Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review, we’re gonna be talking about Extenze liquid drink.

You may have come across this shot a few times, they sell it all over the place in stores like Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, others, even gas stations carry it.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the drink first, about what’s in it, how it works, how much it costs, all that kind of stuff.

But if you’d like to skip ahead to my extenze liquid review, you can just click on the link in the description box, and it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into the nitty-gritty details of my little experiment with this particular supplement.

Anyway, I just want to start off this video with a little disclaimer, and that is that I am not a doctor.

You shouldn’t construe any of this as medical advice.

I take the time to thoroughly research all the data that I present in my videos, and you can read the description box below.

I put a bunch of resources studies and references, which pretty much back up all the claims I make.

But again, this is all part of my own personal experiences with this particular product, so it’s not meant to be advice.

Anyway, it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor before taking any supplement.

This is actually especially true with Extenze liquid shot, and I’ll get into that in a little bit.

Extenze liquid shot is basically the liquid version of their ever-so-popular Extenze pills, which have been sold in stores for probably like 20 or 25 years now.

It contains many of the same ingredients you’d find in the pill version, including extracts like Panax, ginseng, maca root, Rhodiola Rosea, as well as two key ingredients, that in my personal opinion make it work the best.

Those two ingredients in particular or Yohimbe and l-arginine.

I’ve talked about this combo of ingredients in the past but I’ll give you a quick rundown on their use erectile disfunction, so you get a better idea of how exactly that works.

So l-arginine is an amino acid that we actually get from a lot of common foods that we eat, like red meat, fish, poultry, eggs and even dairy products.

It’s not an essential amino acid, which basically, an essential amino acid is one that the body cannot make on its own, and therefore it has to get it from outside sources.

But it’s actually considered somewhat essential because it’s highly important for many functions and it is usually present in low quantities.

One of the biggest benefits is its ability to improve blood flow and circulation, and it does this through a process called vasodilation.

So once l-arginine is in the body, it’s converted into nitric oxide, which in turn causes blood vessels to open wider, essentially.

As they get wider, more blood flows and with more blood flow comes, you guessed it, increase erection quality.

Now, Yohimbe, on the other hand, is actually a stimulant that’s kind of like caffeine.

It basically stimulates your nervous system, and by stimulating the brain during sexual situations, it actually increases blood flow and signals to the penis.

So you have the Yohimbe increasing blood flow to the penis through its mechanism of action, and the l-arginine allowing for more blood flow to the penis during an erection.

This is what really makes this combo so effective, and I could definitely tell you from personal experience that it really does work.

Now, that the chemistry lesson is over, we’re going to talk a little bit about my personal results with Extenze drink.

I picked up a 2-pack of this stuff when I was at Walgreens for like 9 or 10 bucks.

And it literally sat on top of my desk for about two months before I finally got a chance to try extenze liquid out.

And the only reason I remember that is cuz somebody asked me that I had told a few months back that I’d be trying it out soon, he sent me an email.

Anyway, the directions on the label state that you should drink one full bottle for an extreme boost.

I like to be a little on the conservative side and start off with like a low dose to assess my tolerance, I just drank about half the bottle.

The taste is not really that great, this particular bottle was big cherry.

As far as I’m aware, it’s the only extenze drink flavor that they have at the moment.

I would say that I started to feel the effects probably within about 15 or 20 minutes.

It’s kind of tough to describe, but if I had to lay it out for you, I would say it probably gives you, it gives you like a big burst of physical energy as well as like a tingle in your pants, if that makes any sense.

One thing is definitely for sure, if you are sexually aroused in any way, you’ll definitely you walking around with a boner for a couple of hours unless you take care of it, so to speak.

Compared to the regular pills that I’ve been taking, the liquid shot seems to kick in a little bit quicker.

With the pills, it always seems like it takes about 30 to 45 minutes for it to kick in, and with this shot, it was probably more like 10 to 15 minutes, before you start seeing any kind of real effects.

I would definitely recommend that if you decide to try this out you start off with like a really low dose.

Maybe like a quarter of a bottle or even a, you know, a half about a bottle.

Yohimbe, the ingredient I was talking about before, has a tendency to kind of creep up on you if you take too much of it.

You might get a nice boner off of it, but it could also make you feel really sick at the same time, and that’s happening with pretty much any product that I’ve used before that contains Yohimbe.

It’s really just a matter of how much it contains, which unfortunately if you look at the label here, it doesn’t tell you.

It’s part of a proprietary blend, so they don’t really tell you exactly how much Yohimbe is in it. I definitely still prefer the pills.

If you’re short on cash and you just need something in the spur of the moment, you know, you have a date tonight or whatever it is.

If you just want to spend like eight or nine bucks to try something, you know, one time, one shot off, it might be worth your while.

You could pretty much find Extenze Liauid anywhere, I’ve seen it in Publix, I’ve seen it in gas stations, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, almost anywhere that you could pretty much find it.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have for the Extenze drink.

If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section below or you can send me an email at contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

And thanks for watching, I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And a today’s review we are going to be talking about alpha monster advanced.

As with all of my video reviews, I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first, but if you’d like to skip ahead to my personal review, you can just click the link in the description box below. it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into all the nitty-gritty details with my experiment with this.

So anyway, alpha monster advanced is a supplement that’s made by a company located in White Plains in New York.

I actually came across this while brought browsing through an adult-film site.

I saw this ad that said one simple trick to make a bigger cock that lasts for hours, so I clicked on it and ended up leading me to a page that talked about how alpha monster advanced is basically the herbal equivalent of viagra, and essentially gives you the endurance of a pornstar.

Literally, later on, that same day, my Facebook feed I saw an ad that apparently led to an article on CNN, stating that guys were combining apple cider vinegar with alpha monster, and losing a ton of weight.

So it got me thinking, is this an erectile dysfunction remedy or weight loss pill.

In either case, they’re making a lot of claims.

So I decided to dig a little bit deeper to find out what’s really going on with this particular supplement.

So according to the official website alpha monster advanced is supposed to increase natural testosterone production, which in turn, of course, increases muscle strength, stamina and your performance in the bedroom.

It does this through a proprietary blend of ingredients that includes horny goat weed, Tongkat Ali, saw palmetto extract, orchic substance, which is actually made for cattle testicles.

If you don’t, believe me, you can click on the WebMD link that I put in the description box below, wild yam extract, [INAUDIBLE 01:56] root, nettle extract, boron, and calcium.

So I’m not gonna go into a detailed description of what each of these ingredients do.

But if you’re interested just click on the written review below and I talked a lot about exactly how they’re all supposed to work.

As far as where to buy, I checked with all the major retailers like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Walmart, Walgreens, all those guys, and none of them carry this.

The same goes for most of the online vendors like Amazon.

I did see a few guys selling alpha monster advanced on eBay, somewhere around the range of like 40 to 50 bucks for one bottle.

So really the only way that you can actually buy this outright is via their website, which is like one of the hardest things in the world to find.

You can search Google for probably, you know, 20, 30 minutes before you actually come across it.

You’ll find a lot of websites that look like they’re the actual official alpha monster advanced website, but when you click on them it’s kind of like a review but not really a review.

It’s just a bunch of jargon that’s trying to get you to click on the ad, that eventually lead you to the site.

And in a lot of cases, it’ll actually redirect to a completely different offer. So it just takes forever to find it.

But anyway, if you finally do make it to the official website, the only way you can actually order it is via a free trial.

What that basically means is that you’ll pay I think like $5.99 for shipping, but if you don’t call it a cancel within 14 days of ordering, they’re actually gonna charge your credit card like almost $90. On top of that, they’ll actually send you a bottle of this every 30 days and continually charge you 90 bucks every month until you call to cancel alpha monster advanced.A lot of guys don’t realize this, and in some cases, several months will go by before they even bother checking the credit-card statement, and of course, once they do they’ll see all these charges.

An a lot of cases it adds up, you know, to hundreds, and in some cases even a thousand dollars, so.

This is called what’s called an auto rebill program.

I wrote a really detailed article on this, which I’ll place in the description box below if you’re interested.

As for my personal experience, I ordered a free trial bottle ofalpha monster advanced about two weeks ago, and just finished up testing it for about the last week or so, the directions on the Alpha months are labeled state that you should take two caplets, one to two times per day, but they don’t really specify when you should take it.

I figured I would start off with two caplets in the morning on an empty stomach, and then like one caplet in the afternoon before lunch.

I gotta say I really didn’t seem to notice any effects from it whatsoever, um.

I didn’t feel any massive increase in libido or stamina.

There were no explosive muscle pumps, and I did not notice any weight loss whatsoever from it.

Probably about the only thing that I did notice fromalpha monster advanced was by about the end of the first week, I was actually having a really hard time falling asleep.

I would literally toss and turn for like an hour before drifting off, and I also noticed that I was getting like kind of these weird panic anxiety attacks from it.

I’m not quite sure if it was alpha monster advanced that caused this, but I wasn’t thinking anything else at the same time, and it seemed to finally go away once I am once I finally stopped taking it a few days ago.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have for alpha monster advanced.

For my personal experience it didn’t really seem to do anything, but as with any supplement everyone’s gonna have different results.

What doesn’t work for me you may actually work for you, and vice versa.

If you have any questions about this particular supplement, you can leave them in the comment section below or send me an email to contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you within about 24 hours or so.

Thanks for watching, and I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

4 Gauge Pre Workout Video Review

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review we’re gonna be talking about 4 gauge pre-workout.

