What I Did To Get Ripped Quick

Millions of guys struggle with being a little overweight, and I certainly know the feeling. When I was in high school I weighed about 190 pounds, and while I had a decent amount of muscle mass and strength, I lacked that crucial body part that women absolutely love….abs.

I had that ridiculously stubborn layer of body fat that just WOULD NOT GO AWAY! If you’re reading this then you’re probably in the same boat I was in, or at the very least you just want an overall leaner look.

This post is all about how I went from this:

Given this was when I was in my late teens / early 20’s, but it just goes to show you that with hard work and following the “RIGHT” diet and exercise routine, you can go from flabby to ripped in just a few short months.

Monday – Chest and Triceps

  • Ab Roller: 3 Sets – 10 – 15 reps
  • Weighted Side Bends: 3 Sets (each side) – 10 – 15 reps
  • Back Extensions: 3 Sets – 10-15 reps

My Cardio Plan

The best time to do cardio (in my opinion) is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a little bit of caffeine. I would wake up at around 6:30 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and do the following High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine:

light jog for 5 min., followed by a stretch routine

1 min. on, 1 min. off jump rope for 5 min.

60 Seconds Sprint/Fast Jog
120 Seconds Walk/Slow Jog

Do this for about 20 min. (or until you can’t take it anymore!) and then walk it off and complete it with a 5 min light stretch. Doing this in the morning is supposed to help increase your resting metabolic rate, which is responsible for burning the most fat.

My Diet Plan

While I didn’t have a specific diet plan that I followed, in general I stayed away from fatty foods like pizza, cheeseburgers, cheese steaks, etc., and focused on lean meats and fish. I made it a point to eat every 2 hours, whether I was hungry or not, but I would be sure to only eat small portions of whatever I was eating.

Generally speaking, this is the diet plan that I followed:

Breakfast: 3 – 4 egg whites, 2 pieces sprouted wheat toast, 2 turkey sausage links, piece of fruit (banana, apple, etc.)

Mid Morning Snack – Protein Shake and 20 almonds

Lunch – Grilled Chicken salad with a 6 oz chicken breast and low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Mid Afternoon Snack – 2 cups of low-fat cottage cheese, 20 almonds

After Workout Snack – 2 scoops of protein, followed by a cup of fruit

Dinner – Grilled chicken and plain rice

Before Bed Snack – 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

All of this may not sound like a lot, but trust me, I NEVER felt hungry when I followed this program. Even if I did, I would end up just adding an extra scoop of whey or an extra tablespoon of peanut butter and the hunger pangs would go away.

Results and Recommendations

Following the plan outlined above, I managed to knock my body fat percentage down from 15.4% to 8.4% and my weight from 195 lbs. to 180 lbs. in about 6 weeks, all while retaining solid muscle.

You don’t have to follow this workout or nutrition program to a T, but I suggest some variation of it for the best results. You may also want to combine this program with a supplement called Nitrocut, to help you power through your workouts without getting completely drained.

Weird Testosterone Trick That Baffles Researcher’s and Wives?

Recently I have seen literally dozens of ads talking about some weird trick that is supposed to help boost natural testosterone levels. Not only does it baffle researches in Cambridge (that’s where Harvard is by the way), but it also is leaving wives speechless as to the effects it is having on their man. Sound like a load of BS? We thought so too, so I decided to investigate these claims and see what all the fuss was about. Low testosterone levels is a problem that is plagued millions of men across the US, and it is only natural that dozens of products that are used to help treat low t have been popping up like wild flies on the internet.

So What is This Weird Testosterone Trick?

Well, apparently researchers in Cambridge, Massachusetts have stumbled across some miracle formula that helps to increase all natural testosterone levels in men. By doing so, not only does it help boost libido and sex drive, but also helps with sleep quality, lean muscle maintenance, as well as and overall boost in the quality of your life. Why you would not want to share this trick with your friend I have no idea. It’s not like this trick is the holy grail of eternal life, and there’s only 2 pints in the world to drink from.

testosterone trickThe specific ad that I came across would not divulge the formula that was discovered, but rather, talked incessantly about the benefits of this so called “miracle formula”. I don’t want to talk about which product they were referring to in this article (cough!, Nugenix, cough!), but you probably already know this. I did a little bit of research to see if I could find out, at the very least, which ingredients this miracle was all about, but came up short. I know for a fact that ingredients like Testofen ( which is basically a fancy name for fenugreek extract) has been touted as a major testosterone booster, but I was unsure about what the real benefits were of this particular ingredient.

The Bottom Line

There are hundreds of products on the market that use the testosterone boosting trick in their marketing campaigns, and I have even tested a few of them. As far as some weird trick that is leaving doctors and wives speechless, it’s all in the marketing on that one. I don’t think there is a trick to anything, other than leading a healthier lifestyle, staying away from booze and cigarettes, and eating right.

Does Grapefruit Juice Make Your Penis Bigger?

Recently, I’ve had a bunch of guys email me asking if they drink grapefruit juice will it really make their penis bigger? At first I was like, “did someone seriously just ask me that?”, but then when I read into their question, I realized they may be on to something.

Foods And Drinks To Help With Size

While no food or drink will actually increase your size, there are certain foods and supplements that actually can help to increase the bio-availability of a nutrient.

What the hell does that mean?

Well, when an extract passes through your system, it is broken down in the stomach, intestines, liver, and colon. As it passes through each, it’s effectiveness and efficiency is degraded substantially, and much of a supplement may be treated as waste by your body, so that you don’t get the whole effect.

So basically, if you drink a glass of grapefruit juice while taking a supplement, the theory is that you will get the best results from it.

Has this been proven in a clinical study?

