If you’ve been visiting my site and reading the comments lately, you’ll notice that I often recommend stacking supplements. The reason why is because one supplement alone will typically not get you the results you’re looking for. What’s In The Crazy Mass Cutting Stack?

The Crazy Mass cutting stack is made up of 4 different supplements; 1 bottle of Paravar, 1 bottle of Testosterone-MAX, 1 bottle of Winstral, and 1 bottle of Clenn-Maxx. I will explain how these supplements work below:

What is Paravar?

My Results With Crazy Mass

At first I was a bit skeptical when I came across this stack. Their official site is very limited on product information, so much so that they don’t even list the ingredients. That said, I decided to give it a whirl and order it. I got all 4 bottles in the mail a few short days later, and started taking it about a week later.

crazy mass cutting stack reviewThe way I decided to take it was like this…1 tablet of Clentrimix about 45 min prior to my workout (that’s the pre workout formula), and 1 tablet of Paravar and Winnidrol each post workout. The Testoroxyn I took as directed, which called for 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, even on non workout days.

I started noticing the effects almost immediately…I had a huge surge of energy for the gym, and I think the Paravar worked very well for giving me that “vascular” look. I felt more focused and concentrated during my workouts, and was not dead tired afterwards (even though sometimes this is a good thing). I also felt an incredible surge in my libido and sex drive, something that I never really had an issue with in the past, but never hurts to have a little more.

I completed the cycle after 1 month and was looking great. I could start to see my abs popping back out again, and I felt like it trimmed off alot of the stubborn fat I’ve built up over the years. I personally did not get any side effects, but do note that it does contain yohimbe (8% standardized), so guys with high blood pressure or irregular heart problems should consult a physician prior to using it.

A.Glad you’re getting great results! For the D-bal and Trenbalone combo, it is definitely a great combo. I would suggest you take it once your done with your supply of Nitrocut and creatine, it’s designed to work to enhance strength and vascularity on a much more potent scale.

Can Women Take The Crazy Mass Cutting Stack?

As far as I’m aware, there should be no issue with women taking this supplement. As always, though, if you are pregnant or nursing I would advise against it. You should also check with your doctor to be sure it’s safe for you to take it as well.

How Do I Take It?

I get alot of questions on how to take the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack so I figured I would post the dosing schedule real quick. I would suggest the first time you take the cutting stack you follow the directions on the label, rather then following the protocol and dosing schedule i did. Here’s a quick breakdown on how to take each:

Paravar – For the Paravar, you’ll want to take 1 tablet 2 times a day with meals, even on days you’re not working out. On your workout days, you should take at least one tablet 30 – 45 minutes prior to your workout for the best results.

Testoroxyn – For the Testoroxyn, you should be taking 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day with meals, even on your non workout days. On your workout days, take at least 1 pill 30 – 45 min. prior to your workout to get the best results.

Clentrimix – Take one tablet 3 times a day with meals. There is no off period for Clentrimix, and you should take it on both your workout days and non-workout days.

Winstral (Winnidrol) – Just like the Paravar, you should take 1 tablet of Winnidrol 2 times a day with meals, even on days you don’t workout. On your workout days be sure to take it 30 – 45 min. prior to your workout.

At 43 and 6’2”, I have over the years made a smooth transition to 240 Ibs from my long time optimum weight of around 200 Ibs. A generally healthy diet (no sodas, moderate alcohol, etc) was not enough to defy weight gain caused mainly by not work outing consistently often blaming family commitments, office pressures and other quite legitimate excuses.When fatty layers started becoming visible especially around the midriff, I made a conscious decision to reverse the trend by getting back into the gym especially when other effects such as diminished sex drive and mental fatigue began to manifest in order for me to avoid transitioning to the realm of medical conditions of diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and similar complications.
It was always a struggle to marshal energy to work out and results of any gains were also not visible at all despite being always physically drained from the exercises at the end of it all.  This led me to elicit the help of supplements and detailed research and consultation made me settle for the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack.
My second order of two stacks arrived promptly early December with a complimentary bottle of HGH Elite Series well ahead of the my yet to arrive first order of September 2015 (even the complimentary replacement of October has also not yet been received). My regular regimen commences with all 4 tablets at 04.00 AM before hitting the gym at 05.00 for an hour and half five times a week of mostly cardio but also weight training.  Breakfast is often grilled fillet of chicken or fish, home-made healthy biscuit and fruit smoothie with black tea with lunch made up of controlled portions of varied choices of a balanced diet when I also take my second and final 4 tablets. I retire to bed at 10.00 PM after my 7.30 PM dinner of a generous portion of raw green vegetables with a grilled piece of lean protein or some kidney beans and only work up briefly at midnight to take 2 tablets of HGH Elite Series.  I try to keep my diet exciting by taking controlled portions of varied low calorie “recommended” balanced diet. My beverage of choice is water with me taking a minimum of 3 litres per day and occasional indulgence not too much alcohol.

My results so far:

1. The HGH Elite Series which I started taking more than a week after starting the Cutting Stack virtually eliminates all the soreness caused by exercises.
2. By the second week of being on the stack, my body muscles especially arms, chest and shoulders were already looking quite lean but well defined.  Fatty deposits on the sides of the abdomen and lower backhave almost disappeared even though my frontal midriff endowment seems cheeky and stubborn but not as prominent as before.
3. Despite a perfect metabolism and regular movement of bowels, I seem not make a dent on my weight save for a constant oscillation of approximately 2 Ibs higher or lower than my starting weight.
4. Not long after taking the stack, I get tremendous energy to push in incredible workouts or do other tasks but seem to get a huge crash about two hours later that I just feel like sleeping.
5. The efficacy of suppressing hunger is a failed one on me because unlike before, I seem to get unbearable pangs of hunger in between meals that I am forced to snack on a fruit.
6. I certainly have an increase in my libido that I regularly wake up with a morning wood and I am kept company at “head office” by a warm pleasant feeling for most of the day.
7.  I seem to get knee joint pains especially when climbing stairs something that the HGH Elite Series seems to have failed to take care of among all other issues of soreness.
8. I sometimes get mild bouts of disorientation and breathlessness and the times that they have happened is closer to bed time.

Certainly a decent supplement that delivers!

Working good so far

I'm just about finishing up my 3rd week on this and it's working really good. Pants feel looser, arms and chest looks bigger, and I have a ton more energy.  The only downside is the price, but worth it so far in my opinion.

Thinking about taking a 1 week break and then ordering another stack. Do they offer discounts for bulk orders?

This stuff is great! lol Just finished up my first month and I can really see a difference. Slimmed down to a size 33 from 36, lost about 15 lbs. and I can really see the difference.  I'm gonna take a week or two off before I start my next cycle, thanks for recommending this!

Wish I would have heard about this stuff sooner! Been taking the cutting stack for 12 days or so and my strength has gone up big time.

Was maxing out on the bench at around 225, 3 reps and I'm up to about 250, 3 reps at this point.  Been stuck at the 225 point for a LONG time now, so I can see this helping me make a huge gains.

No big effect on fat loss, but I have dropped a couple of lbs.