This is a pre-workout supplement I recently got a chance to test out, a couple of weeks ago and finally get around to leave in a video review of it.

If you’d like to skip ahead to my review, you can just click on the link in the description box.

It’ll take you to my website supplement critique where I go right into the nitty-gritty details of, you know, how this particular supplement worked for me.

Anyway, 4 gauge pre-workout is exactly that, it’s a pre-workout supplement, it’s designed to basically get you going in the gym, fire up your workouts, give you have more energy to push through, and the end result being that you lose more weight, gain more muscle or whatever, you know, the goal is that you that you have in particular.

I’ve tested a lot of different pre-workout supplements over the years, the vast majority of them contains stimulants, that’s what gets you going, but sometimes those things are a little bit too much.

So you’ll get 3 workouts that have the DMAA, Yohimbe, and some of them used to have ephedra back in the day.

And it would really give you a lot of energy to the gym, but ultimately will leave you feeling anxious and will give you like a really nasty crash.

Luckily the only real stimulant in4 gauge pre workout is caffeine, and it contains about 150 milligrams of it.4 gauge pre workout also contains creatine, l-citrulline, l-carnitine, and l-theanine. l-theanine and caffeine is actually a really good combo on its own.

I’ve used it in the past typically anywhere between 100 to 150 milligrams of caffeine, and about 200 milligrams of l-theanine.

And basically, l-theanine what it does is it calms you down.

So you get that energy that boosts that you would normally get from caffeine without all the jitters and anxiety.

Some of the benefits according to them on their website obviously is enhanced focus and concentration for your workouts, there’s no crash, increased stamina and endurance, and bigger pumps.

And of course that all comes from, you know, just getting a better workout.

The design of the product is probably the first time I’ve ever seen this.

I’ve seen other pre-workout supplements, I’m trying to think of one off the top of my head, that I guess that’s c4, you know, one of them has a, it’s sort of similar to this.

I can’t really think of the name of it but um, most of them just come in regular you know round tub, they come in powder form.

And there’s nothing dramatically different about them, but obviously4 gauge pre workout is different, it’s pretty cool-looking.

So you have caffeine, you have l-theanine, l-citrulline, and then you have creatine monohydrate, which is not a very common ingredient in pre-workout supplements.

One of the main reasons behind that is that it contains, it basically allows you to retain water.

And a lot of guys that are taking pre-workout supplements don’t want that, they want they want that lean muscular look.

And a lot of times creatine won’t do that to you, at least initially.

What creatine does do is it enhances your calorie burn, because you’re pushing yourself harder in the gym.

I actually have a really good guide on how to take creatine, which I’ll include in the description box below if you’d like to read it, but uh.

There’s been several studies that have shown that creatine consumption can actually help to increase lean muscle mass as well as help to improve athletic performance.

So that’s probably the one of the main reasons why it’s included in the4 gauge pre workout formula.

Anyway, my personal results were actually really good.

I took it a few times actually, on separate occasions.

The directions on the label state that you should take two level scoops in 10 to 12 fluid ounces of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training, like with any supplement that I usually take, I like to start off with the lowest possible dose.

And in this case I actually just started with like a half of a scoop of4 gauge pre workout on an empty stomach just to see what kind of real, you know, results I would get from that and to be honest it was actually much better than I anticipated. That was the first time that I took it.

Nothing crazy but I definitely felt a boost of energy.

On the second time that I took it, I took a full scoop, and it was really like it started hitting probably faster than twenty minutes.

It says 20 or 30 minutes before, but I felt like it hit me in like five to ten minutes, I could start feeling it.

And then the third time that I took it, I actually went for the full dose and it was two scoops, two full scoops, level scoops mixed before, and that was definitely by far, you can tell that that’s really the optimal dose.

That’s the kind of dose you should be shooting for.

But yeah, overall,4 gauge pre workout is definitely a really good pre-workout supplement, I definitely recommend it.

I didn’t notice any side effects, obviously you know, there’s gonna be guys that get side effects.

If you’re sensitive to caffeine, you have high blood pressure, even if you have diabetes, you know, you want to check with your doctor and make sure that it’s safe for you to take something like this.

But in general, since it’s an all-natural, over-the-counter supplement, you should have no problems.

Anyway, you can’t buy4 gauge pre workout in stores as of right now, as if this review.

I checked with all major retailers like GNC, Vitamin, Shoppe, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, none of them carry this, and I don’t anticipate them doing it anytime soon because it’s such a new product.

But you can definitely find it on, you know, the website 4gauge.com, I think it is.

And you might be able to find that on Amazon or eBay down the road.

A typical bottle of4 gauge pre workout is, they call it one round, is forty-five bucks, and that contains about 20 servings. 20 servings being the two full scoop, so if you knock that down to like one scoop, then you’re looking at you know forty servings.

So depending on how often you go to the gym, if you go three-four times a week like I do, you know, then you’re looking at this is like a like a two to three weeks supply, again, depending on how much you take. the taste is actually really good, that’s a big thing with a lot of these pre workouts as they tend to have a nasty aftertaste, which really by and large is not a huge deal.

I mean you can just wash it down with water, and you know, but some guys really can’t stand the taste of some of the pre-workouts, the aftertaste that leaves so, but this is actually pretty good.

It’s a fruit punch flavor, which was the only flavor they have right now.

Anyway, that’s all I have for 4 gauge pre-workout.

If you have any questions you can leave them in the comment section below.

You can also visit my website leave them in the comment section there or you can send me an email at info@supplementvritique.com, and I’ll try to answer as best as I can.

That’s all I have then. I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Cianix Review

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s today’s review we’re going to be talking about a product called Cianix.

This is a male enhancement supplement, I actually came across about six months ago and it’s been on my list of supplements to try pretty much ever since then. So I decided to finally give it a go.

I wanna talk a little bit about the product first, but if you’d like to skip ahead to my review, just click on the link in the description box below.

It’ll take it my website supplement critique calm where I go into all the nitty-gritty details about my personal experience with this particular supplement.

So anyways, Cianix is an all natural dietary supplement that promises to help you gain more energy and stamina, increased size, boost performance, and amplified pleasure.

It apparently does this through a proprietary blend of ingredients, that’s pretty straightforward, and actually really common in many of the products I’ve tested in the past.

As you’ll see here on the label Cianix contains ingredients like vitamins E and B 3, horny goat weed, Hawthorn berry, damiana leaf extract, Muira puama, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, Tribulus Terrestris, Catuaba bark extract, saw palmetto, inosine, l-arginine, oat straw, cayenne fruit, and soy isolate protein.

From what I can tell, and this comes from a lot of years of experience of testing supplements like this.

The primary ingredients seem to be l-arginine, horny goat weed, and Tribulus Terrestris.

I’ve used a lot of supplements that contain these particular ingredients, and really for me, it seems to be kind of hit or miss.

Sometimes a supplement can work, and sometimes it doesn’t do shit.

My guess is, this really has to do a lot with the quality of the ingredients that they’re pumping into the stuff, which when it comes to the supplement industry, you really never know what you’re gonna get.

Doing research on this particular supplement, brought up a couple of interesting things.

For one, if you search for reviews, you’re basically not going to find any.

There’s a bunch of sites that have, you know, written reviews about the product, but from what I can tell, none of them actually tested it.

We’ve actually had a few reviews come in here to supplement critique, and all four of them pretty much rated it as one-star.

Basically all these guys said that it didn’t do anything for them, and they were just really pissed off that they were charged the full price.

And I’m gonna talk a little bit, talk in a little bit about why that’s the case.

The other thing I noticed was when I was doing a little bit of research. I came across this article, at first glance it kind of looks like the Fox News website.

And throughout the supposed article they talk about how Angelina Jolie was talking to dr. oz about Brad Pitt’s ED, and that he specifically recommended that they try out Cianix.

Also, apparently the editor of this article, who goes by the name of Kate Jones, picked up a box of this stuff and she slipped it, her husband one of these pills under the guise that it was just a multivitamin. This whole article really is just complete and utter bullshit.

I’m not gonna go into detail about why here.

But if you click on the link below, that’ll lead you to my review.

I basically dissect the entire thing and show you how it’s basically a total scam.

So Anyways, as far as my personal results, I got a trial box of Cianix about two weeks ago, and I finally got a chance to test it out.

I’ve been using it for the last ten days or so, and I got to say I really haven’t felt much, if anything, in regards to effects.

The directions on the label state that you should take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

So I basically took it every morning with breakfast, and like I said, I didn’t really notice anything.

I didn’t see any effect on libido or stamina, no increased energy, no effect on my workouts.

At first, I thought maybe it would take a few days to kick in, but it says right on the label here, fast-acting in Formula.

So to me fast acting means like one or two days not, you know, two weeks.

Like I’ve said, I’ve been taking this for ten days so, you know, I really haven’t noticed anything.

So anyway, earlier in this video, I mentioned that guys that we’re leaving reviews were really pissed off about getting billed a full price for the product and the reason why is because the only way that you can actually buy this stuff is through a free trial.

When you go to order Cianix on their official website, which I think is just cianix or cianix.com, you’ll see right at the top something that says claim your 14-day trial.

A lot of guys perceive this to be a sample, but this is really not the case.

What it basically means is that you have 14 days to use the product, and if you feel like it’s not working, you need to actually call them to cancel.

Because what happens is, if you don’t do that, they will end up charging you the full price for the product, which I think is somewhere around like 96 or 97 dollars.

In addition to this, they’re gonna end up sending you a box of Cianix every 30 days and charge your credit card the $97 every 30 days, unless you call it canceled. And I think maybe in some cases you can email them.

