My Results With Alteril
I’ve never really had any problems falling asleep, but some nights I have a hard time staying asleep. Typically I will just take a small melatonin dose of about 3 mg, but sometimes that leaves me feeling very tired the next day.

I just picked up a box of the Alteril fast-acting softgels, which according to them is supposed to kick in much faster.
It does this because instead of using a tablet, they use liquid softgels.
Softgels break down in the stomach much quicker than tablets, primarily because tablets use fillers that are implemented to allow compression and hardening of the tablet.

So whats the catch? Well, after some investigation, we learned that Ramagra is actually made by a company that sold a similar product called Kamagra. This particular product was banned because it contain an ingredient similar to that of Sildenafil, which is the leading active ingredient in prescription pharmaceutical ED medications. Well, it was found that Ramagra also contains the substance, and it to has been under much scrutiny by authorities worldwide.
This would not make them the first company to pull a sneaky move and try to slip Sildenafil into their formula, but it is a true indicator anytime a manufacturer does such a thing that they are far from trustworthy and should be avoided like the plague.

Ramagra works great, but the reasons why are pretty clear. My Results From Taking Triverex
Keep in mind that I have tried ALOT of male enhancement supplements over the years, and would actually consider myself an expert on the subject. The ingredients in Triverex are very similar to that of several other products, and some can even be taken individually.
The first couple of days after I started it I noticed a slight increase in my sexual energy, and it did seem to put me in the mood a little bit more than usual. After about a week of taking it, I noticed that I felt like my erections were getting a little stronger, and I indeed was lasting alot longer than normal. I did not make any changes in my diet or anything, which is something that could actually help if you were looking for an all natural way to boost your libido.
One thing I noticed is that i did not get any bad side effects from taking Triverex, probably because it doesn’t contain any harmful stimulants like yohimbe.
Recommendation
Like most male enhancement supplements, Triverex does not appear to be used to help promote increase girth and length. The bottom line is that if you want to take something that will make you bigger, you need to combine a supplement such as this with enlargement exercises. Unlike many other of these thermogenic fat burners, Fastin also increases the release of norepinephrine and dopamine, which are 2 chemicals produced in the brain. These 2 chemicals help to increase the feeling of well-being, and work to increase heart rate and blood pressure. The manufacturers also claim that their are no jittery side effects from taking their product, and this is confirmed at a brief glimpse at their ingredient list.

The ingredients in Fastin include phenylethylamine HCL and Yohimbe extract, which are actually more commonly found in male enhancement supplements. While yohimbe does not seem to have any effect on weight loss, phenylethylamine hcl does. This particular substance actually acts as an appetite suppressant when taken in small doses, and users of the substance that it does seem to help in this area. It is also the ingredient that causes the release of norepinephrine and dopamine.

My Results From Taking Fastin
I normally don’t take any diet pills that cause adverse side effects, but after reading about the results of others, it seemed like Fastinhasn’t really created problems with anyone. I followed the instructions on the label, which said to take 1-2 tablets in the morning, and 1 after lunch. I only took one pill in the morning, and I waited about an hour or so to work out.
One thing I noticed from taking it at first was the feeling of euphoria, which was mixed in with feelings of depression. It was weird, almost like I felt like a million bucks one minute, and them was very irritated the next. I noticed that another side effect associated with the Yohimbe was the feeling of “getting the chills”, almost like how you would feel if you were getting a fever. This is actually quite typical with many other thermogenic fat burners, but it is more common with ones containing Yohimbe.
After a couple of days, I felt like the effects of Fastin were starting to wear off, so I decided to take an extra pill on the third day to see if it would have a more profound effect. It actually gave me a really big boost in my energy levels, and I actually even felt a little horny after taking it.
All in all, after about a week of taking it I noticed I lost about 2 pounds, which was really not that much when you consider the claims. Maybe if I had boosted up my dosage I would have seen different results, but overall I just felt like gave me more energy and that’s it. I think that if you really wanted to, you could take as much as 4 pills a day, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
I think that Fastin can be a very good appetite suppressant as well as an energy pill, but as an all around weight loss supplement I wouldn’t recommend it. I was a little concerned about taking a product that contains yohimbe, mainly because I had some issues with it before, but after a few doses it seemed like the effects would start to wear off. If you are looking for something that actually works more effective that Fastin, I would check out a product called Phen 375.