Hi. I've been taking dianobal and testosterone max together from crazy mass.  Followed by a good caloric surplus and I'm doing great on it. I take 3 pills of each a day and eat like a horse.  I've gained about 8 pounds in 4 weeks and can see a big difference in my physique. Not sure about the science of the products but I feel better and have more energy.  Went from doing only 2 sets of 5 Dips to 2 sets of 10 the first night. No bull.  I feel with these supplements I get more out of my food intake. It's helping keep my bodyfat in control too.  I have less bloat from eating as well. Do they work like steroids?  No lol. But they do work really well if you put in your own hard work and dedication.  I've tried a few other test boosters and workout supplements and I have to say this is my best money spent so far. I'm glad I found them.  After seeing just two supplements work well with each other, I can't wait to get the whole bulking stack for my next cycle . I'm sure I will see positive results.  If anyone has any questions I can lend an ear for the bulking aspect of these

Got My Energy Back

I'm 35, and my energy levels have plummeted the last couple of years.

I wrote it off to just "getting older", but it was starting to affect all areas of my life (ie work, gym, sex life, etc.)

After 1 week on this stack my energy has improved big time!

I dont know if its because im sleeping better or what, but I just feel much more energized throughout the day.

No huge gains in size or anything yet, but I think it's still early.

Will report back in a few weeks with my results.

I Purchased this 2 months ago, Its so awesome! I am half way through the stack and I have already went from weighing in at 240lbs down to 224lbs and lost 3inches on my waist.  I can’t wait to complete it and take my after photo so I can send it in. This is the product you really want to use if your goal is weight loss and definition.  Its a perfect combination with my genf20. Now I am happy that i see the results.

Hello Rob, I just got my crazy mass cutting stack! I decided to take 2 pills of test max daily instead of 3 since it contained high dosage of DHEA? Do you recommend an estrogen blocker/and supplement for the kidneys? I also decided to take 2 pills out of everything instead of 3. Do you think this would work out with good results or the formula only works as directed? -Bader

2 pills a day of each should be just fine. It's definitely a good place to start and assess your tolerance. It could be all you need, but if you find you need more, just add back in the last dose.  I wouldn't worry about estrogen or kidneys, the dhea dose isn't that high, and any testosterone increases won't be enough to require interventions.- Rob

Hi Rob, I have received my cutting stack. I was wondering if you tell me the best way to take these 4 supplements. I've read several different reviews and everybody seems to have a different one. Should you take all 4 pills twice a day or 3 times a day . Should you take 2 supplements for the first 4 weeks and the other 2 supplements for the other 4 weeks? -Omari

Take all 4 each day. The recommendation is 2 or 3 times each per day. Start out with 2 doses of each per day, one in the morning and one at lunch or before working out. If you feel like you need more, up it to 3 of each per day. With supplements, you really can experiment (within reason) to see what works for you.- Rob

Dear Rob, Today i received my bulking and cutting stacks from crazy mass which i purchased according to your advice, but , the ministry of health in Bahrain where i live took the bottle of Clenn and told me that this supplement is prevented internationally due to its side effects!As a matter of fact they told me that all the products are steroids but allowed me to take them except Clenn which was highly refused by them!! My questions are : ,and wish you be honest with me and all of us here, Is there any risks taking these stacks? are they oral steroids as the M.O.H. here told me and the whole (STEROID ULTERNATIVES ) are just a big myth !!? what can i use as a safe and effective supplement in place of the seized Clenn together with the Paravar,Testosteroxn and Winnidrol.

      I appreciate your concern, but no, CrazyMass products are NOT steroids. They are natural supplements, designed to mimic the effects of steroids, but they are not steroids.

      As for the Clentrimix, my guess is it’s the Yohimbe that’s the problem. There are some countries in which it is banned.

      Yours must be included in that list. Any preworkout you like could be used as a replacement.

    I wake up at 430AM everyday to be at the gym by 5AM. I usually just have an hour and a half workout, head to work, and then eat breakfast.

    Would it be ok to take my first set of suppz of crazy mass cutting stack before my morning workout (on an empty stomach), but then eating once I got to work? I don’t like to workout on a full stomach.

      Give it a try. The only reason not to would be if the pills made you feel queasy, nauseous, or jittery on an empty stomach.

      If you feel fine, then there’s no problem. If you don’t feel well taking them on an empty stomach, try something small like a banana, or a glass of milk.

      You wouldn’t want to take actual testosterone, but a natural testosterone booster would work well for you. The increase is more subtle because it works with your body’s natural testosterone producing process.

      So you wouldn’t have any need to worry about having too much and any problems that would go along with that.

          You would actually take the stack with breakfast and lunch each day, one pill of each regardless of workout time. The idea is to keep the ingredients pretty steadily in your system.

In my experience, it would be better if you did a bulking cycle with the Bulking Stack first, take a week off, then do a cutting cycle with the Cutting Stack. My guess is you’d be fine with a prepaid card, but I’m not sure. I reached out to them and will let you know when I know for sure.

  27. I recently purchased testostaxx and extreme no2boost, which are one of the so called scams mention. It seemed odd but figured why not. The first thing that threw me off was when I put in my card info it would take it. So I called expecting a company to answer the phone. A picked up and simply said hello. I made the purchase for the free trail. But I’m no fool and read the small print, and the very next day called and cancelled any further order. And not only that it was the same lady who picked up the day before. Only to remember talking to me, but could not find my information. She said don’t worry about it then, obviously your info didn’t take. I said you’re wrong it has to be there somewhere. Finally after digging through her computer she realized it was under the name Jeff Moore. Obviously my name starts with a B. Far different from a J. Well I waited for it to come, finally it arrives 2 days ago. Being a felon on probation, supervised for that matter of course the first thing I look for is ingredients. Proprietary formula: horny goat weed leaf extract is the first. Seems odd but ok, I start to research it when I run across the same story, the exact same story that sucked me in using a different supplement. Ok so I send an email, no answer. So I try to go to the website given it doesn’t exist. So my question is. Should I take this shit, or throw it away?

      Yeah, these companies are beyond sleazy. Normally I would say go ahead and take them.

      I don’t think they’ll be very effective, but I also don’t think they’ll be unsafe. But because these guys clearly can’t be trusted, and you get drug tested, I would recommend you do actually just through them away.

      Supplement wise, that’s a tough one. I would recommend the cutting stack, but you absolutely MUST get cleared by your doctor before taking it.

      Practically every supplement I recommend on this site can have some sort of influence on blood pressure. If you’re being properly treated for high BP and you get the clearance from your doctor, you should be good to go.

      Just because it’s organic doesn’t mean it’s necessarily “healthy” :). Has this weight gain just started recently, or is this over a period of a year or 2? BAsed on the info you’ve given so far, I would recommend a few things.

      It sounds like you need to lift heavy and perform High Intensity Interval Training. Both are outlined in the ebook pretty heavily, so try that for a few weeks.

      I think the cutting stack is a good option for you at the moment, especially if you’re looking to build muscle / lean out.

      I’ve never done a bodypump class before, but from what I’m reading here it looks like it targets muscle endurance. If that’s the case then the cutting stack should work very well.

      The dosing schedule is independent of workout times. You take your 2 or 3 daily doses with your meals.

          If that schedule is working for you, stick with it. The important thing is to try to keep it pretty much the same from day to day.

          The Clen will help with energy, so my only suggestion would be to add that into your pre workout doses for the extra boost.

    I have been training now for couple of years taking it slow and enjoying my new life style change. Im 6’1″ and dropped 60lb from 312lb.
    Trying to lose 30lbs more , which i been using hydroxycut and xendrian off and on…i just ordered 1 month of your crazy mass.