Most guys don’t realize this, what ends up happening is, they’ll log into their bank account, they’ll check their credit card statement, and they’ll just start seeing these charges, you know, coming in month after month.

I actually did call to cancel my trial about 10 days in, and I got to give them a little bit of credit, they didn’t really give me a hard time.

They didn’t give me, they didn’t get me to try to keep the supplement.

They didn’t offer me any discounts, they just canceled it.

And they issued me what’s called an RMA number or a return merchandise authorization number.

Basically what that means is I have 30 days to send a product back to them, and if I don’t, they’ll end up charging me the full price for the product.

So my plan is to send that back later on today.

So that’s pretty much all I have for Cianix.

If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section below or you can send me an email to contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours or so.

So thanks for watching, and I’ll be back soon with another review.

Zyplex Review

Warning:Some of this content is not suitable for work, viewer discretion is advised!

I’ve been testing and reviewing male enhancement supplements for close to 7 years now, and one thing never ceases to amaze me…

The sheer amount of pills that tell you that you’ll get a bigger penis from taking their product.

Never mind the fact that the only legit way to increase size is via surgery, there’s certainly no shortage of supplements claiming to increase your size.

It gets exhausting coming across supplements that claim do be able to “double your size” or make any noticeable gains because it is just not possible at all from taking a pill whether it’s prescription or over the counter.

So when I came across this ad for Zyplex on an adult film site, I almost chuckled a bit.

zyplex ad

What do you want to know about Zyplex?

What is it?
How does it work?
Are there any side effects?
Will Zyplex make me bigger?
Does it really work?
The truth about Zyplex
Recommendation

What is Zyplex?

That depends on who you ask and what site you’re getting your info from.

For example, the original ad I came across featuring Zyplex touted it as a penis enlargement pill.

does zyplex increase penis size

According to that same site, Zyplex comes highly recommended by a urologist who goes by the name of “Dr. Mason Moore”.

They don’t exactly quote him recommending the product, but they do post a picture of him.

dr mason moore zyplex

I ran a google image search of this guy, and it turns out his image is used on several sites.

This includes this site, which is in German but calls him by a completely different name, and lists a completely different product called “Giant in a Bottle”.

giant in a bottle

But then when you visit their official website, they make no mention of size gains.

Really the only things they do mention are:

  • Increased erection quality
  • Longer stamina
  • Stronger performance

So is Zyplex an enlargement pill or just a sex pill?

How Does Zyplex Work?

According to the official site, Zyplex is more or less a testosterone boosting supplement.

I mean, it says so right on the front of the packaging.

It helps to improve your sexual function and control by 2 mechanisms:

  1. An increase in free testosterone
  2. Nitric oxide production to the penis

How does it do all of this?

Through the all natural, proprietary blend of ingredients of course.

Those ingredients include:

  • Zinc
  • Korean Ginseng
  • Tribulus Terrestris
  • Nettle extract
  • Fenugreek
  • Bioperine
  • Eleuthero

I’ve written pretty extensively about these ingredients, so I’ll only touch on them briefly here.

How does Zinc increase testosterone?

Zinc is one of the most common elements in may of the foods we eat, and is directly responsible at helping to increase testosterone levels.

HOWEVER, taking a supplement that contains zinc is only beneficial if you have an existing zinc deficiency.

If you’re already getting enough Zinc in your diet, taking more won’t do much.

How does Tribulus Terrestris increase testosterone?

Another one of the primary ingredients in Zyplex includes Tribulus Terrestris.

I’ve probably taken dozens of supplements containing Tribulus Terrestris over the years, including Nugenix, Viril X, and Alpha King.

Some of them have worked well, while others haven’t done much.

There’s been a total of 28 studies done of Tribulus Terrestris and it’s effects on testosterone levels, and the jury is still mixed.

For example, some studies conducted in castrated rats showed increased sexual activity.

However, in countless human studies (like this one, this one, and this one), the use of Tribulus Terrestris showed literally NO impact on testosterone levels.

Is Zyplex FDA approved?

According to the official website, Zyplex is a male enhancement supplement that is so powerful, you once needed a prescription to get it.

is zyplex a drug

So, from that you would infer that at some point it was a drug, right?

Well, I did some research on the FDA’s Drug establishments registration site, which is where you can find legally registered drugs.

zyplex fdaOf course, I found no mention of Zyplex whatsoever.

no records for zyplex

A search on the regular FDA site turned up nothing either.

fda search

I even searched Drugs.com to see if there was any info on it being a drug, and I see no evidence supporting that claim.

What do Zyplex Reviews have to say?

If you’re looking for credible testimonials, I’m afraid you won’t find any.

I just spent the last 30 minutes pouring over dozens of websites, and absolutely no one has talked about it.

By that I am referring to actual, solid, verifiable user reviews that you can bank on being legitimate.

Sure, there are several sites that “say” they have “reviewed” it.

zyplex reviews

However, if you visit these sites about the only thing you’ll find is general info about the Zyplex pills.

In fact, the only credible review we found was on the website Highya.

A visitor to that site left a comment that really laid in to the fact that they are scamming people with their free trial (more on this below).

Unfortunately, he didn’t make any mention as to where or not Zyplex actually works, so we’re left in the dark.

The REAL Truth About Zyplex

So when you go to pick up your “free trial” of Zyplex, you’re led to a page that asks you to put in your credit card info.

“Why do they need my credit card info?”, you may ask?

Well, it’s to pay for the shipping, right?

Right…

According to them, shipping is only $4.95, and you should receive your free 30 day supply in just a few days.

What you likely missed because it’s buried at the bottom of the page in extremely fine print is the following:

By submitting, you connect to having read and agreed to out Terms and Conditions and after your 14 day trial period has expired, being enrolled in our membership program for $89.95 plus shipping per month. You can cancel anytime by calling (877) 375-2615.

So basically what this means is, if you don’t call to cancel your trial within 14 days of ordering, they’re going to charge your credit card almost $90.

I’ve seen this countless times, and I’m actually seeing a lot of sites that are literally exact replicas of the Zyplex site.

For example, here’s a snapshot of the Zyplex website.

zyplex website snapshot

Now, take a look at the website for ERX Pro (another male enhancement pill):

erx pro website snapshot

And then there’s the Anamax website.

https://www.supplementcritique.com/wp content/uploads/2018/05/anamax

You can also check out the Testo max website, here’s a snapshot below:

testomax website snapshot

I even wrote a review of a product that had an identical site like this, called VRDHIGGRA.

vrdhhigra website

Ok, so it’s not exactly the same, but are you beginning to see a pattern here??

Be straight with me Rob, what’s going on here?

The B.S works like this.

  1. They (and by they I mean some company located overseas) develop a product called TRT Pro (or whatever you want to call it).
  2. They slap a fancy label on it, and create a website like the one you see above.
  3. They start buying up ads on major porn sites like Xvideos, Porn Hub, and XNXX.
  4. All of these ads have a common theme….they all tell you they will give you increased penis size.
  5. They sucker 1,000’s of guys into thinking they will get a bigger penis from taking this supplement.
  6. They promise a “free trial” which to many sounds like “free sample”. As you can see, this is not the case.
  7. Once they’ve scammed enough guys, they go back to the drawing board and come up with a completely different sounding product and repeat the process.

I can’t tell you how many guys have been scammed by free trials like this.

In fact, it’s so prevalent that I actually wrote a really good blog post on it, detailing exactly how it goes down.

Recommendation

Don’t waste your time with Zyplex. Despite hours of research on my part, there’s no credible info on:

  • How it works
  • Customer testimonials
  • If the ingredients are dosed at the right ratios

Couple that with the fact that the only way to buy it is through their free trial program, and it’s clear to me that these pills are a scam.

This is a fly-by-night company that will stop at nothing to run up a HUGE amount of charges on your credit card without you even knowing it.

If you’re looking for some products that will REALLY give you an increase in size, then check out this post.

It details tried and true methods at helping to gain some serious size, and I’ve personally used these products with GREAT results.

If you’re seriously looking to gain size, then I would seriously recommend you do NOT use Zyplex.

My BS Youtube Suspension – And What It Means For You

So it’s been a few years since I had a Youtube account, and to be honest, it hasn’t really bothered me that much.

Until now…

You see, about 6 years back when I started this site video posting / sharing sites like Youtube were nowhere near as popular as they are today.

Now that mobile phones have basically become pocket sized video cameras and TV’s, sites like Youtube have soared in use and popularity.

I used to post my video reviews on Youtube because, let’s face it, some people would rather watch a video than read a 1500 word review of a product.

I did this for about 2 years when all of a sudden I got this email:

youtube suspension

Of course, when I asked what guidelines I violated I didn’t receive a response, which is typical from a company the size of Youtube.

What had I done wrong?

Here I was giving my honest and straightforward feedback of supplements that I personally tested, and I’m basically being told ‘sorry, we don’t like what you’re saying, so you’re not gonna say it on our site’.

So I did what any reasonable person in my case did, and started another Youtube account 😉

I posted the same videos and within weeks was sent another email telling me my account had been suspended.

They must have used something to identify who I was, and have basically banned me for life.

How Did This Happen?

I’m not really sure what triggered this ban, mainly because Youtube doesn’t tell you what you did wrong.

They just ban you.

When you asked them what you did, they say “you violated our guidelines”, which if you actually read the guidelines they are intentionally vague.

Essentially, you need to be a lawyer to understand them exactly.

What actually triggered it?