Every now and again I like to try out a new supplement that can help give me that extra kick I need to get to the gym. It’s not that I am fat or anything, I just like to have that extra motivation to go workout. I have used Ripped Fuel before back when it contained ephedrine, but since the FDA banned its use in the US, I have been searching for something that works just as good. What is Ripped Fuel Extreme?
According to the label, “Ripped Fuel Extreme is an advanced weight loss and fat burning formula containing a revolutionary herbal weight loss ingredient plus green tea leaf extract, caffeine and cocoa”. It’s supposed to basically work to give you a major increase in energy levels, and also work to give you a major boost in your workouts.
Back in the day, Ripped Fuel contained ephedra, which is a powerful but controversial extract that was used in several other of the leading fat burners in its day including hydroxycut and xenadrine. Because there were a lot of people having major problems, and in some cases deaths were reported, the FDA banned it’s use and any supplements containing the extract.
Ripped Fuel Extremeis attempting to mimic the feeling one would get from taking the original formula, without the ephedra of course.
Of course ephedra is not available any longer, but let’s see if Ripped Fuel Extreme’s new formula is just as effective as it used to be and if they found alternatives to ephedra that still provide the great results we are all looking for.
My Results From Taking Ripped Fuel Extreme
I have tried a decent amount of fat burners out in the past 6 months, and the majority of them simply act as an appetite suppressant. As always, I started off with a half dose (1 capsule) to see how my body would respond to it, and after about 1 hour I noticed no change. I decided to take a second pill, and within about 45 minutes I did notice a slight change in my overall energy.
I decided to hit the gym for about an hour, and I felt like I could maybe push out 5% more than what I normally could, which is really not a dramatic change by any stretch. The second day I took Ripped Fuel Extreme I decided to just take 2 capsules at once to see if there would be any real effect to it. I really have to say that I did not feel that much different, other than the fact I was getting a little jittery from it.
After looking over the ingredients, I noticed that Ripped Fuel Extreme contains 220 mg of caffeine, which is the equivalent of about 4 cups of coffee. No wonder I was getting the jitters, all I was really getting was a caffeine rush!
To some people, the high presence of caffeine may be a bit of a deterrent, especially if they are not accustomed to stimulant heavy formulas or are not usual caffeine users themselves.
Recommendation
I think that Ripped Fuel Extreme is way too overpriced to be considered any effective weight loss supplement. If I had to characterize this supplement in two words I would say “caffeine pill”, because the effects I got off of it led me to believe thats all that was really in it. If you are looking to lose serious weight, I would stick with a thermogenic fat burner to give you real results.

But of course they’re going to say that, they’re doctors for crying out loud!
And just like with taking any supplement, you want to use your common sense, read the reviews and fine print, and proceed with caution.

So what’s causing this?
My guess as to what’s causing most of these side effects would be because the supplement contains the stimulants caffeine and yerba mate.
Both of these ingredients have been known to cause mild headaches and sleep disturbance in users.
The reason being is that stimulants such as these affect the central nervous system.
I would imagine staying hydrated throughout the day would help in part to alleviate these side effects.