    I’m doing lots of cardo and my wife feels im over trainning. But i want to lose my last bit of weight and im stuck..when i start the mass should i scale back on my work outs which is usually 3 to 4hr a day. 1 hr weights other is walking and bike riding and swimming?

    1. Hey Ricky,

      You don’t want to overtrain, but it sounds like the bulk of your time is spent walking/bike riding/swimming – basically low intensity cardio. I don’t see a problem with that. You just don’t want to lose weight too fast, so make sure you’re eating enough calories to keep you at no more than a 750-1000 calorie a day deficit. Not that there’s anything wrong with what you’re doing now, just that you might want to mix things up a bit.

Nitrocut is a non-stimulant pre workout, Testofuel is a natural testosterone booster, and Creatine gives your muscles the power to push more weight.     I see that there is no side effects to this product. Do you know of any.

      They’re not steroids, so there won’t be the kinds of side effects you mention at all. The only things I’ve heard about are with the Cutting Stack, some guys don’t respond well to the Yohimbe in Clentrimix. It can make some guys feel overstimulated with a racing heart. Others aren’t affected negatively at all. With the Bulking Stack, there’s DHEA that again causes no side effects for some guys, but makes others feel uncomfortably overstimulated. If you do experience these, the solution in both cases is to cut back, and they usually go away. But again, there are no steroid-like side effects because these are in no way steroids.

      Great job so far! Keep up the good work. They’re all good products, but the Cutting Stack from Crazy Mass is better for most people. It’s comprehensive, so you wouldn’t need to use anything else with it, except maybe a protein shake. You may want to alternate back and forth between the two stacks to keep them both working for you.

    I have a couple of questions concerning the Cutting stack I bought.
    Ok, bought & received my CM cutting stack, been on it for 7 full days.

    44yrs old, Weight 185lbs.
    Body type is pretty much like the 1st Before photo in this section. Midsection fat to lose. Looking to get lean, shed excess, no bulk.

    I work a 12hr shift. 5:45am-6:15pm with a 30 min commute both ways, so a 13hr day. Basically for me to get my w/o in I have been waking at 2:30am,taking my 3 pre w/o pills, starting my w/o at 3am for an hour. I decided to use Body Beast by beachbody instead of P90X.
    I also decided to do my workouts before work because I was afraid the stack would keep me awake at night. So to get my next cycle of pills I usually take them with lunch around 1:30pm so they have run their course before I go to bed. I do not take the Clenn Maxx 3x a day as recommended for fear of not being able to sleep after taking with dinner.

    My questions:
    1.Do you see anything wrong with how I am taking the Cutting stack? If so what would you recommend differently?
    2.Body Beast vs P90X? Which would you use if these were your options for the best results?
    3.Lift heavy weight or light weight more reps, add some cardio in at night?
    I am not looking for an overnight miracle but after paying $320 on this stack I would like to get the best results possible.

      Sounds like you’ve got your work cut out for you, but you’ve got the right idea. Having a plan in place really boosts your success rate.

      The way you’re taking the stack is completely fine. I try not to take anything with stimulants after mid afternoon either.

      I’m not really familiar enough with the details of Body Beast vs P90X to state a preference. But they’re both good programs.

      Go with heavy weight to really define your muscles. If you’re not eating a surplus of calories, you won’t bulk up.

      If you have time to add cardio, it will definitely help you lose fat. I know what you mean.

      It’s a lot of money, but it definitely appears like you’re giving it all you’ve got. Let me know how things work out.

      Crazy Bulk is a different company than Crazy Mass. Crazy Mass is the one you want to go with. If it’s the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack that you got, that’s what you should use, but don’t mix it with Instant Knockout. That would be too many stimulants and the same time.

      Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It could be the DHEA. Some people do experience side effects from it.

      Stop taking it for 2 weeks, and contact your doctor if it persists. If after 2 weeks you’re fine, start back up with one pill of each per day.

      If you’re still fine, up it to 2 per day each. If that works for you with no side effects, just stay at that dose.

    I have a few questions about the CrazyMass Cutting stack.

    I plan to buy it and use it with P90X as my core workout plan. Now P90X main muscle workouts are every other day (Mon,Wed,Fri) with cardio in between those days, so 6 days a week total.

    Now The cutting stack says to take on your w/o days and on your non w/o days also. Would you take the Cutting stack on the Cardio days as well or consider those days off since they are non-muscle group w/o’s.

    Also based on the How to take it: I would be taking 3 pills, 45 minutes before my w/o each time?
    Do you think the way you took them works better then the instructions on the bottle?

    Your way seems to make more sense IMO.

      Great choice! Yeah, Take it on all 6 days (plus your off day).

      Those cardio days count as workouts. I often start a supplement or stack at lower than the recommended dose for a couple reasons.

      It’s mainly in case there are any side effects, I want them to be minimal. The other reason is that if I can get good results by taking less pills, I think that’s a good thing.

      It saves me money, and it’s less stuff I’m putting in my body. With that said, if the way I took them makes sense to you, give it a try.

      It worked for me!

  51. I am currently 5’10” and 260lbs, a few years ago I was 195lbs and in great shape. I noticed a huge change in my body, mentally and physically so I went to the doctor and after a few tests I found out that I have a tumor in my pituitary gland that had caused my body to quit producing testosterone.

    I was taking a prescribed testosterone for 2 years and noticed minimal changes but I did lose 20lbs (going from 260lbs to 240lbs). Long story short, insurance companies wouldn’t cover the testosterone and with starting a family I couldn’t justify spending thousands of dollars on myself.

    I’m a firefighter and my weight and mental status are having a bad effect on my performance at work. Would you recommend a stack like this for weight loss?

      It’s probably the Yohimbe in Clentrimix. Some people do fine with it, some people get exactly the kind of reaction you’re getting.

      Cut your dose down to one Clentrimix per day. If you don’t have a bad reaction after 3 days or so, add another dose, then you’ll probably do best sticking with 2 a day.

      It should be totally fine to take Creatine with the Cutting Stack. I think your side effect is probably coming from the Yohimbe in the Clentrimix.

      It can affect some people this way. Try a day without it, and see if that changes anything.

      The recommended dose is 3 tablets of each per day, taken with meals. I used it somewhat differently.

      I took 1 Clentrimix about 45 minutes before working out and 1 of each of the Paravar and Winnidrol after workouts. You can use the recommendations and my usage as a guide to find what works best for you.

  69. I have just got the d-bal test and the decks from crazy mass and all three supplements have dhea in them if I took 1 of each pill 3 times daily that would be 300 mg of dhea daily is this okay? Or should I not take them all together?

      Here’s a link to the Mayo Clinic’s guide to typical dhea doses taken for different purposes. The daily 300 mg for 8 weeks falls well within normal limits. But you can experiment with 2 pills a day at first. The lower dose may work just as well.

  70. Alright, so you mentioned taking Par, Test, and Winn 30-45 mins before workout… Label says take with food. My guess is that taking with food helps control the release and absorb some of the effects.

    I don’t eat right before I workout. Based on tolerance I’m assuming by taking 30-45 mins before workout, you mean to take this on an empty stomach?

    Also, since we take the other three 3x a day would it be safe to take Par 3x a day as well or stick with the 1-2 x a day? Because in Fahad’s question you stated to take each 3x a day but in the dosages you took it is different.

    I plan on going with your dosages, but just wanted to clear the air. Thanks a lot for all the info by the way too!!!