My best guess is that one of the supplements which I probably rated poorly decided to buy “dislikes” and “flag video as inappropriate” on Youtube.

What do you mean “Buy dislikes and flag video as inappropriate?”

Well, that’s actually such a thing.

If you search Google for “buy youtube dislikes” there’s no shortage of companies willing to sell them.

youtube

You can literally go to one of these sites, tell them which youtube video you want “disliked”, and even buy a certain quantity of dislikes.

Here’s one example:

youtube1

Unreal, right?

How This Affected Me

So basically Youtube uses the ratio of likes to dislikes to determine how to rank a video, both on Youtube and Google.

If the amount of dislikes exceeds the likes by a certain percentage, they will devalue or lower the ranking of that video.

And in some cases (like mine) it will trigger a “manual review”.

In my opinion, a manual review is more like some 19 year old intern sitting in front of her computer chewing bubble gum and talking on the phone with her BFF, just clicking the delete button over and over again for flagged videos.

https://www.supplementcritique.com/wp
The Youtube “Manual Review” process

They’re not actually watching them to see what the content is about, they just delete, delete, delete.

So How Does This Affect You?

Well, Youtube has changed a lot over the years. Instead of seeing quality video reviews of supplements like the ones I used to have, you see stuff like this:

and this:

And you’ll even find guys who have LITERALLY stolen my videos and pawned them off as there own.

I’ve had to submit dozens of copyright claims to Youtube to get them removed.

youtube copyright complaint

Fiverr Fake Reviews Rampant on Youtube

Another thing I’ve noticed that has taken Youtube by storm is fake reviews. So there’s a website called Fiverr where you can literally pay someone $5 to post a review or testimonial on Youtube.

So when you search for a review of a supplement like Alpha Fuel, you’ll see this guy:

Who is really this guy:

https://www.supplementcritique.com/wp content/uploads/2014/10/alpha fuel xt

Or another supplement called Geniux, which is reviewed on Youtube by this gentleman.

Who again is another paid actor from Fiverr:

https://www.supplementcritique.com/wp content/uploads/2015/08/geniux fake

I could show you literally DOZENS of examples of this, but you probably get the point.

What Happens Now?

I’m tired of posting videos to Youtube, only to see them taken down 5 months later.

I’ve created close to 7 different accounts over the years, and it’s just getting old at this point.

I’ve even tried posting my videos to Vimeo, with the same result.

https://www.supplementcritique.com/wp content/uploads/2018/05/vimeo

So instead, I’ve started posting the videos directly on my own server.

It’s still in the beginning stages, but I should have every video review I’ve ever done up within a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, you can see a list of the videos here.

Hard gainers are basically skinny guys that have a hard time packing on muscle mass and strength.

However, I think it is suitable for guys that are just looking to, overall, build muscle massive strength.

So it’s not just for hard gainers but can also be for pretty much anybody looking to gain some size.

So basically the bulking stack is made up of four different supplements which I like to basically break down into like three categories.

The first category is essentially the muscle and strength category, and that’s basically comprised of the Decadron and Dianabol.

So decadron is basically comprising ingredients like L-Citrulline, L-Arginine, Cream Ginseng, and Wild Yam root, and it’s basically used in conjunction with Dianabol to give you a pretty considerable increase in muscle mass and strength.

The second category of the supplement is testosterone max, which is essentially the strength and energy component of the stack.

Testosterone max contains about 50 milligrams of DHEA, 50 milligrams of alpha lipoic acid or ALA, and also contains the amino acid L-Carnitine as well as Tribulus Terrestris extract.

The final category here is the cutting in the bulking component which is basically done through the use of t-ball 75. The supplement contains a number of ingredients are essentially supposed to help shred down any of the excess fat and what water retention that you’ll likely get from the stack.

You can buy the stack on their official website right now.

It retails in about 185 dollars, that might sound a little bit expensive but we break it down on a pro bono basis it’s really not that bad.

It only comes out to like 46 dollars per bottle which is still a lot cheaper than a lot of the alternatives that you’ll find like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.

So the million dollar question on everybody’s mind is probably: does it work?

And I could definitely answer that with a resounding yes.

I’ve personally been using a lot of these stacks that crazy mass makes, over the past six months, and they’re all working great.

This particular stack is great for guys, like I said before, that are looking to bulk up.

So if you’re looking to shred down I definitely would not recommend this.

I would recommend that you go with the crazy mass cutting stack which is almost completely different from this one.

I have a review that, if you search on YouTube, you´ll be able to find it.

What I like to recommend is that guys that are looking for the best results, as far as the results that I’ve done from these stacks, is to start off with the bulking stack and then move on to the cutting stack.

So you basically would use this for about a month, take two weeks off, and then take the cutting stack.

This way, in my opinion, that’s the best results that I’ve seen, and I’ve recommended this to hundreds of guys on my website and many of them have come back to me and said exactly the same thing. That’s the way to go with this.

There’s been a few guys, a lot of reviews that I read, a lot of testimonials that are very positive, and then there’s a lot of reviews and testimonials that I read that are very negative but I wouldn’t say a lot.

I would say they teetering on one out of every 10 reviews or so.

So okay, guys that email me and they say well this stuff didn’t work and I’ll ask them okay what kind of gym routine did you have, and they’re stumped.

They have no idea what I’m talking about.

They’re basically expecting this to do all the work for them.

And it basically doesn’t work that way, you have to work out if you want this to work.

If you work out you’re gonna get results but the purpose of these supplements is to give you better results.

It’s supposed to amplify your workouts and give you, you know, bigger overall strength gains and size gains and pack on that lean muscle.

So it’s also not an overnight miracle.

It takes time to work, you can’t expect results in four days and you might see no benefit at all in the first week or so, believe it or not.

I’ve noticed that particularly with the cutting stack, for the first week I didn’t feel any difference at all, and then all of a sudden it just kind of hit me.

I don’t know if it was a matter of the readings pulling up in my system or what but eventually it did work.

So, anyway, that’s pretty much all I have for the crazy mass bulking stack.

If you have any questions just leave them in the comment section below.

You can also shoot me an email at info@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you soon as I can, and if not I’ll be back with another review soon. Take care guys.

Cellucor C4 Extreme REAL Review

Check out my written Cellucor C4 Extreme review here: https://www.supplementcritique.com/cellucor-c4-extreme-review/

Video Transcription

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review, we’re gonna be talking about cellucor c4 extreme.

This is a pre-workout supplement, its powder based, that you use about 30 to 45 minutes prior to your workout.

It’s supposed to give you massive pumps and get you ready for the gym.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first, but if you want to jump ahead to my results, just go ahead and click on the link just below in the video here, and that’ll take it my website supplementcritique.com.

And I tell you a little bit more about my personal results with the c4 extreme.

C4 extreme made by a company called cellucor.

Anybody that’s been in the bodybuilding arena for the last couple of years, has probably heard of them, they make a wide range of different products.

And this is one of their latest ones, as far as pre-workouts.

C4, as you can tell, is something that they use in explosives, right, that’s the kind of the whole name or at least where it came from.

C4 is an explosive material that the military uses to blow doors and, you know, just generally blow shit up.

So they pretty much took that off, as far as the name is concerned, and use that in their product to make it appear as though you’re going to get explosive workouts.

So they use a lot of different ingredients in this.

I’m just going to touch on a couple of the main ones, as far as the energy blend, it says that there’s vitamin c, caffeine, which is about 135 milligrams, which is really not that much just about a cup of coffee or so, and also contains mucuna pruriens, and creatine.

So basically, what it’s supposed to do, is give you a big burst of energy right, right after you take it, and allow you to work out for just a little bit longer.

I got a chance to try Cellucor C4 out, I have the fruit point one flavor.

They have like three or four different other flavors.

This one was the only one that I’ve ever tried, and I gotta say it’s actually a pretty good product.

Not the best that I’ve ever used, but it’s definitely something that, I could feelCellucor C4 kick in within probably about 45 minutes to an hour, I wouldn’t say 30 minutes.

But I guess, if you take it on an empty stomach, you might get results a little bit faster.

I started off with just one scoop, the recommendation is one scoop, but if you have a high tolerance for any kind of stimulants or caffeine, you could definitely go a little bit higher.

But I would definitely start off with the lowest possible dosage of Cellucor C4, so you can ascertain your own results first, rather than risk getting any kind of like weird side effects from it.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have.

You can find this in a lot of different places, they sell it in GNC, they sell it online, bodybuilding.com has deals on it all the time.

You can go to their official website and get it on there, they always have promotions coming out.

But if you’re definitely looking for a good, solid, pre-workout formula, I see no reason not to recommend cellucor c4 extreme.

Anyway, that’s all I pretty much have.

If you have any questions, you can just leave them in the comment section below here or you could shoot me an email at info@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try and get back to you as soon as I can. Alright, guys, I’ll see you soon.

Take care.

Black Ant Pills REAL Review

I’ve personally used Black Ant Pills on several occasions. Find out how this enhancer works, where you can buy it wholesale, what’s the strongest version, and how long they last in this review.

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

In today’s review we’re going to be talking about black ant pills.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first but if you’d like to go ahead and skip ahead to my results you could just click on the link in the description box below.

It’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com and you can scroll down to my results and read all about it.

Anyway, black ant pills are a supposed all-natural herbal remedy that makes a lot of claims.

Not only do they insist that they have a lasting effect on hormonal levels but they actually help improve the immune system, increase libido and improve the erection for men. As one may imagine the primary ingredient in this product is, you guessed it, black ants.