When you do, you’re presented with about 5 pages that contain matching images.
If you click on the first result, you’ll see the before and after picture towards the middle of the page.
HOWEVER, if you click on the result 2 down from there, you’ll see that this before and after photo was taken by Mens Journal!
This article in Mens Journal outlines how Charlie went through an 8 week “transformassacre”, in which he lost a ton of weight.
Essentially, one website stole from the other.
How about Youtube Vids?
Normally Youtube is ripe with crappy videos that call themselves “reviews”, but end up turning out to be nothing more than advertisements for the product.
This is not the case with Zantrex 3.
For example, you’ll find this video review when you do a search on Youtube.
“I use these early in the day with my first meal, if I take one independently from food then I get a little nauseous and the niacin flush feels horrible.
I only use one and usually no more than one a day they seem to help maintain and I possibly feel a little more energy that is why I take it with my first meal of the day.
If you take it later or in evening I believe it affects my ability to fall asleep.”
One recurring theme from the positive reviews is the sheer amount of energy that it produces.
Almost every other review mentions something about how well it works to give you more energy, as noted by the screenshots below:
One guy even said it works great as a pre workout supplement.
The negative reviews, on the other hand, don’t paint a very rosy picture.
Most of them simply say that Zantrex 3 doesn’t work.
One thing I also noticed was that the vast majority of reviews were written by women, which suggests that it’s specifically supposed to help women lose weight.

The Zantrex 3 site says the product contains “a significantly potent xanthine (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) mixture of about 300 mg per serving.”
To put this in perspective, the typical 8-oz cup of coffee contains about 95 mg of caffeine.
So go slow, and remember, there’s no harm in taking less than the full recommended dose.
If you get the caffeine-induced jitters and heart palpitations, then you should definitely consider taking less than the full dose, or staying away from Zantrex 3 altogether.
At the end of the day, you know your body best, so use your best judgement and consider testing the waters before diving in head first.
Zantrex 3 Warnings
Also, with this in mind, the makers of Zantrex 3 offer up a word of caution.
That is, you’ll want to consult with your physician before using it, especially if:
You’re taking meds
You are sensitive to certain stimulants
You have an underlying medical condition
And of course, steer clear of the product if you’re pregnant or nursing.
You’ll also want to limit other caffeine-like stimulants — whether they be food, drinks, or supplements — while taking Zantrex 3.
What to expect when Taking Zantrex 3
Within only a few short minutes after taking Zantrex 3, you’ll begin to feel it kick in.
You’ll likely experience a boost in energy and motivation, which tends to level out over time.
They say if you take it before a eating a meal, you might experience a loss of appetite.
But this tends to go away after you’ve used the pill for a while.
Within a few weeks of taking Zantrex 3 you should notice dramatic results in the weight loss department, especially if you’re exercising and eating well.

I’m not really a big guy to begin with, but I could definitely stand to lose about 15 pounds.

When compared to some of the other ephedra-based fat burners I have tried, I think it works better than most.
It seems like most of the people that did not experience good results from taking Zantrex 3 did not combine it with any diet and exercise, which is obviously crucial to anyone who is looking to lose weight and keep it off over the long term.

This reminds me, while supplements and fat-burners like Zantrex 3 can be powerful and fast-acting on their own, it’s important to keep in mind your overall lifestyle.Even on their website, they write “Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program.”
And it’s true, while you might lose 5, 10, or 15 pounds using a weight loss pill, imagine the weight you could lose if you worked out and stuck to a healthy diet while simultaneously taking a pill!

We have gotten a chance to try out several different types of Nitric Oxide supplements lately, and I wanted to share my personal results with Cellucor’s NO3 Chrome. I actually came across this particular supplement while researching various NO products on the market. Black Chrome was being compared to many other products, and GNC gave it an approval to stock it on their shelves, so I figured it must be good.
What is Cellucor NO3 Black Chrome?
NO3 Chrome is a nitric oxide supplement that is marketed to give you powerful pumps in the gym and increased energy for practically any activity. It works, just like practically every other NO supplement, through the use of L-Arginine, which is a precursor to the production of Nitric Oxide.
What separates black chrome from the competitors is that it also infuses pycnogenol into its ingredient blend, which acts as a strong anti oxidant. It is also stimulant and creatine free, so you don’t have to worry about any harmful additives like Yohimbe in the mix.
Dosage and How To Take NO3 Chrome
Unfortunately, the bottle only contain 21 capsules, and the dosage depends on how much you weigh. The directions on the bottle state:

Since I have taken many of these NO products before, I have had a chance to compare how this works when compared to the others.