Of course not. But, it is possible that because grapefruit juice is basically good for you that it may improve blood flow and circulation, especially during erection.

While there is proof that grapefruit juice does potentiate certain prescription medicines such as anti anxiety medication, there is little evidence to support it boosting erectile dysfunction supplement function.

Their are also some foods and natural treatments that can help with erectile dysfunction, which can be a direct cause of having a small erect penis.

As much as I don’t like it, foods such as beet juice, celery, spinach, oysters, and even almonds are known to improve blood circulation.

As a direct result, because an erection involves blood flow, it would only make sense that these foods would help to improve your overall erection quality and stamina.

So, Does Grapefruit Juice Really Increase Penis Size?

Most likely, drinking a glass of grapefruit juice will not have a direct correlation on increasing penis size.

In fact, there REALLY isn’t a male enhancement supplement out there (including ones like Viarexin, Xanogen, and others) that will give you some sort of noticeable size increase by drinking grapefruit juice.

While it may be good for overall health, I can’t imagine that taking any product in conjunction with grapefruit juice will make miracles happen.

So What Can I Do Then?

Despite the DOZENS (maybe even HUNDREDS) of supplements telling you that you’ll get permanent enlargement gains, it’s VERY unlikely that you will.

I’ve personally tested dozens of products, and not one of them gave me permanent results.

You’ve got to eat lean, get enough protein, and get to the gym for a lengthy workout most days of the week.

It’s hard work and you want to see results… as fast as possible.

Taking a pill that can help only makes sense.

There’s certainly no shortage of options, and that’s where we come in.

We find those options and help you figure out which ones are likely to benefit you and which ones are, well, crap.

Elevate GF has been popping up on my radar a lot lately, so I decided to sit down and take the time to check it out.

The first thing I noticed is the claim that taking Elevate GF will make you taller. What!?

A supplement that will make a grown man taller?

Why haven’t I heard of this before?

If it’s for real, this stuff is a gold mine.

Just the market of would-be basketball players would be enough for this company’s owner to retire on.

Well, not to get ahead of ourselves, let’s look at what Elevate GF is and how it works.

How Elevate GF Works

On the one hand, the official website explains it like this: Elevate GF makes sure you have optimal levels of Growth Hormones so you can get the recovery and growth you’re looking to get out of a good night’s sleep.

It also puts you in a better mood and gives you more confidence, presumably because you’re getting that good night’s sleep and because you’re taller.

On the other hand, we also read that Elevate GF is a supplement that is supposed to give you increased energy and help you build lean muscle when combined with gym time, cardiovascular exercises and healthy eating habits.

Whereas there are some proven supplements that can help boost your energy levels as well as raise your appetite, and thus encouraging more intense working out sessions, simply taking a pill and waking up ripped one day does not happen.

The Buzz

The overall buzz around the internet about Elevate GF is mixed, but there is actually some credible evidence that this supplement does boost your energy level and helps you to recover faster.

Elevate GF does make a few claims that obviously cannot be true but that may not mean it is useless.

As far as making you taller?

There is a post on a medical Q&A site that addresses that very issue from a user of Elevate GF.

Needless to say the user posted they had not seen any results after using the supplement for the last three weeks.

But I am sure (or hope) you would have guessed that!

On the positive side there are a few comments on the internet that seem credible and actually claim to have seen improvements from using some of the ingredients that are used in Elevate GF.

The reviews about Mucuna Pruriens are positive overall and one review in particular claimed a pretty amazing recovery by a man who was very sick and weak.

It sounded like more of a case of increased energy as opposed to a pure increase in strength though.

Elevate GF most likely will not make you taller but based upon the ingredients and the buzz around the internet you may experience some positive effects from this supplement.

Based upon the research I had done I was intrigued to find a little more about Elevate GF so decided to actually try it out myself.

The website doesn’t make a complete list available, but it does specify some of the key ingredients and how they contribute to the benefits you can expect:

  • Mucuna Pruriens helps your body produce Dopamine which improves mood and movement, and increases your sexual appetite. It does this because the herb actually contains L-DOPA, an amino acid that is actually a precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine, and has been successfully studied in rats to do so.   • Rhaponticum Carthamoides which may increase protein synthesis, thereby building muscle tissue.

    It’s also an antioxidant that helps improve memory and learning.
  • Terminalia Arjuna which strengthens the heart muscle.
  • Phyllanthus Emblica contains Vitamin C which is an antioxidant for helping to reduce wrinkles and skin pigmentation.

    It also may have antiviral and antimicrobial properties as well.

There is no information given on how to take Elevate GF, just that taking it results in a good night’s rest during which your body can produce more growth hormones so you can grow inches taller, and put on more muscle from your workouts.

My Personal Results With Elevate GF

After alot of requests from my sites visitors, I finally got a chance to try out Elevate GF myself and I gotta say the results were OK, but not wonderful. One thing I noticed right away was that I was actually sleeping better. There are a few online retailers for Red Sex Dragon. A package of 10 capsules sells for about $45. Red Sex Dragonused to be available on Amazon, but no longer is. There are stories about how the company may have planted fake positive reviews, but we have no way of knowing if this is true or whether or not it has anything to do with the fact that it’s no longer sold there.

Conclusion

Just like most of the other male enhancement products out there, it’s possible that you can get some benefit from taking Red Sex Dragon. But we don’t see that it’s any better than the average pill. Also, the requirement that it be taken 2 hours before sex might be a little inconvenient.

I find that I get very little use out of most of the male enhancement supplements that recommend taking it anything over an hour from expected sexual activity to be difficult for me to get anything out simply because sex is for the most part a spontaneous thing and it would doesn’t seem appealing for me to schedule a sex appointment with the Mrs. two hours in advance, but that’s just my opinion.