      Yeah, I did take it differently than the instructions, and it worked for me. I think the recommendation to take with food is more about preventing an upset stomach, so if the pills don’t bother you, taking them on an empty stomach isn’t a problem.

      You can experiment with what works for you – the most important thing is to keep the levels fairly steady in your system.

        So I think I am going to drop the CLENN for the next couple days or maybe knock it down to one a day. I usually don’t have a problem with tolerances, but I am definitely having a couple issues (trouble sleeping and a little dizziness).

        Not sure if it is the CLENN or not but I am going to start there. I will say this however; from the first dose of the sups my focus and alertness definitely picked up.

      I would go with the 4 week cycle. You don’t have to worry about gaining too much too fast from the supplements.

      How much you gain is more dependent on your food intake and your workouts. Plan on the 4 week cycle, and if you think things are going too fast after 2 weeks, go back to your original plan.

      Drop the C4 and replace it with Clentrimix from the Stack. The rest you can keep the same.

      You’ll take the rest of the stack supplements twice a day with meals, except the Testosterone Max which you should take 3 times a day with meals. That’s how I’d start out.

      You can certainly make adjustments if needed as you go along.

    I am a 21 year old, about 175 pounds. I don’t have a lot of fat on me, probably in the 8-10% range, but what I do have, is in those stubborn places.

    I’d like to add some lean muscle (not necessarily size), while achieving that toned look.

    I purchased the cutting stack, but have yet to start. My two concerns are:
    1) At 21, would my testosterone levels be high enough to skip the T-booster?
    and 2) The Clenn makes me worry about increased heart rate, especially with the yohimbe and the caffeine.

    If I were to skip those two, and just use the Paravar and Winnidrol, on top of post-workout whey protein and casein protein before bed, would I see results?

      You’re right that you probably don’t have a testosterone issue, but since it’s a natural booster which doesn’t mess with your body’s own production, I would take the Testosterone Max anyway. Go ahead and skip the Clenn. If you want, you can replace it with a stimulant-free pre workout like Nitrocut. That way you’ll have the workout energy you want. Though you’d probably do fine without it too. The purpose of the Clenn is energy and fat burning, so at your age, if you work out hard and eat clean, you’ll do great.           Sure. When you take steroids or testosterone replacement therapy, the synthetic ingredients replace your body’s own testosterone, causing your body’s natural production process to shut down, because it’s no longer necessary.

          When you’re no longer juicing, you need to do Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) to start your processes back up again. With natural testosterone boosters (like Testosterone Max), there’s no testosterone replacement going on.

          They way they work is by stimulating your body’s natural production process, with the effect that your body makes an increased amount of natural testosterone. So while steroids replace your natural testosterone, natural testosterone boosters support your body’s natural processes.

      I would only change one thing. Take an additional Testosterone Max with dinner, for a total of 3 each day.

      Because the supplements in the stack are working with your body’s natural processes, you’ll keep most if not all of your gains as long as you continue your diet and workout routine.

          Try stacking Nitrocut with Testofuel. Nitrocut is a great non-stimulant pre workout supplement and Testofuel is a natural testosterone booster. I think it’s just the stack you’re looking for.

    I’ve recently just purchased the crazy mass cutting stack- along with a few other supplement, namely: the arnold schwarzenergger iron pack multivitamin (, kre-alkalyn (, bcaa’s as well as whey protein.

    I wanted to ask you the specific timings for each of the supplements and what times would be the most optimal. For example, for the iron pack multivitamin it says to take an entire pack (10 tablets), with breakfast in the morning. So for, example: paravar i’m supposed to take in the morning, is it fine if I take this at the same time as the multivitamins in the iron pack, or should I wait awhile? Also, for the testosterone maxx that I am supposed to take three times daily (with every meal), is it okay to take it with the paravar? Or should I wait and have another meal and then take it? What would be the benefit/ disadvantages in doing it one way or another? Similar question for both winstral and clenn maxx is it okay to take all 4 (paravar, testosterone maxx, winstral and clenn maxx) at the same time with the same meal? Or am I better off separating them?

    Also with regards to the paravar and the testosterone maxx, where you said to take it 45 minutes prior to working out on days which I workout; does that mean I should take it the recommended two times PLUS another one 45 mins before working out? Or instead of taking it at breakfast or dinner I substitute one and take it 45 minutes before working out? Is it better to take it first thing in the morning or at night? I just want to make sure I am doing it right and using these products as optimally as possible.

    Lastly, I wanted to ask you whether I would need an on-cycle liver support/regeneration when taking this stack, so my body is able to still function normally. And finally, I wanted to ask you whether I would be able to keep the gains and if I would need to take a post cycle therapy, I am assuming I don’t have to take a liver support or do a PCT because these ingredients are natural and it is hence not a pro-hormone.

    Sorry for the amount and detail of my questions! Just want to make sure I do everything correctly to get the best results while not affecting my health. Really appreciate all your help and advice!


    1. Hey Ashraf,

      No problem at all. It’s great to see you putting this much thought into your routine.

      Generally speaking, you’ll want to take each of your supplements as directed. There’s nothing at all unsafe about taking your Crazy Mass supplements with your Arnold vitamin pack.

      On the other hand, that is a lot of pills to be taking all at once, so your stomach may not like it. Start by taking them all as directed.

      But if you feel nauseous at all, take your Crazy Mass supplements about an hour after the vitamins. The main thing is that you take them regularly so the ingredient levels stay pretty even from day to day. On workout days, skip your Winstral and Clentrimix morning dose, and take them pre workout instead.

      That should be plenty. If you find it’s not enough, add back in the breakfast dose in addition to the pre workout dose.

      I wouldn’t take the Clentrimix at night. It’s got stimulants, so it could keep you up.

      To your last question, you’re right, there’s no need for liver support or PCT because the supplements are not messing with your body’s own systems.

      That should do it. Let me know if you have more questions once you get started.

        Thank you so much for the prompt and informative reply, really helped me. Last question, for the Clelntrimix it says to take it three times daily, so I am assuming the last dose of Clentrimix would be at nighttime with dinner?

        Should I not take it at night with dinner because of its stimulating effects? What should I do instead?

        Also, you said to take the Winstral and Clentrimix before working out, however it your recommendations you’ve also said to take the Paravar as well as the Testosterone Maxx 45 mins before working out on workout days?

        Should I take all 4 then before working out? I am so confused.

        Furthermore, in what you wrote as your regimen, you mentioned that you actually took 1 tablet of Paravar and Winstral each post workout- So I am still very confused on when to take each supplement. The only thing I have clear is that I should take all 4 in the morning with my breakfast..

        Could you please shed some light on exactly when to take each supplement on BOTH workout and non-workout days, as I am hearing a lot on conflicting and confusing things.

          Sorry for all the confusion. For myself, I always start off with low doses of any supplement.

          In my review, that’s what I was working off of. I got great results using it how I did, so if you follow what I did n the review, you may have great results too.

          On the other hand, taking it as directed on the bottle will probably give the best results. But I do recommend you skip the last dose of Clentrimix.

          On non-workout days, take all 4 with breakfast, all 4 with lunch, and all except the Clentrimix with dinner. On workout days, take all 4 with breakfast, Winstral and Clentrimix before workout, Paravar and Testosterone Max with lunch, and Winstral, Paravar, and Testosterone Max with dinner.

            In your reply, you stated that I should take both Winstral and Clentrimix before working out (on workout days obviously), however, in the recommendations for directions it says to take Winstral, Paravar and Testosterone Maxx prior to working out but NOT Clentrimix.

