Now, you have to remember that these guys are A-list actors with plenty of time allotted to training for a role, access to the best personal trainers in the country, and chef’s to whip up their meals. If only we all had the same luxury.
But, do any of these celebrities take supplements? Well, one recent supposed “Men’s Muscle and Health” article says they do, and these supplements are none other known as Blackline Elite and Refuel Extreme. But can these supplements REALLY help you build 15 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks without working out? Well, we dug a little deeper into their claims, and the truth will shock you.
What is Blackline Elite?
Blackline Elite promises to help you get stronger muscles, boost your endurance, increase focus, and maximize growth. Unlike alot of other supplements out there that fail to disclose their ingredients, luckily they give us a sneak peak at what’s inside the capsule. According to their official site, Blackline Elite contains 4 different ingredients, including Agmatine Sulphate, Creatine HCL, Caffeine, and Hordenine HCL.
Agmatine Sulfate produces NO, or nitric oxide. The theory behind the benefits of NO include the fact that during the process of NO production, the smooth muscle tissue surrounding the cell wall relaxes, allowing for increased blood flow. Creatine plays a crucial role in post workout recovery, and while many foods contain creatine, it’s often not enough.
Caffeine….well, we all know what caffeine is / does. The last ingredient, Hordenine HCL, left me a bit stumped. While the makers of Blackline Elite lead you to believe that it will somehow magically turn fat into an energy producing fuel, several other reputable sources say there is NO scientific evidence that you will receive any effects from the consumption of hordenine.
Their home page shows nothing but shredded, huge looking dudes with Tats all over them, and even has a few customer testimonials attesting to its effectiveness. However, if you do a quick google search you will find no independent reviews and / or testimonials on popular forums, like bodybuilding.com. Blackline is exclusively available online, and you cannot buy it in stores like GNC and the like.
What is Refuel Extreme?
According to the products official website, Refuel Extreme is a post workout supplement that is also designed with NO production in mind. When I looked at the label, I didn’t really see anything “revolutionary” about the supplement. It contains, amongst other ingredients, Vitamins A, C, and E, CoQ10, and Calcium, Potassium, and Sodium. While it’s helpful to feed your body nutrients right after your workout, none of these would be at the top of my list. At best, it’s a multi-vitamin with fancy packaging.
Just like the sales page for Blackline Elite, Refuel Extreme is packed with solid looking guys, with a wide variety of 6 packs and 8 packs. They mention a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but don’t really elaborate on it. Refuel Extreme is designed to be taken in 1 capsule form, immediately post workout.
Refuel Extreme is also not available in stores as of this writing, so unfortunately the only way you’ll be able to order it is online.
So What’s The Problem With Blackline Elite and Refuel Extreme?
While the combo of these 2 supplements “might” be effective, there are a couple MAJOR problems with the advertising and marketing. First off, that “Mens Life and Health” article you read, did you happen to notice that little thing in the upper left hand corner that says “ADVERTORIAL”? In case you missed it, here is a screenshot to show you.
That’s right….this is not a “real” Mens Health article, but rather an advertisement trying to pass itself off as one. They do a pretty good job of convincing you, I might add. There’s options to “Login” or “register now” in the upper right hand corner. There’s seemingly links to browse around their site, links like “Fitness”, “Sex and Love”, “Look Better Naked”, etc.
But, what happens when you try to click on one of those links. Well, watch the screencast below and you’ll find out.
WTF?!?! Every link I click redirects to the Blackline Elite sales page. Yup, again that’s not the real Men’s Health website your looking at, but rather an imposter. Anyways, that’s just the beginning of the story.
The Real Truth about Blackline Elite and Refuel
So, let’s say you decide to order Blackline Elite and Refuel Extreme. What you probably didn’t notice was, these are not free samples of their products, but rather are a trial. So what’s the difference between a trial and a sample? Well, a sample is just that, a sample. It’s a small portion of a product you can test out to see how you like it. A TRIAL is just that as well…it’s a period of time that you can use a product to decide if it is right for you.
Still not convinced? Well, let’s take a look at the order pages for both of these supplements for a minute. When you get to the part where you need to input your credit card information, there is a little bit of info at the bottom that is kinda-sorta hidden from plain sight, and it is this for Refuel Extreme and this for Blackline Elite….
That’s right…both companies will charge you close to $90 EACH after a period of 2 weeks or so. And all this time you thought you were getting a free sample, right?
Fake Reviews
Another thing I noted was the sheer amount of fake reviews online, specifically concerning Blackline Elite.For example, one reviewer I found on Youtube spoke very positively about the supplement.
He states that he’s been taking the supplement and his results thus far have been “so far so good”.

