, although separate reviews have noted inconsistent study quality and little convincing evidence that Tribulus significantly raises testosterone in otherwise healthy men.10
So I would view Tribulus as a potentially useful sexual-function ingredient—not as some guaranteed natural testosterone rocket.
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is one of the ingredients in ProSolution Plus.
Randomized placebo-controlled research in men has found improvements in some measures of sexual function and sexual well-being with standardized ashwagandha extracts.11
Again, that doesn’t prove ProSolution Plus will produce the same outcome, especially because extracts and doses differ between products.
Yohimbe / Yohimbine
Yohimbe deserves a different discussion.
Meta-analyses of randomized trials suggest that yohimbine can improve erectile function in some men.5
But NCCIH cautions that the amount of yohimbine in yohimbe dietary supplements can vary widely and that serious adverse effects have been reported.4
So this is an ingredient where “stronger” definitely doesn’t automatically mean “better.”
Are Male Enhancement Supplements Safe?
No supplement should be assumed to be safe simply because the front of the bottle says “natural.”
Ingredients can cause side effects.
They can interact with medications.
And the sexual-enhancement category has another problem that consumers should know about: adulterated products.
The FDA has repeatedly identified products marketed for sexual enhancement that contained undeclared prescription-drug ingredients or related compounds.12
That’s particularly concerning because someone taking nitrate medication for a heart condition could unknowingly ingest a PDE5-inhibitor drug and experience a dangerous drop in blood pressure.12
It’s one of the reasons I’m skeptical of sketchy gas-station pills, mystery “herbal Viagra” products and supplements that promise prescription-level results within minutes while barely identifying who makes them.
I also wouldn’t ignore persistent erection problems and simply keep experimenting with supplements.
ED can sometimes be an early marker of cardiovascular disease and shares several risk factors with vascular disease.13

Male enhancement supplements are not natural versions of Viagra or Cialis.
Sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis) are phosphodiesterase type 5, or PDE5, inhibitors.
They have been extensively studied, use standardized pharmaceutical doses and remain first-line drug treatments for erectile dysfunction for most appropriate patients.14
Dietary supplements are regulated differently and can contain mixtures of herbs and nutrients with much more variable levels of evidence.
That doesn’t mean a supplement can never help.
My own experiences above are the reason I continue to review them.
But I wouldn’t tell someone with significant ED that an herbal supplement and sildenafil are medically equivalent.
If you’re comparing products beyond these three, here’s what I personally look for:
A transparent formula: I prefer knowing exactly what’s in a product and, ideally, how much.
Human research: Finished-product research is best.
Good ingredient research is useful, but it isn’t the same thing.
Realistic claims: “May support erection quality” is one thing. “Gain three permanent inches in 30 days” is another.
An established manufacturer: I strongly prefer companies that have been around long enough to develop an actual track record.
A meaningful refund policy: Especially with products designed to be taken for weeks rather than hours.

I do exercise pretty regularly, about 4 – 5 times a week, but my diet is not the greatest. Too many nights of pizza, beer, burgers, and such.

If you are someone that is looking to lose more than just your spare tire, I would say that there may be some other products out there that may be better off for you. The main reason I say that is because thermogenic fat burners tend to lose their strength the more you take them, so it might be better off if you get a chance to try a phentamine type product. What is Regenerect and How Does It Work?
Like so many other products like it, regenerect promises to “make you feel 21 again” with its all natural male enhancement supplement. As we mentioned earlier, it is made by a company called Regeneca, which is an upstart located in southern California. The official site calls it a “ground breaking” formula, but after a quick look at the ingredients, there is nothing really ground breaking about it.
The ingredient list in Regenerect includes L-Arginine, a substance that is found in around 90% of male enhancement supplements. L-Arginine is a precursor to the production of Nitric Oxide, something that is naturally produced in the body, so it is safe to take. It works to help increase blood flow to the male sexual reproductive organ, and over time may help to increase the temporary size of an erect penis.
Other ingredients include popular aphrodisiacs, including epimedium (horny goat weed), silkworm extract, maca root, green tea, white willow bark extract, and red oak leaf. All of these ingredients are fairly safe, but as always it is recommended you consult with a physician prior to its usage.

I have to say that, for a brand new product, Regenerecthas done a great job of producing a quality product. I attribute this to growing pains, and I don’t think that its the norm for this company. That’s not to say that by taking Zenerect you will experience these symptoms, its just that it is nearly impossible to distinguish whether one will receive any side effects from taking it.

Zenerect is among the most expensive male enhancement products on the market, topping off on the Amazon website at a whopping $100 for a 30 pill count bottle. Recommendation
We would like to recommend that you try Zenerect yourself, but there is nothing wildly different about their product when stacked up against the others.
While the reviews on the official website say the product is a godsend, other reviews on Amazon say that this product isn’t even what they ordered. Ultimately, results from any given product are going to vary from person to person and you can’t expect to have the same outcome as the guy next door.