It’s literally crushed up black ants, and out of the 400 known species of ants that have been studied in China, black ants are literally the only species that the China Ministry of Public Health has approved as a dietary supplement.

And the rationale behind this is that ants can actually lift up to four times their own weight and pull 1,700 times their own weight, which actually makes them one of the strongest living creatures on earth.

Black ants also contain 8 to 13 times more protein than milk, chicken, duck, beef, mutton, and fish, and are actually extremely rich in nutrients.

So with all these benefits of ants it’s pretty clear that maybe they’re onto something.

One of the biggest issues that I have with black ant is actually a lack of info on it.

Everything that I’ve come across is in Chinese, and as you could see here on the label, you can’t understand a word that it says.

There’s a few other review sites out there that have done some research on it but there’s literally dozens of different brands of pills that go by the name black ant.

You have black ant king you have BMSW and you have a few others which I can’t remember exactly the names in the top of my head right now.

But anyway, black ant, the name black ant, is common and there’s probably about half a dozen other supplements that use that same name.

One thing that I definitely noticed in my research that was very common with black ant pills is the fact that nearly every single supplement called black aunt has been recalled by the FDA. And it turns out that Chinese counterfeiters figured out a clever way to inject sildenafil, which is the active ingredient in viagra, into the supposed all-natural supplement.

I put a few links to these recalls in the description box below.

But basically what they were doing is using counterfeit viagra in place of real black ant.

It wasn’t a shock to see this when I looked at some of the reviews guys were leaving on the site.

A lot of guys are ranting and raving about how great it was but then I noticed that a couple of them were complaining about headaches and other side effects that are pretty common with drugs like viagra.

I decided to try it out myself and I could definitely confirm, definitely, that it contains the same drug as viagra or at least something similar to it.

I’m not gonna lie the effects are pretty damn awesome.

You will definitely get a massive boner with this stuff.

And it worked for me for probably something like 12 hours from what I can remember.

As far as where to buy though, I’m afraid you may be a bit out of luck here in the United States.

I haven’t seen it for sale in probably close to a year and what this whole recall thing I highly doubt wouldn’t get, you’re actually gonna see it return.

If you guys have left comments on my site saying that you can buy it on the street over in like the Philippines or Taiwan or something like that.

But clearly, that’s not very convenient for us.

If I do see a pop back up on the radar I’ll definitely be sure to put a link on my site supplementcritique.com.

So you might want to check on there every once in a while to see if it’s back on the market.

But anyway, that’s pretty much all I have for black ant pills.

If you have any questions you can leave them in the comment section below or shoot me an email at contact@supplementcritique.com and I’ll try to get back to you soon as I can.

And I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care guys.

Andro 400 REAL Review

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And today’s review we’re going to be talking about andro 400. This is a supplement that is supposedly all natural testosterone booster that’s supposed to help your body encourage more of its own testosterone production.

I’m going to talk a little bit about the product first before I dive into my personal results but if you’re a little impatient, you want to jump ahead, you could just click on the link below the description box.

It’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com and where I talk about my personal results with it.

I actually tried it for about three weeks. So I had some things to say. I will say that.

Anyway, andro 400, like I said, all natural testosterone booster.

As you already know most guys already know, once you hit the age of 30 you start to lose testosterone and about a rate of one percent per year.

That doesn’t really sound like a lot but it kind of adds up over time.

And you definitely tend to feel it as it starts to happen. You definitely start to feel more sluggish, your libido kind of just plummets, you lose interest in sex, you’re not as strong, you can’t perform, you know, in the bedroom or even athletically as effective.

And obviously, that sucks, you know, that’s a part of getting older.

But andro 400 promises that they’ll change all that and it will do so through literally one ingredient.

It’s called Eurycoma longifolia and it’s the only ingredient that’s found in this particular product.

Other than like rice flour and gelatin, which is what the capsules are made of.

The way that Eurycoma longifolia works is it’s it supposed to increase the level of free testosterone in your blood by blocking the action of the sex hormone-binding globulin, which basically means shbg.

What it does is it attaches itself to free testosterone molecules and binds them up, making them ineffective.

So with Eurycoma longifolia acting on the SHBG, the testosterone molecules can remain free and active.

Now, these tend to work by increasing the amount of nitric oxide in your blood which comes with a totally different product that’s called Andrew 400 max.

And that includes L-Citrulline and L-Arginine.

And the way that they work is to help open up your blood vessels so that blood can flow through more freely and easily.

And overall that gives you better athletic performance, better erections and all sorts of other stuff.

Andro 400 max, totally different product, is actually recommended for guys over the age of 50 that need to lose like ten pounds.

So if you’re in the market for buying a product like this and you’re below fifty or even forty-five, stick with this, Andro 400. And if you’re older than that then I would go with the Andro 400 max.

Anyway, I’ve had a lot of guys ask me over the last couple months whether or not there’s a lot of side effects with this particular supplement.

Throwing my personal results, I didn’t actually notice any but just like with any supplement there’s always a possibility.

I’ve done a little bit of research and from what I could tell in WebMD, it’s pretty safe, the Eurycoma longifolia, and there shouldn’t be any problems with it.

But um they found insufficient evidence for, you know, any kind of impact on athletic performance, testosterone or muscle strength, libido, those kinds of things.

So while it doesn’t really cause any side effects, they didn’t really find any positive benefits from it.

I looked at around a lot of the different reviews of this particular product, and by and large, they’re not very good.

Most of the guys that wrote reviews about this.

I saw them on the like websites like complaintslist.com and ripoffreport.com, and they didn’t paint a very good picture.

Most of the guys were basically saying that it didn’t work but the vast majority of them are actually just complaining about the free trial.

And the way the free trial works is you basically you’re signing up for a sample right.

So you pay four or five dollars for shipping, and what they tell you and very small, you know, fine print, is that the free trial is just that, it’s a free trial.

So you have a trial period that you use the product for and at the end of that trial they end up billing you. And they bill you a lot.

I think it’s somewhere in the range of like 55 or 60 bucks or something like that.

A lot of guys don’t realize that and they get into this thinking they’re getting a sample when the reality is they’re just getting, you know, a trial.

They’re getting a chance to use it first, you know, for a specific period of time.

You can call them up on their customer service phone number.

I’ll post that in the description box below in case you need to cancel it for some reason but you have to do that within 14 days of ordering.

If you don’t then they’re gonna end up charging you.

I’ve tested a lot of different testosterone boosters over the years.

I’ve tried neugenics, Tesla fuel, test X 180, all sorts of different ones and personally speaking, I kind of detail this on my website.

Personally speaking, I saw better results with practically all of them.

And a good majority of those supplements actually already contained Eurycoma longifolia.

So on its own Eurycoma longifolia is not the best but when compared, you know, when stacked up and compared with other ingredients, it actually has the potential to give you some sort of benefits. As far as my personal results.

I’m 35 years old, I’m in pretty good shape, I’m not some jacked up muscle head but I work out, you know, four or five days a week, maybe more depending on, you know, how the weather is.

But I tend to play a lot of beach volleyball, basketball.

I’m pretty active in sports and my natural testosterone levels are actually pretty stable for a guy my age.

I’ve never really experienced the effects of low testosterone but obviously, you know, being 35 years old, there’s a difference between that and being 20 years old.

And obviously, I’ve noticed some differences over the years.

Let’s see, I’m reading off my notes here.

So I took this for about three weeks and it looks like in the first few days I noticed an actual significant boost in libido.

I noted that what was most apparent was that I seemed to me lasting much longer I usually do.

So typically I’ll orgasm anywhere within five to ten minutes during sexual activity but with Andro 400 I seemed to be lasting, you know, anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes.

Other than that though, other than, you know, the increase in libido and decrease in premature ejaculation, I didn’t really notice any other benefits.

There was no increase in energy, I wasn’t sleeping better, I wasn’t losing weight and I definitely didn’t notice any muscle gains from it.

So whether or not it had any kind of impact on my testosterone levels is kind of a mute point.

I mean, sure I could go and get a blood test and check it out.

It’s not really practical for me because I test out so many of these products.

So I kind of just go based on, you know, how it makes me feel.

But all in all, I did not really notice hardly anything with this particular supplement.

You can find this online on their website Andro400.com a single bottle costs around 35 bucks f you buy it straight up.

If you do the free trial version I think it’s a little bit different.

I checked through all the major retailers Walmart, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, CVS, none seemed to carry that, carry this, and also on Amazon actually.

You can find that on eBay, there are some guys that are selling it on there.

My guess is that they bought maybe a four or six month supply or something like that, and they just didn’t have any good results with it, so they’re getting rid of it.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have Andro 400. I have a lot more detailed information on my website supplementcritique.com.

If you click on the link below it’ll take you there, and if you have any particular questions about the supplement or anything else you can leave them in the comment section below or send me an email to info@supplementcritique.com and I’ll be back soon with another review.

Alteril Softgels REAL Review

Do Alteril Softgels really work? Watch my video review, and learn more about the ingredients, side effects, my personal results, and more.

Unfortunately I don’t have a written review yet, but when I do I will place a link here.

Video Transcription

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And a today’s review, we are gonna be talking about alteril softgels.

This is a product that I recently got a chance to try out.

I figured I’d give you my personal results on it.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first, but if you don’t want to wait around for that, you can go ahead and just click the link in the description box below, it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into my personal results with this particular product.

Anyway, alteril softgels are, they’re fast acting, and they’re made by the same company that, you know, came out with the original alteril pills, which has been around for probably about six or seven years now, if I had to take a guess.