However, what you probably DON’T know is that he’s actually a paid actor.
How do I know this?? Well, there is a website called Fiverr where people advertise their services for literally $5. One of those services happens to be testimonials and reviews by actors, and take a look and see who is advertising their gig…
That’s right folks, our friend Johnny here is an actor, and was paid to do this review.
Recommendation
If you have fallen into this trap, trust me, you’re not the first. Everyday I get dozens of comments from guys who were ripped off from companies like Blackline Elite and Refuel Extreme, and just when one combo dies out, another one pops up to take it’s place. I do my best to try and point out all of them to you guys, but sometimes it can be hard to keep up with them myself.
These 2 products may indeed work, but if you asked me my honest opinion, I would say they are complete B.S. There is no reason that a company needs to deceive customers about what they are getting into, unless of course they are simply after your money. My advice to you is to STEER clear of these 2 supplements.

If your in the market for an all natural testosterone booster, your head may be spinning right about now. There are so many supplements out there that promise to produce great results, but it can be hard to cut through all of the BS sometimes. We’ve personally tested hundreds of them, and while some of them work decent, the vast majority are junk.
Well, we recently got a chance to test out a product called Test X180 Alpha, which is made by the same company that makes the brand Force Factor. How does this supplement compare to the many we’ve reviewed in the past? Read on to find out.
What is Test X180 Alpha?
Made by the same guys that brought you the original Test X180 and Test yyX180 Ignite, this supplement is the latest edition to their product line. It promises heightened libido, strengthened blood flow, and enhanced sexual performance, amongst other benefits. It does all of this through a unique and proprietary formula of ingredients, which including: Thiamine, Riboflavin, Vitamins B6 and B12, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, and Manganese.
You actually get many of these nutrients from several potent testosterone boosting foods, but unless you have a perfect diet you’re probably missing out on getting most of them.
It is further broken down into two specific blends…a sexual performance blend, and a free testosterone boosting matrix. The sexual performance blend includes L-Citrulline, Catuaba Bark Extract, Maca Root Extract, Damiana Leaf, and Muira Puama.
The “free testosterone boosting matrix” is comprised of Testofen Fenugreek seed extract, White Mushroom, Stinging Nettle extract, Chrysin, and Diindolylmethane.
Most of these ingredients probably sound like greek to you, so I will just point out a few of the “good” ones that seem to give the best results.
Testofen – Testofen is basically just Fenugreek seed extract, but this version is standardized for 50% Fenuside. So what does that mean? Well, in both animal and human clinical studies conducted on Testofen, both concluded that with a healthy and stable dosage of their extract, libido was increased significantly. In addition, the study concluded that there was a significant increase in free testosterone levels, as well as enhanced immune system and decreased body fat composition.
It’s a little boring to read through, but I have attached the results of this study to my site, read through it here. Your probably wondering “Can I just take Testofen or Fenugreek seed extract by itself and get the same results. In my personal opinion, no. I think it’s the combination of other ingredients that really makes this formula stand out, especially L-Citrulline.
My Personal Test Results With Test X180 Alpha
Normally I send products out like this for testing to my research staff, but this one I had to try out for myself. It’s not that I suffer from low libido issues or anything, but rather I used it for its supposed Lean Muscle producing effects. In the first few days I was taking it, I have to be honest, I didn’t feel any difference. After a week or so though, this all began to change.
I started to feel more energetic, but not like the energy you get from downing a pre workout supplement that’s loaded with stimulants. It was more of a smooth energy increase, the kind that DOESN’T leave you feeling ridiculously tired at the end of the day. This energy didn’t interfere with my sleep schedule or anything, even when I took it later in the day. On the contrary, I would actually say that my sleep quality improved pretty significantly. I was sleeping more soundly, and not waking up 1 or 2 times a night to take a piss.
I also felt like I was recovering quicker after my workouts as well. I do ALOT of weight vest training and high intensity interval training, and normally my legs are shot for a couple of days. After using Test X180 Alpha for a couple of weeks, I noticed I was only sore for a day, at the most. Some days I didn’t even feel like I worked out the day before, which gave me the ability to increase my workout regiment by at least 20%.
The only downside I would say for me was that the effects started to wear off pretty quickly after 3 weeks or so, so I would definitely recommend you cycle this on a 3 week on, 1 week off basis. I’ve had a few guys ask me about the differences between these 2, so I figured I would add a quick blurb about it. They both contain similar ingredients, including Fenugreek. However, Testofuel does NOT contain the patented Testofen version.