            Which, correct me if I am wrong- contradicts what you stated previously, which was to take the Winstral (which is correct on both ends) and the Clentrimix before working out, but NOT the Paravar and Testosterone Maxx (and instead to continue taking these two at the same timings during non workout and workout days, i.e take three times daily with breakfast, lunch and dinner)?

            Also, in the recommendations, it says to take both Winstral and Paravar twice daily, however you recommended taking both three times daily?

            I know that I have asked a lot of questions, but I still remain confused. I want to thank you in advance for taking the time out to answer my questions and provide me with advice moving forward, it is really very much appreciated.

            I agree, it can all be very confusing. The most important thing about dosing the Crazy Mass supplements is to keep a relatively level amount in your system daily.

            My philosophy is always to take as little as possible to get the right effects. My best advice to you at this point is to use the information on the packaging and the information I’ve given you and come up with a regimen that works best for you.

            Start out at the low end, so that means go with only 2 doses per day of Clentrimix, Winstral, and Paravar. If that means on workout days you’re taking 1 at breakfast and 1 pre or post workout, and on non-workout days taking them all with breakfast and lunch, then that’s fine.

            The reason I suggest Clentrimix for pre workout is because it’s got stimulants, which are typically very helpful for energy and motivation during your workout. I’m not sure why they say not to take it before working out.

      2. Hey Rob, I was just browsING around looking for a new supplement stack to take and was intrigued by this one. The only question I have is that I’m active duty military and was wondering if this would show up in a drug test or not?

          There are no banned substances in the Crazy Mass supplements. They do contain DHEA, but as far as I know, that’s not tested for in the military.

          You may want to verify this though.

      You can’t really turn fat into muscle, they’re two separate processes. For cutting fat, use the Cutting Stack and follow a workout and diet routine that leaves you with a calorie deficit.   92. I have only been taking this stack for a few days, however I have noticed a significant increase in the number of times I go pee. I know Winstral reduces the water retention.

    Due to losing more water from my body do I need to supplement with some other drink like Gatorade to prevent dehydration? Do the other supplements in this stack provide my body with the added nutritions that may be washing out faster from Winstral?

    1. Hey Ray,

      I have heard that these supplements might get you somewhat dehydrated pretty quickly, so you’ll want to load up on the liquids. Water and Gatorade are both fine.

      I wouldn’t worry about nutrient loss though.

      Your job can certainly help you stay fit and possibly even strong, but bodybuilding supplements won’t work without focuses, intense workouts. If your goal is to lose some weight, you’ll get some benefit from a fat burner like Instant Knockout. It’ll give you energy, thermogenics, and appetite suppression. So in effect, you could keep doing what you’re doing at work, make a concerted effort to eat right and limit your calories, and maybe find time for a little cardio, and lose weight by taking Instant Knockout. But I wouldn’t recommend using a Crazy Mass stack without working out.

      If you’re taking a non-stimulant preworkout, go ahead and keep taking it. But if it’s got stimulants, you’d be better off going without it.

          I know it seems weird, but it’s a common phenomenon. When you lose weight and start to lose some of the flab covering your muscles, they start to look bigger because more muscle is visible, even thought technically they are smaller because there’s less fat.

    I am 6ft 235 lbs. I have a lot of muscle in my arms and shoulders but store a lot of fat in my stomach and chest area. My diet consists of:
    breakfast: oatmeal or egg whites
    Snack: fruit
    lunch: Salad, tuna or turkey sandwich
    Snack: fruit
    Dinner: grilled chicken or fish with rice and veggies

    I work out at 5:00 AM before work doing cardio and sweating in the sauna

    After work, I lift heavy for about an hour.

    Now I am looking to cut so I know i need to do less weight with higher reps.

    Should i stick mainly to cardio? My goal is to get back down to 205. I do not have any off days. i do this 7 days a week. Last time i was 234 and got down to 217.

    Unfortunately i have gained all of my weight back.

    What will be your advice to shred all the belly and chest fat?

      You’re on the right track. If your main goal is fat loss, cardio is the most important, so make sure that’s where your primary focus is. But you don’t want to do the low weight/more reps thing. That’s for toning, not really cutting. Stick with heavy weights, just make sure you’re at a caloric deficit, and you won’t gain weight. The added muscle will also help with the fat loss. You should sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook. With your fat loss goals and current schedule, you may want to tweak it a little, but it’s a good guideline nevertheless.

      It won’t have any negative effects, but it won’t have much of a positive effect either. The higher your natural testosterone levels (and yours are no doubt pretty high), the less of an effect you’ll get from a booster.

I know you can’t do both at the same time. I’ve noticed the endurance stack on the crazy mass website. I’m doing crossfit and do seem to fatigue a lot sooner than I think I should be. My thoughts are if I can get my endurance up I can do more reps and all the results will follow, of course with proper diet. I was just wondering if you have tried this stack and would you recommend.

      I haven’t tried it myself, but you’re right. If you build your endurance, you’ll be able to push more weight for longer, and get bigger.

      The way I look at it is that getting in shape is a lifestyle. There will be times when you want to bulk up and times you want to cut down.

          You may not need it at all. But it’s because of the caffeine, not the creatine. The Clentrimix in the stack has caffeine and yohimbe (both stimulants) so you don’t want to overdo the stimulants. Switch to a creatine only supplement like Muscle Advance so you get the creatine you want without the stimulants you don’t need. Check out my article on the best ways to use creatine.

Hi paul i hope this sends to the right address and you get this, im really hoping you could answer some questions i have on crazy mass and on supplements in general as im quite interested in it, this is probably going to be quite a long email but i thought i may aswell ask all my questions in one go instead of bombarding you with several emails as i can see you are a wanted man so here goes. Some background on me- 26 yo, 6 ft and 155 pounds, been weight training for about 18-24 months on a strength training regime for my job (police), im a hard gainer but only looking to put on perhaps 2 stone (uk) max and increase strength more than anything.

    I simply cant afford any of the stacks so im going for the 3 for 2 deal, looking at dbol, dke (i think thats what its called) and winnidol (again i think), looking for what you think of that combo? And i take -bcaa, creatine monohydrate, l cittruline, taurine, glucosamine sulphate, a multivit, and 1 simple shake (30 gram protein) daily, thats the only supplements i take, would i take those with crazy mass?

    Also whats the difference between crazy mass and a very similar crazy bulk? Im not looking to get huge, more looking for strength/power and to get a nice physique, really hope you can help me and thanks for reading.

As for supplements, go with Anadrolone, Dianobal, and Testosterone Max, and keep taking what you’re taking now. Your follow that supplement regimen and the plans in the ebook, and you’ll get where you want to be. Yeah, Crazy Bulk basically came in and copied everything Crazy Mass was doing, so the supplements are similar, but I wouldn’t trust them as a company.     I tried
    – Bio Trust’s “Leptin Burn” “IC 5” for fat burning
    – Blue Star Nutraceuticals’ “STATUS” and “Tribulus” for testosterone boost

    And right now I am taking
    – Blue Star Nutraceuticals’ “STATUS” + Mike Chang’s “Afterburn Fuel” for my pre-work out.
    – Blue Star Nutraceuticals’ Iso-Smooth for protein supply
    – Bio Trust’s BellyTrim XP during meal for fat burning

    I tried so many different products, but the result is not that good.