You can pretty much find out alteril softgels in all the major outlets, retailers, I’ve seen it sold in CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Vitamin Shoppe carries it, and I even believe GNC also carries it as well.

Of course, you could findalteril softgels online probably for cheaper, but if you don’t feel like waiting for it to ship, obviously, you can, you know, you can just go to your visit, visit your local store.

So anyway, what’s the big difference here between this? Does work any better?

I’ve taken both the original formula, and this, I personally prefer the original formula, but some people might get better results with this one.

Basically, the way thatalteril softgels are supposed to work is because they’re in soft gel versus tablet.

Soft gels have a tendency to break down quicker in your stomach, right.

Stomach acids break it down faster than they would a tablet.

So the onset of effects should take place much quicker.

How quick, really depends on a lot of different factors, namely how much acid or acidity, whatever they call it, is happening in your stomach, and then how quickly everything gets absorbed, That’s pretty much the main difference, other than thatalteril softgels contains most of the same ingredients.

It’s got l-tryptophan, about 200 milligrams of that, which I believe in the original formula contains actually more than that, it’s like the triple.

I think it’s like 600 milligrams, also GABA, valerian root extract, chamomile, and melatonin.

It’s missing a couple of different ingredients though, from what I remember looking at my other box here, the original alteril, it looks like it’s missing skullcap root extract, and glycine.

I think those are the only two ingredients that are different.

But it contains the same amount of melatonin, four milligrams, which is generally a little bit more than what you want to have.

The typical dose of melatonin can be in the range of anywhere between like 1 to 2 milligrams versus 4. Anyway, as far as my personal results, I did givealteril softgels a shot a couple of nights ago.

But when I take the original one, I usually just take one tablet and I did the same for the soft gels.

I decided to just take one and I gotta say, for me, it was not fast-acting at all.

As a matter of fact, I would say that the opt oral original is fast-acting, and this one takes longer.

Eventually, I did fall asleep, but I kind of woke up the next day with a little bit of, I guess if you want to call it, a hangover.

But I wasn’t wasn’t feeling as good as I usually do when I take the regular alteril.

Anyway, you can find this in stores like I mentioned.

I believe it’s sold for like a couple bucks more.

So I think the original alteril is like 16 bucks or 17 dollars, and then this is like an additional two or three dollars, depending on where you buy it.

But obviously you might get different results, it’s definitely worth giving a shot.

And that’s pretty much it for alteril softgels.

If you have any questions about it, leave them in the comment section below or you can just send me an email to contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll get back to you soon as I can.

And I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Nugenix Video Review

Does Nugenix really work? You bet your a$$ it does! Check out my video review, and learn more about my personal experience using Nugenix on and off again for the last few years.

Prefer to read my written Nugenix review? Click Here .

Video Transcription

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com, and in today’s review, we’re going to be talking about something called Nugenix.

Nugenix is a free testosterone booster that I got a chance to try out a few years back, and I’m finally getting around to putting up a video on it now.

Anyway, I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first before I dive into my personal results.

But if you’d like to skip ahead and click the link in the description box below, it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go to my personal results from using this particular product.

Anyway, nugenix is a heavily advertised supplement that’s been around for a few years. it uses a proprietary blend of ingredients like zinc, vitamin b6, b12, Tribulus terrestris, l-citrulline, and it also contains a key ingredient called testofen. And if you’ve never heard of testofen before, it’s basically a patented version of a substance called fenugreek extract.

It’s made by a company called Gencore, and you can find it in a few other supplements like test X 180, I believe test X 180 alpha also contains it.

Now, testofen is very carefully extracted and standardized to its content of what are called fenusides, which are basically otherwise known as saponins.

Saponins have a molecular structure that is a little bit like a steroid hormone.

And when you ingest them they bind through protein in the blood, called sex hormone binding globulin.

When that happens a very small percentage of the testosterone that’s bound to this protein is released and activated, which actually results in a doubling of free testosterone levels.

So you’re probably wondering why that’s actually important, well, as we get older our testosterone levels start to fall at a rate of like one percent a year, I think. Starting at around the age of thirty.

As a result of this testosterone production, we start to experience a loss of libido, sex drive, and even muscle tone.

By taking supplements like Nugenix that contain testofen, and thereby doubling your free testosterone, all these adverse effects are essentially reversed.

There’s actually been clinical studies proving this, which I’ll link in the description box below if you’re interested in checking that out.

One of the other key ingredients is Tribulus Terrestris, which is another one you’ll find in probably hundreds of other free testosterone boosters, and some other supplements also carry, like male enhancement, and even pre-workouts.

Tribulus has actually been shown in numerous studies, as well, to help increase sexual activity in libido.

And I’ve actually personally used supplements that contain it with really good results over the years.

So with all the scientific stuff aside you’re probably wondering whether or not this stuff actually works.

The first time I took me nugenix was probably about three years ago.

I was 32 years old and around that time I started noticing some symptoms of low testosterone, and I really didn’t want to go the doctor, only to have her throw me on like andro gel or some other kind of like a pharmaceutical drug.

I was trying to find, you know, go to the all natural route.

Right around that same time, I was actually approached by someone who worked at nugenix, that asked me if he could send over a big box of samples to give it away to my site’s visitors.

He actually sent nugenix, another supplement called luma Day and a sleep aid, I can’t remember, soma pure, that was the name of it.

I said yeah, sure, send that over and when I got the Box, he sent me like 20 boxes of nugenix.

So I was like, you know what, let me just try it out myself.

I started with the recommended dose, it’s three capsules, I believe on an empty stomach.

And to be honest the first few days I didn’t really notice anything.

I didn’t have an increase in sex drive, energy any of that stuff, but then on like day three or four, it hit me like a friggin freight train.

I woke up with this like massive morning wood that I actually hadn’t experienced in like two years, three years, up to that point.

Within a couple of days I started to feel definitely like more energetic, motivated to get stuff done, all sorts of stuff.

And I used to take, from what I remember, I used to actually take frequent naps throughout the day, and I noticed that I just basically wasn’t even tired anymore.

Essentially I felt like I was like 20 years old again.

As a result of the increased energy I also noticed after a few weeks, I had lost like five or six pounds.

So I wasn’t really doing anything different my routines, I wasn’t working out any harder, doing any additional cardio, any of that stuff.

I just basically, because I think it was because I felt so much extra energy, that I just worked out for maybe a little bit longer.

And I must probably improve my diet, but there’s gonna be some guys undoubtedly in the comments below, I get it on my site all the time.

They’ll be like oh this is bullshit, you didn’t have your testosterone levels checked, how do you know if it’s working, blah blah blah blah blah.

And for me this is just, it’s not really practical.

I mean I test out a lot of supplements, I probably go through 2 or 3 supplements a month.

And I can’t be asking my doctor issue me a prescription to have my blood checked every two or three weeks.

It’s just not gonna happen. However, I can definitely tell you how I felt from it, and to me, that’s really what matters, to begin with, right.

I mean you want to know how it makes you feel like.

Some guys are gonna be interested in the scientific nature of it , but I really would just prefer to see how I feel on it.

Anyways, as far as where to buy nugenix, you can find it in a bunch of stores.

I know GNC sells it. it’s been in there for years.

I’ve seen it at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, all the big brand stores basically carry it.

You can find that online as well, Amazon, eBay, I would prefer that it would probably be a good idea if you didn’t buy it on eBay.

Because a lot of times counterfeits are sold on there, so.

Typically you’ll find it for sale anywhere between like 30, 40 bucks, depending on where you’re looking.

But one thing that I wanted to make a comment on is the free trial.

If you look at the comments on my site, and actually after this video is up for probably a few weeks or a couple of months.

You’ll look at the comments below here, below the video, and you’ll see a ton of guys complaining about nugenix, and almost every single one of them has to deal with the billing procedures and not with the actual product itself.

When you sign up for their free trial, you’re actually only charged like four or five bucks for the shipping.

But what happens is if you don’t call to cancel like eighteen days or so after you order, they actually end up billing you like seventy bucks from the bottle.

And then on top of that, they’ll also send you a new bottle of nugenix every thirty days thereafter and bill you seventy bucks.

So you’re caught on what’s basically an auto rebill, auto-shipment program. A lot of guys don’t realize that.

It’s in the terms and conditions when you go to order it.

But most people just read over that stuff, they don’t even notice that it’s there.

So if you don’t want that to happen, you have to call them to cancel it.

I will just recommend to avoid all of that you can just go to the store and buy it or if you do decide to buy it online, just go through their straight sale.

I believe it’s like 50 bucks or 40 bucks if you want to buy it that way.

I do have the cancellation phone number on my site if you’re interested in that.

So just click on that, it’s in the link.

Anyway, that’s all I have for nugenix.

If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section below or send me an email at contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

And I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Zyrexin Video Review

Hey guys!

Rob Miller here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review, we’re going to be talking about Zyrexin.

This is according to them, the world strongest a sexual enhancer.

And if you couldn’t tell from that, and essentially it’s supposed to help as a male enhancement pill.

It’s supposed to make the erect, harder, last longer and improve your overall libido.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first but if you’d like, you can just scroll down below this video.

I have a little section called my personal results and it sort of details my experiment with it.

Anyway, this product you can find pretty much everywhere, all the major retailers carry it. I know Walmart has it.

A lot of the local convenience stores like, you know, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, I think they carry it as well.

And even in some case, you can find out like gas stations and stuff like that.