Test X180 Vs. Test X180 Alpha
There are some very noticeable differences between the original and this new formula. For one, there is a healthy addition of ingredients in Test X180 Alpha that are not found in the original, including L-Citrulline, Catuaba bark extract, Maca root, and many others. In my opinion, the new formula is much stronger than the older one, and I seemed to get an overall better reaction from the Alpha version.
After digging a little deeper, it looks like I am not alone. The reviews and testimonials I found online of Test X180 Alpha were MUCH more favorable than that of the original, so it seems like they’ve hit the big one with this formula. The price difference between these 2 is huge, with a bottle of the Alpha version going for $140 for 120 capsules, while the original was $70 for 60 capsules.
You’re probably thinking that “well, your getting double the amount of capsules, so it would only make sense that it’s going to be double the price”, right? Well, the difference is that with the original you only needed to take 2 capsules a day, but with Test X180 Alpha you’re gonna need to take 4 per day. This more or less is the equivalent of a one month supply for each, making the price difference substantial.
So which one would I recommend? Well, that all depends on your specific goals. If you are looking for something that will help to lean you out and increase libido, then I would recommend the Alpha version. If you are looking for something to boost libido AND pack on mass, then I would say stick to the original Test X180.
Test X180 Alpha Vs. Test X180 Ignite
Another version they came out with is Test X180 Ignite, which also has some keen differences between each other. While both contain the trademarked ingredient Testofen Fenugreek seed extract, the Ignite version seems to focus more on the fat burning essence of the product. It contains stimulants such as green leaf extract, green coffee extract, and caffeine, which all should help aid in men looking to lose a substantial amount of weight.
The dosing requirements for both Test X180 Ignite and Test X180 Alpha are the same…each require 2 capsules, twice a day, on both your workout days and your rest days. Just like above, there is also a substantial price difference, with the Ignite version retailing at $80 for a 120 capsule count bottle, and the Alpha version retailing at $140 for a 120 count bottle.
As far as which one I would recommend, it depends on the situation. If you’re looking for something to not only help with libido, but also with getting rid of the spare tire, then I would recommend Test X180 Ignite. However, if you’re looking for something that can help boost libido, but also to help improve lean muscle and stamina, then I would go with Test X180 Alpha.
Also, it would be wise to refrain from consuming alcohol while taking ANY of these products.
As I wrote about in this article, chronic consumption of alcohol has been directly shown to cause a decrease in your overall free and total testosterone levels.
Drinking in moderation is totally fine, however.

I’ve been studying alot of these so called “steroid replacements”, but this is probably the first one I came across that actually is legit.
So how exactly do these supplements work? Well, let’s take a look at each one individually so we can give you a clearer picture about how they’re supposed to work in combination, as well as why you should take all of them instead of just one or two.
Dianobal
Dianobal is a muscle and strength agent which is designed to help guys that are “hard muscle gainers” get the size they are looking for. The real Dianabol (or D-Bol for short) has been used bodybuilders and celebrities looking for a short cut to get bigger in a very short period of time. However, D-Bol has been banned for use in bodybuilding in the US since 2001 (1), and unless you live in Mexico, you can’t get it without a prescription.

One of the ways it helps with rest and recovery is by increasing protein synthesis, which leads to a reduced instance of Muscle Hypertrophy. It also helps to improve collagen synthesis, which leads to reduced inflammation of the joints, allowing you to get back in the gym faster.
It is recommended that you take Deckadrolone along with the other supplements in this stack for increased results. Here’s the full ingredients list for Deckadrolone: Wild Yam Root, L-Arginine AKG, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Yukka Bark Korean Ginseng, DHEA, and L-Citrulline.
T-Bal 75