    I want to transfer to the CRAZY MASS CUTTING STACK, however I do not want to stop all the supplement I’m taking now.

    Can you give me a suggestion about which to stop completely and which to be continued until finished while I transfer my body to this new stack?

      Finish up your STATUS, Afterburn Fuel, and BellyTrim XP. Then take 2 weeks off before starting with the Crazy Mass Stack. All the while, keep using the protein, whether you stick with Iso-Smooth or go with something else like 100% Whey Gold Standard.

          Sounds like you need to take stock of how many calories you’re consuming and how many you’re expending. You say you eat pretty well, but you may be eating more than you think. Download my free “getting ripped” ebook. It’s got a workout plan and meal plan to help you get it right. You don’t have to follow the workout, but use the meal plan as a guide and use our calorie calculator to figure out how many calories you should be taking in. I’m pretty sure this is where things are going wrong.

          Yeah, it can be confusing. Really the most important thing for the Paravar and the Winstral (and the Testosterone Max for that matter) is to keep the ingredients in your system on a pretty consistent basis.

          They say to take 2 or 3 of each of those per day. So, yes, the best way to maintain that kind of schedule is by taking the 2 with the meals (or snacks) every day, then adding in that 3rd pill pre-workout on workout days.

          The thing about taking with meals is that some people get queasy when taking supplements. Taking with meals alleviates that somewhat.

          So if you’re comfortable taking with snacks, go that’s no problem at all. Let me know if you have any more questions.

      Some of the amino acids in the Crazy Mass supplements may cause dehydration, which alcohol of course can also do. So as long as you’re not getting hammered and you stay hydrated, you’ll be fine.

    2. While taking Cutting Slack supplement and totally forgot about it and drank one liter of beer with my wife. I felt that unusual high in my head that last almost all day.

      It felt weird and I wasnt comfortable. So I cant drink any alcohol at all when taking this supplement.

      I guess its too dangerous to mix with it with alcohol in my body.

      None of the supplements is going to cause you to put on weight on their own. The primary way they work is by helping you work out harder so you can get insane results.

      How big, strong, or ripped you get really depends on how hard you train and your diet. That said, you’ll do well with Winnidrol, Dianobal and Decadrolone.

          I know you had this same question when you used the bulking supplements from Crazy Mass, and in the end they worked out really well for you. I used the Cutting Stack myself, and it was great.

          It’s true, you can buy the ingredients in bulk and combine them in doses you feel would work better. I think the reason people go with ready-made supplements is that they just don’t have the time or expertise to make their own stuff.

          But if you do, go for it. You can make yourself a great customized supplement program that fits your needs perfectly.

    I am a morbidly obese 51yo female, who is just starting out with 30 mins cardio 6 times a week & weight training 3 times a week.

    Eating lots of leafy greens & veg, good quality lean protein, small handful of nuts & 2 pieces of fruit a day. Drinking lots of filtered water.

    I’ve also cut out added sugar, saturated & trans fats. I want to build up my muscles to increase my strength, stamina, metabolic rate & bone density.

    As well as drastically reduce my intra abdominal fat. There is a body building competition in June & I am toying with the idea of entering the new category ‘yummy mummies’ (although I think ‘grumpy grannies’ would be more appropriate!

    Snicker!). I do have high blood pressure, which concerns me when taking anything with caffeine or guarana & any other energy boosters.

    What stacking regime would you recommend for me? Thank you.

      Congratulations on your decision and your goals. It would be difficult to find a good quality fat burner that doesn’t contain caffeine or other stimulants. The fat burner in the stack, Clentrimix, has Yohimbe which you’ll definitely want to stay away from with your high blood pressure. In your case, I recommend you go with a fat binder called Proactol Plus with a non-stimulant pre workout called Nitrocut. Neither one has stimulants so they’ll be both safe and effective. If you haven’t already, I’ll also recommend you sign up for my free weight loss ebook. I know you’ve got your plans and they sound like they’ll be quite effective, but it’s always good to have alternative options when you start to lose motivation or hit a plateau.

      Yeah, it’ll be a smooth transition. As long as you keep eating right and you maintain your workout schedule, you’ll keep the weight off and the strength up.

      It’s not like with steroids where you have to worry about transitions on and off. It’s a much smoother effect than that because these are natural supplements that work with your system and not against it.

  122. After reading your very informative review of Jacked and Extreme I clicked over on the Critical Mass review. Here’s the deal and the question. 55 year old male.

    Took up running 3 years ago, lost my mind, run on average 2 full and 6+ half marathons a year now. 120 miles a month or so training. 3 days a week in gym, circuit training (set up in planet fitness) plus weighted squat work. And bike work. 5’11” 165lbs.
    So when ever a supplement starts off, sheds pounds, I stop reading…I don’t need or can’t lose any weight.

    I am pretty lean with BF hovering around 10%. I would like to add muscle mass.

    The workouts have improved core strength support, but not much to show in way of definition. And would like to push that core strength up a notch as I look at a couple of ultra’s.
    Which supplements and or stacks should I be looking at?

      You’re right that it’s more often used by men, but it is completely safe and effective for women too. As for dosing, I would take two a day of each supplement.

      On non workout days, take them with breakfast and lunch. On workout days, switch one of those dose times to about half an hour to an hour before you hit the gym.

    I take my first dose at 6am before workout, my second dose at around 9am with late breakfast and third around 12:30 or 1 with lunch. Is this too close together or must I spread the doses out?

      Yeah, I would skip that dose with breakfast. You might be good keeping it at 2 doses a day.

      Try it that way and see how you feel. If you think you need that third dose, take it shortly before dinner, as long as it’s not too close to bed time.

    I’ve mainly done the Re-Built Super Anabolic Mass Gainer but I have peaked in the last couple months not getting any stronger and not being able to gain anymore weight. I would just like to be able to gain about 10 more pounds of muscle and continue to get stronger.

    I’ve heard before that it’s good to switch things up after a while and not let your body get used to the same things. Is the Crazy Mass stack something you would recommend for me?

      That’s generally correct. The amount of Yohimbe is pretty low.

      I didn’t have any side effects, and I actually haven’t heard about any from other guys either. But it’s always a good idea to use caution and start with a low dose.

      And yes, the dosing schedule you propose is very similar to what I used. It’ll be great.

    This was before I researched the crazy mass cutting stack. I’m assuming that the stack will take the place of the Knock out?

      The workout and meal plans in the ebook are the way you should go as far as that part of it goes. For supplements, definitely the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack.

    However, this week I feel like my body is not reacting the same. Could it be because my body got used to it? & another thing, when should I take my dosage?

      Sounds like you’re taking them right. I wouldn’t necessarily change anything about that.

      A noticeable drop in effects does eventually occur once you build a tolerance, but I wouldn’t expect it to happen after only a week. Here’s what you do: Take a break from the stack for about 3 days.

      Start up again with just the 2 earlier doses of each (before breakfast and before gym). Then if you’re effects drop off again, adding that third dose back in could do the trick.

    I’m 36 years old 6′ 210pounds. I’ve always been pretty active, but the last five years have been pretty lazy.

    During my workout days I maintained weight at about 215-220. I’m not really trying to body build, but trying to just look nice (if you know what I mean).

    My question is, should I start off by taking creatine for a couple of months then start the crazy stack or just go straight into the crazy stack. I have started working out and have noticed that my muscles just fatigue really quickly.