The directions on the label a state that you’re supposed to take one to two capsules or tablets, one hour prior to sexual activity, and you’re not supposed to exceed four daily.

The ingredients in this are basically all-natural.

It has epimedium extract, Yohimbe, [INAUDIBLE 01:08] and a couple of others. The chief one being Yohimbe.

Yohimbe is an extract that has been used for like hundreds of years.

It’s found on a lot of different male enhancement products and it works.

You can take actually take Yohimbe on its own and it will produce really good erection quality.

The only downside to that is that it also produces a lot of side effects. Especially in older individuals. It’s basically a stimulant.

Yohimbe, you can find it in like pre-workout supplements, you can find it in bodybuilding product, stuff like that.

It’s not only used as sexual enhancer but also, you know, for those other purposes.

Anyway, my personal results with this, it was actually pretty good.

I popped a couple of capsules the very first time, again it’s been a long time.

But I popped a couple capsules, and definitely felt the effects kind of settle in after maybe like 30, maybe 45 minutes.

And yeah, there’s nothing else to say other than it gets you hard as a rock.

It makes you, makes you want to bang, you know, all day long.

Typically with the Yohimbe, I get a lot of side effects but I guess that the Yohimbe content in this is actually a lot less than some of the other products that I’ve tried before.

So I didn’t experience anything like that but, um yeah, I would definitely rate this as one of the better all-natural, at least fast-acting male enhancement supplements out there.

It’s not the best that I’ve ever used but if you’re looking for something that’s cheap, you know, easy to get, and something that’ll work very quickly, then I would definitely recommend it.

And that’s pretty much all I got for Zyrexin.

If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section below or you can just send me an email to info@supplementcritique.com and I’ll just try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Alright, and I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review we’re going to be talking about Noxitril.

Noxitril is a male sexual performance supplement that I recently got a chance to try out at the request of one of my visitors.

I’m gonna talk a little bit about the product first before I dive into my personal results.

But if you’d like to skip ahead you can click the link in the description box below and it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into the nitty-gritty details of my little experiment here.

Anyway, Noxitril is an all-natural supplement, that according to them is designed to help you improve your orgasms, give you longer lasting erections and just overall improve your sex life.

I actually came across it while I was searching on Amazon for some new products to test and I figured I’d give it a shot.

It uses a combination of supplements like Tongkat ali, Maca root extract, L-Arginine, Ginseng and other herbs that are essentially natural aphrodisiacs.

I would say that the key ingredient here is probably L-Arginine.

If you’re not already aware, l-arginine is an amino acid that’s used in a wide variety supplements, ranging from basically, you know, any kind of male enhancement supplements.

Even pre-workout supplements contain some of it.

And the way that it works is it converts to a chemical called nitric oxide, which causes your blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow, and in turn, this improves blood flow.

Is basically what helps you to achieve a full erection.

When combined with other ingredients such as the ones I mentioned above, this effect is augmented pretty dramatically.

I can tell you from experience that it definitely works, especially when it’s combined with things like yohimbe and other types of stimulants.

I took a look at some of the other customer reviews of noxitril and to be honest there’s not really a lot of feedback out there.

For example, I saw a couple of reviews on Amazon, both of them rated at one-star.

If you go to my website supplementcritique.com, and scroll down towards the bottom, we also have a couple of reviewers that tried it out and rated it poorly as well.

So despite all of this though, I figured I would give it a shot myself and see if it actually works.

The directions on the label state that you should take two capsules daily, which I did first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

On the first day, I could say with a hundred percent certainty, I didn’t feel anything.

I continued taking it, two capsules a day every day, and out of nowhere, on day five I woke up with this like raging hard-on.

I’m talking about the kind of hard on that makes it difficult to take a piss because your junk is standing at full tension.

This happened every morning for like a full week.

So I figured, let me stop taking it for a few days and see if it would go away, and sure enough, it did, you know, in the morning it would basically be vanished, within a few days of stopping it.

Overall I would say that noxitril definitely does work.

It’s a bit on the expensive side at like 60 bucks a bottle, but might be able to work for you if you just give it a few days to kick in.

That’s pretty much all I have for noxitril.

If you have any questions on it, you can leave a comment in the comment section below or send me an email to info@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Epic Male Enhancement Review

Does Epic Male Enhancement really work? I’ve personally tested it! Watch my video review, and learn more about the ingredients, side effects, how it works, and more.

Prefer to read the written version? Click here now!

Video Transcription

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review, we’re gonna be talking about epic male enhancement.

This is a product that I actually came across while browsing an adult film site.

And I saw a couple of ads, and they set stuff like the secret to porn star penis, and things of that nature.

It comes as a free trial so I figured I’d pick up a bottle and see how it works.

We’ve talked a little bit about the product first but if you’d like to go ahead and jump ahead to my results, you can just click on the link in the description box below, and it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into nitty gritty details about this particular supplement.

So anyway, epic male enhancement is clearly a male enhancement pill, male enhancement supplement, like I mentioned before, I came across an ad that ultimately led me to a, what looked like a blog post, called markers of Melbourne.

And this whole blog post basically talked about, you know, some secret to gaining 2.5 centimeters in penis size per week, and it went on and on and talked about, you know how, this guy had such a horrible life and everything was going wrong for him, and things of that nature.

And then he came across these pills, and you know, they changed his life.

So more or less I thought it was bullshit, and it turns out that it actually was.

And we’re going to talk about that in a little bit.

So anyway as far as like what epic male enhancement is it’s.

It basically contains just all natural ingredients, right.

So you have ingredients like l-citrulline, which is an amino acid, horny goat weed, which is a natural aphrodisiac that’s been used for like a few hundred years, Agent panax ginseng, basically the same deal, and maca root extract.

All these ingredients, there’s a few others are which I won’t get into, but all these ingredients are very commonly found in a lot of other products of this nature.

So there’s really nothing you know dramatic or like fancy about it.

But it’s definitely something that’s very common, so.

As far as their claims, if you go on their website you’re gonna see all sorts of things.

They don’t outright say you’re gonna gain all this size, but they do, you know, mention that you’ll have bigger, harder, and longer erections.

Improved sexual confidence, and actually I come to think of it, I’m looking at their website right now, it does say increase penis size.

So yeah they’re not trying to hide that.

How it does that though, is a bit of a mystery, they don’t actually really tell you exactly how that works.

But by all counts, epic male probably does that through the use of l-arginine, and l-citrulline.

So basically those two amino acids what they do is they cause a process called vasodilation, so what that means is you have a bunch of arteries and blood vessels that lead into the penis, right.

When you get erect, all that blood that’s rushing in your penis is what causes the erection.

And what these two ingredients do, is they cause that vasodilation with, essentially allows for more blood to flow in, so it creates a larger erection.

It’s kind of the same way, it’s, it’s actually the same exact process that, you know, medical prescription pills, like Viagra and Cialis, they do, they have the same exact thing.

It’s called nitric oxide production, but yeah it essentially causes vasodilation.

So anyway, I decided to give a shot, I tried it out.

I had my opinion kind of set in stone from the start, you know, I’ve seen a lot of these male enhancement products marketed in pretty much the same fashion.

So I kind of figured that it wouldn’t really do anything.

Anyway, I decided to order epic male pills.

For the first couple of days, I took them on an empty stomach, they don’t really give you any directions other than saying that you need to take two capsules per day.

Let’s see, yeah take two capsules daily.

So they don’t say whether or not you should, you know, take one in the afternoon, one in the morning or if you need to take it on an empty stomach, or anything like that, so.

Basically, what I just did for, you know, the first couple of days, I just took the two capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

And I really didn’t notice anything for the first couple of days.

I definitely didn’t feel any [INAUDIBLE 04:03] I didn’t feel any longer and certainly wasn’t lasting any longer.

So despite all of this though I decided to keep taking it for a whole two weeks, just to see if anything would happen. And probably right around like maybe the four of the five-day market, it seemed to kind of hit me.

I sort of noticed that my erections were a little bit more pronounced, and I seem to be lasting like a little bit I longer than I usually would.

However, after a couple of days, probably about two or three days after that, I noticed that the effect seemed to go away.

So I’m not really sure if it was, this was the culprit or what, but I could definitely feel something for a few days.

So it may work in that regard, but I’m not really sure.

At the end of the two weeks, I took it like I said before, I took it for the full two-week period.

And I have to say my expectations were, you know, pretty much more or less confirmed.

I definitely didn’t get any bigger.

I did take some measurements beforehand and there was no change in size, which I was really not that surprised about anyway, so.

Anyway, I’m gonna talk a little bit about their free trial as well, so the only way that you can actually get this supplement, is the order of via free trial.

And the way that works is, you put in your credit card information, and your billing info, and your shipping address, and all that stuff, and you pay like four or five dollars for shipping.

I think it was like, actually I think it was only like two dollars and 95 cents for this particular bottle.

And then way at the bottom of the page that you are actually ordering this from, you’ll see the fine print.

And most guys actually miss it, but it basically goes like this: By submitting, you consent to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions, and after your 14-day free trial period has expired, being enrolled in our membership program for 95 dollars, thirteen cents.

And then you’re paying six dollars for shipping and handling.

So basically totals out to almost a hundred and one dollars per month. So what does that mean?

It means that they’re gonna charge you 101 dollars for this supposed trial or sample, that you think you’re getting.

And if you don’t call it cancel, then what they’ll end up doing is send you a fresh bottle of epic male pills every 30 days.

And there’s a lot of guys that don’t realize that, and the next thing they know, they’re 3-4 months in, and they keep getting this bottle.