    I know it will get better, but also know that when I used to take creatine, it would help with my muscle fatigue and ability to push through. My workouts are going to consist of crossfit and some lifting.

    First, at around 180 pounds… many calories should I be having a day to GAIN weight with this product? And secondly, I know you take each pill at the same time 3 times a day with meals.

      It depends on a how much you work out, whether or not and how much cardio you do, and how active you are in general. You can plug that info into our Calorie Calculator to help pin it down. It’s not the supplements that make you gain weight. What they do is allow you to push yourself harder during your workouts so you create those better results. And actually, it’s the Crazy Mass Bulking Stack that you should take if you want to gain muscle weight. The Cutting Stack is more about losing fat and getting ripped. The best way to take the stack is with meals. The adjustment I would make is on workout days to skip a meal dose and take it before hitting the gym instead.

  143. Hi Rob, after taking t-bal I notice strength increase. but size is bigger only in mirror, when I measure there is no difference… arm, for example. But it looks bigger… does this mean density has increased which is why it appears bigger even though the actual size has NOT increased?

      It actually means that you’re losing weight. When you lose weight and keep your muscles (in this case your arms) strong by lifting, they look bigger, but they aren’t actually bigger.

      So, basically it’s a good thing.

      I specifically leave out portion sizes so the program can be flexible. Use the portions as ratios relative to each other to make the amount of calories you need for the day.

      Also, you can start with a lower number of calories if you want and experiment to see what amount gets you where you want to be.

    I will be eating clean as I can and curious as to will I gain the right mass ( lean muscle ) over fat. I’m looking to bulk up but with as little fat as possible If that makes sense.

    Also I cannot get your calorie counter to work for me …. What is the proper calorie intake I should be consuming daily for peak muscle mass gains ?

      When you’re trying to gain weight, the best way to make sure it’s muscle you’re gaining and not fat is to make sure you lift hard and you eat clean. If you do that, most of the weight you gain will be muscle.

      You’ll want to eat around 3500 calories and make sure you’re working out hard.

    Just a little doubt. For ppl who can’t afford bulking stack, what stacking products would you recommend that’d last three months?

      If your goal is building size and bulking up, go with Anadrolone and Testosterone Max. If it’s more about muscle and strength, try Dianobal and Decadrolone.

          It’s not a difference between muscle and size. It’s a difference between size and strength. The difference is subtle, but it’s between making the muscle you have stronger (strength) and building more muscle (size). And yes, if you want to lose fat, you really need to make sure you take in fewer calories than you use, and that usually means both restricting your diet and doing cardio.   147. I have a question.I am 33 and I recently went from 260lbs down to 240lbs (treadmill, diet, weight lifting). When I was 260 i was pretty strong and with the weight loss I’ve noticed some strength loss.

    My goal is to get down to about 205 and bulk back up. I’ve also lost a considerable amount of body fat in the process and still need to shed a bit more.

    My question is should I take the cutting stack and then take the bulking stack? Or take the bulking stack and then the cutting stack?

    Also is it possible to take pre-workout supplements or Creatine with either of these, and your thoughts about protein with either of these.

Both stacks include pre workout supplements, so you won’t need those, but with your goals, you’ll definitely want a good protein like 100% Whey Gold Standard.   148. Dear Rob, just reporting…. it’s been 17 days since my tbal/paravar stack. The strength gain is good … from barely 35 dips without backpack in 5 sets, I’ve progressed to 39 with backpack (and this even after combining hindu squats with very little rest period).

    So in terms of strength there is great progress even with low rest time.

    But fat loss is not there, no vascularity. I just dont get it.

    My diet is good, I lift regularly…. and I’ve also gained strength/stamina after taking this stack. So obviously this combination is very effective for strength.

    But fat loss isn’t there although that’s what the stack promised to do.

    Totally confused. I am happy that my strength is increasing week after week, but a little disappointed that the actual promised result (fat loss) isn’t there.

    But it’s only 17 days and the stack will last another 28 days.

    Just a quick question. I’ve started taking this stack, I’m in week two, and I’ve noticed I’ve already lost a bit of weight, but it seems I’m retaining water much more than before, and while the fat has been coming off, my weight doesn’t reflect that as it appears I’m putting on water weight.

    Is this normal?

    Does this stack make one retain more water? Just wondering so I know what’s going on.

    I would suspect that this will stabilize and soon I can’t possible retain any more water and will start really shedding the pounds.

      You can’t really gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, so skip the Cutting Stack for now if your main goal is putting on weight. Keep doing what you’re doing and you shouldn’t have a problem gaining the 15 pounds by April.

      After that, when you’re ready to shred up, start with the Cutting Stack, cut back some of the calories, and start doing more cardio.

      Actually, the whole line refers to itself as “legal steroids." The idea is that you get benefits that resemble what you’d get with steroids, but without containing actual steroids, hormones, or prohormones. They are all primarily made from unique combinations of herbs and amino acids.

    So I’m a 18 year old guy finishing up my last year of high school. I’m a football player that’s 5’9 175lbs which is kind of small considering I want to play at the next level.     I also want to weigh about 190-205 but maintain fast speed at that weight. I’m not sure how to describe my physique but I’ve been told that I have big arms and am fairly strong with a bench press of 185 for my sets and squat 205 which isn’t very much.

    I want to improve my strength as well as I have to be able to prove to coaches in the next level that I’m good considering my height and size. Would this stacking combo help me?

            It’s best to take them before working out, but you’re totally fine taking them with meals. When you can, try taking them pre workout, and see if you notice a difference that’s worth the effort of trying to work the schedule out.

            As for “with meals” a little while before or after is just fine. I take most of my supplements about an hour after breakfast.

If you do go with Paravar alone, use the instructions on the bottle – 1 tablet twice a day with meals, plus one about half and hour before working out.     So I understand that you took the Testosterone max 1 tablet 3 times a day, which is a month supply of 90 tablets (one bottle), right?

    And you took 1 tablet of Clenn about 45 min prior to your workout and 1 tablet of Paravar and Winstral each post workout? So on your workout days, you took 1 tablet for each product, and you did not take any of them on your off days?

    In other words, since each product contains 90 tablets, would I be able to use them for 6 months if I follow your dosage and workout one day on and the next day off routine?

      I actually took the Clenn, Paravar, and Winstral with a meal on my non workout days, and I would recommend you do that as well. So you can get a good 3 months out of the stack (minus the Testosterone Max).

          I really only lost about 3 or 4 pounds, but I stay in pretty good shape, just get a little sloppy with the eating sometimes. So I didn’t have that much to lose.

          About belly fat, you can’t spot reduce fat, so you just have to reduce overall. And yeah, unfortunately, belly fat is the last to go for most people.

          I understand your confusion, there are a couple different factors with getting your abs to show. You have to lose the fat covering it, and you have to build up the muscle underneath.

          So the answer is both. Lose the fat and do the ab work.

            Yeah, they are right. Paravar and T-Bal stack well together when you’re cutting and trying to add lean strength.

            And you’ll want to start with the ab work right away, while you’re losing the fat. That way, they pop as the fat is lost.

            Really just 1 or 2 exercises on your core will get you the results he’s looking for. You shouldn’t be using any weight, just simple ab exercises without weights are what you want.

      The recommendation to take it with food is primarily to help make sure you don’t get an upset stomach. As long as you feel fine, you should be fine as well.

      Try to keep as close to the recommended schedule as possible, taking it with a meal when you can.

    I’m 29 years old and 5″8. I’m 185 lbs but, in my prime, my comfortable weight was around 150 lbs. I’m starting P90X for three months, then moving into P90X2 and Insanity to get back into shape and lose that weight, while also (hopefully) obtaining some definition in my muscles and looking for some muscle gains.

    I came across this website, which is where I found out about this stack, and I became intrigued. I’ve never taken anything like this before so I have a couple of questions.

    1. I see that you’re supposed to take three of each of the four tablets every day. That’s 12 tablets a day – sounds a bit excessive.

    Is this really necessary? Although I can see how all four work together, can you take less than that and it still be effective?

    2. If so, how many of each can you take daily and still see results?

    3. My primary goal is to lose the fat, lose the waist line, and get back to my lean self. Having muscle definition is a bonus, and I’d like a least a hint of abs showing.

    Does this stack work to burn fat and build muscle? Or is it kind of a one or the other type of deal.

    4. Is this the stack for me? Or is there some other one I should be looking at.

      Sounds like you’re goals are perfectly in line with this stack. And you’re right, you can’t really lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

      You can tone and strengthen while you lose. You just can’t gain.

      When I used the stack, I set up a slightly different schedule, and I still got fantastic results. Here’s what I did: 1 tablet of Clenn about 45 min prior to my workout, and 1 tablet of Paravar and Winstral each post workout.

      The Testosterone max I took as directed, which called for 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, even on non workout days. That’s what worked for me, of course you can experiment to find your best schedule too.

          No problem. Yeah, you’ll want to keep taking protein. There’s some in the stack, but not in the amount you’ll want. Same with creatine, but that’s more for if you want to build muscle. What it does is help you push more weight for more reps so you get big in a hurry. If you just want to get tone and cut, you probably don’t need the creatine.


  176. Since this stuff is considered an anabolic steroid, and I’m participating in a sports league which forbids the usage of such steroids and performs random checks regularly, do you think this stuff will be okay?

      Crazy Mass supplements are not steroids, so you don’t have to worry about that. But you should take the labels with you when you get tested, just in case.

          It’s really hard to cut weight (fat) and put on weight (muscle) at the same time, unless you have tons of weight to lose. It’s better to use the T-Bal/Paravar stack first, then switch to the Anadrol when you’re ready to put on muscle mass.

            Stacking will get you better results, but yes, you’ll get bulked up with Anadrol alone. If you are able to stack it, I recommend you go with a testosterone booster, like Testosterone Max.

            Is it true that compound exercises are better while bulking, whereas while cutting a mixture of isolation/compound is better?

            Is there any truth to that? it’s said compounds target the entire body and so it is useful for bulking. Isolation, otoh, helps with cutting/aesthetic purposes.

            Yes, you’re right on the money. Compound lifting is essentially using a range of muscles while lifting (think bench press), while isolation is lifting that isolates one muscle (or at least 90% of it or so, think concentration curls).

            Start with compound lifting to gain strength and mass, and then perform isolation exercises to cut up.

          5. One thing I forgot to ask, Rob. Does anadrol have any fat burning properties?

            If not, does it simply bulk you up, like make you gain fat or water weight etc.?

            There are no fat burning properties per se. But there’s also nothing that’s going to make you gain fat or water weight.

            It’s got protein (which helps you lean down as well as build muscle), DHEA and Tribulus for an increase in testosterone, Shilajit to fortify both cells and muscles, and Acetyl L-Carnitine to provide energy. So basically what it does is improve your workouts and your body’s response to your workouts, so you end up with greater success.

            The body will use food, fat, muscle, anything it can get its hands on for energy. Since the goal is to burn fat, certain supplement ingredients (like ATP) encourage the use of fat preferentially.

            But no, it’s not really losing fat and gaining muscle at once. In order to lose fat, you have to take in fewer calories than your body uses for energy.

            That’s when it’s able to start using fat stores. But in order to gain muscle, you need to consume more calories than you’re burning.

            So you’ll be toning muscle and strengthening muscle while losing fat, but you won’t be gaining muscle… if that makes sense.

    I’m 37 years old 5′ 10″ and 220 lbs, I haven’t workout in 2 years and when I stopped i was at 198 lbs and doing Insanity workout .

    I want to get back in shape by doing T-25 ,will this stack do well with the program? I want to mainly lose fat and get lean, I’m a construction worker and its hard for me to stay motivated and energized for working out since I only got time at the end of the day, should I add a nitric oxide sup to the stack to give me more energy?

      This is definitely the stack you want. You don’t need an additional pre workout or post workout.

      The stack has you covered on both ends there. But keep taking the creatine and protein to help with packing on more muscle.

      You can figure out how many calories you need by determining how many calories you burn at rest, adding in your workout calories, then adding calories depending on how much weight you’re hoping to gain each week. Use our calorie counter to help. None of the supps in the stack will block fat gain specifically if that’s what you mean.     I ordered the two month supply from CrazyMass Cutting stack and wanted to know how to take it exactly.

    It actually says 1 tab 3x daily for all except Paravar which is 1 tab 2x daily.
    I’m currently following your workout split in the ebook which is Mon, tuesday, rest wednesday, thursday, friday, HIIT saturday.

    Question is, do I skip the Clenn on non workout days and if yes, how many do i take on the actual workout days (pre-workout).

      Here’s how I did it: 1 tablet of Clenn about 45 min prior to my workout (thats the pre workout formula), and 1 tablet of Paravar and Winstral each post workout. On non-workout days, I took them each with a meal.

      The Testosterone max I took as directed, which called for 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, even on non workout days. If you’re finding you need more, up the first 3 to twice a day, still using the pre and post workout protocol, and taking the other dose with a meal.

      I really don’t recommend that you use anything other than creatine and protein at your age. The ingredients in these bodybuilding supplements have not been tested on people under the age of 18, so we just don’t know what effects might present themselves.       Well, it sounds like you’re doing something right. DHEA can help raise your testosterone levels, which will help you lose fat and retain lean muscle.

    I work in the oil patch in wyoming which means I’m at wor literally 18 hrs a day and sleep the other 6. The gym doesn’t happen that often. My days off which too are limited, are the days I try to make it to the gym.

    Will I be wasting my money on these by not working out? My job is quite physical but again not a gym workout.

As for supplements, keep using protein, and add Creatine from Muscle Advance. What it does is increase your muscle capacity to help you push more weight during your workouts so you get bigger. The other supplement to look at is Nitrocut, a non-stimulant pre workout for energy, motivation and pumps. It would be great if you could use all of them, but whichever you choose to take will help you reach your goals. As for how long it takes, that’s really up to your diet and workout regimen, and the same goes for how long your results will last. When you go off the supplements, if you continue to eat well and workout hard, you’ll keep your results.

            You’ll do really well with the Endurance Stack for your goals. For your questions: You’ll need to drink at least 32 ounces of water a day, and that doesn’t include drinks other than water.

            Not at all as far as the stimulants go. The ingredients are mainly amino acids and herbs that give you steroid-like results without actual steroids or prohormones.

            And the recommendation is that you do an 8 week cycle with this stack. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.

      Your best bet would be a pre workout called Nitrocut. With the exception of the testosterone boosters (like CrazyMass Testosterone Max), these products generally work great for women. Nitrocut is perfect for your needs though. It gets you energized and pumped for your workout and makes sure you’re pushing yourself hard to get great results. It works by boosting nitric oxide production, which is safe and effective for both men and women.