They think they’re getting a sample, and then they log in to their bank, or their credit card, or something like that, and you know, they’ll see four hundred dollars worth of charges.

A lot of companies do this, they get away with it because, for one it’s legal, and for two there’s a lot of other larger companies that do it.

So if there was any kind of FTC regulation requirements saying that certain companies could do it, then it would definitely be a problem, so.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have for Epic male enhancement.

If you have any questions you can leave them in the comment section below or you can send me an email to contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you soon as I can.

And I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Hey guys.

Rob here again with supplementcritique.com.

And today’s viewer to be talking about something called enhanced mind IQ. This is what’s known as a nootropic supplement or brain booster, that’s basically designed to help improve your overall cognition and focus.

I’m gonna talk a little bit aboutenhanced mind IQ first.

But if you’d like to skip ahead to my personal review, you could just click the link in the description box below and it’ll take you to my website supplementcritique.com, where I go into all the nitty-gritty details of my personal experiment with this supplement.

So anyways, enhanced Mind IQ labels itself as number one rated all-natural smart pill.

According to them, we start to experience a loss of brain power right around the age of 30, and some of the symptoms of this include memory loss, difficulty concentrating lack of focus, and decreased energy levels.

Of course, some of the benefits of this supplement basically include the complete opposite.

Stating thatenhanced mind IQ can help with intense focus, enhancement mental clarity, improved energy levels, and advanced cognition.

They briefly mentioned on their homepage that it’s been seen on news outlets like the New York Times, NBC, CNN Health, and USA Today.

But what’s interesting to note is that when you try to find an article about enhance mind IQ on any of these sites, you actually come up short.

I searched the New York Times website, which you can literally search for articles all the way back to like 1851, and I didn’t see anything on it there.

I also searched CNN health, and the only thing that came up was some article about how smoking pot on a regular basis causes changes to your brain, and may even lower your IQ. Lastly, I checked the Chicago Tribune, and pretty much found no mention ofenhanced mind IQ at all on there either.

So anyways the official ingredients list in enhanced mind IQ contains a proprietary blend of ingredients that they call a cerebrex.

I think I’m pronouncing that correctly, cerebrex blend.

This plan includes amino acids like l-glutamine, l-carnitine, and l-tyrosine, and other natural ingredients like dmae, taurine, ginkgo biloba extract, phosphatidylserine and Bacopa monnieri.

There’s really nothing revolutionary about this blend.

You’ll find a ton of other brain boosters that contain similar ingredient profiles, many of which I’ve actually personally tested myself I did a quick search to see what others were saying about enhance mind IQ, and the vast majority of feedback was not very positive.

We have about five reviews of enhanced mind IQ that people left on our site here, and almost every single one of them rated it as one-star.

Another site called paya, has about 25 reviews of it, and the average rating on there is about 1.3 stars.

So you could start to see a trend here as far as its overall effectiveness and the feedback that people are giving about it.

Despite all this, I figured I would giveenhanced mind IQ a fair shake and try it out myself.

I ordered a one-month supply off their official website, which I believe is tryenhancemindIQ.com and I believe it cost me somewhere around like fifty-five dollars or so.

The directions on the enhanced mind IQ label are actually a little bit contradictory.

On the one side, it says that a serving size is two capsules and that each bottle contains 30 servings.

But when you turn the ball around it actually says as a dietary supplement take one capsule daily.

So I wasn’t really sure if I should take one or two capsules, so I decided to just take one capsule for the first few days and then if I didn’t feel anything, I would basically up the dose to two capsules a day.

I triedenhanced mind IQ out for about two weeks and I gotta say I really, I didn’t feel much at all.

I didn’t experience any increased concentration or focus, I didn’t have any sort of mental clarity, I didn’t seem to have any effect on like, you know, short or long-term memory.

I don’t see any mention of how long it takes for this stuff to kick in, at least on the enhance mind IQ website, but I, you know, I basically figured after two weeks I should have felt some sort of effect, which unfortunately did not.

Based on the enhanced mind IQ reviews that I’ve read up to this point, I really was not very surprised at that.

Anyways, that’s pretty much all I have for enhanced mind IQ as far as my personal results.

One thing I did want to mention is that you should be really cautious if you decide to get the free trial of enhanced mind IQ. A lot of guys thinking they’re getting a free sample when they’re signing up for this, but this is actually not the case.

You’ pay something like five dollars for the shipping of the trial bottle.

But what many of you have actually probably missed in the very fine print at the bottom of the page, is that they’ll actually end up charging you eighty-nine dollars and ninety-two cents, fourteen days after you’ve ordered. it says so right here in the terms and conditions, which like most guys, you’ve probably completely missed.

There’s actually a lot of reviews onenhanced mind IQ that are basically a bunch of dudes, who are just really pissed off that they didn’t realize that they were going to be charged for this.

So really the only way you can stop them from doing this is to call the customer support phone number and cancel it.

And I’ll put the phone number in the description box below if you need it.

So anyways that’s all I got for enhance mind IQ. If you have any questions just leave them in the comment section below or you can send me an email to contact@supplementcritique.com, and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

And thanks for watching, and I’ll be back soon with another review.

Take care.

Hey guys.

Rob Miller here again with supplementcritique.com.

And in today’s review, were actually gonna be talking about a combo of supplements that I use to help mimic the effects of viagra, cialis, and other prescription erectile dysfunction medications.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last twenty years you probably know what viagra is.

It’s a medication that’s used to help treat symptoms of erectile dysfunction, and it’s supposed to help you know your quality, stamina, and control.

At the same time, it also has a tendency to produce a lot of side effects, a lot of those side effects include headaches, flushing, indigestion, and nasal congestion.

So that’s being one of the downsides, in addition to the fact that you have to get a prescription from your doctor to get it.

Makes it sometimes a little difficult for guys to talk about this kind of stuff because it’s a little embarrassing.

In some cases is also, it’s a little too costly for guys, they just can’t afford it, you know.

It can cost anywhere between $10 to as much as 30 dollars a pill, depending on your insurance carriers, so um.Anyway, I’ve tried you know dozens of different male enhancement supplements over the years, some of them work great, others are complete garbage, and some of them have a little bit of effect but they tend to produce a lot of side effects, so.

This particular combo that I have here is called Extenze and phenibut xt.

Special Note: Since making this video, I have also tested a wide variety of Phenibut from various vendors.

You may want to consider going with a different brand of Phenibut from AbsorbYourHealth.com.

It’s WAY more effective than Phenibut XT, and cheaper too!

Here’s a link to their site: https://www.absorbyourhealth.com/product/phenibut/?ref=4349

So I’m going to talk a little bit about each one of those briefly, and try to explain how they work.

And see if I can give you an overall idea of what you can expect from taking these two supplements.

Anyway, so extenze, you’ve probably heard of this before it’s very heavily advertised on the Internet, TV commercials, pretty much anywhere, they have them in the back of you know Maxim magazine, lots of different places.

It’s been around for a very long time, probably close to like ten years.

And when they originally started promoting this product they were saying that it was gonna help grow your size, which of course is not the case.

They ended up getting a lawsuit against them and they lost millions of dollars and were subsequently bought out by another company, who sort of cleaned up their act and reformulated the product so that now it’s just supposed to help produce, you know, greater erections and make you last longer.

So this other supplement here is called phenibut, and some people call it phen a butte, but I like this just to say phenibut.

Anyway, phenibut is a very interesting product.

It’s as a supplement, an all-natural supplement.

It was actually developed in Russia as a drug and that drug was used by astronauts or cosmonauts, to help keep them calm and relieve anxiety, without making them feel foggy like a typical benzodiazepine would do.

And the way that it works is it crosses the blood-brain barrier and produces GABA. So GABA is gamma-aminobutyric acid, which primarily works on a gamma b receptor.

Now, if you drank alcohol before, it’s pretty much the same effect that you’re getting from alcohol except it doesn’t produce the mind-altering or mind debilitating effects.

So you don’t feel, you feel calm, and relaxed, and happy, but you don’t get that cognitive impairment that you would typically get from alcohol for instance.

Now, the combo of these two is awesome, it.

Because extenze contains Yohimbe, which is a really powerful stimulant.

It’s a great aphrodisiac, but it tends to cause a lot of side effects.

And those side effects include, like irritability, anxiousness, jitteriness, it makes you feel like amped up basically.

And that’s exactly where phenibut comes in, it basically comes in and reduces or pretty much eliminates all the side effects that you’d get from extenze (www.BuyExtenze.com).

So to put it in a different perspective, this one works great alone, right.

If you want to take extenze by itself, I’m fine with it.

It actually works very good as an all natural alternative to viagra.

However, because of the side effects that you’ll get from the Yohimbe, it tends to… It’s almost like you get really hard, and you want to have sex, but at the same time you feel like you want to throw up and you’re just too jittery to even like focus on what you’re doing.

And that’s what’s great about Phenibut.

Phenibut will completely eliminate all that anxiety.

The difference between these two products is in the sense of how they work.

Typically with extenze, you would take that like 30 to maybe 60 minutes before sexual activity, and it starts to work.

I would say probably the best results probably hit in about an hour or maybe now in half or something like that.

With phenibut, it’s very different it actually takes like four to six hours before you actually start feeling the effects.

So the way that I would recommend that you take these, is for instance, with the phenibut it comes, this particular one is from snx.

So if you click on the link below the video here I’ll take you to my review, and I have a link to this product then you can, you can buy it online. it’s actually really cheap, it’s like 15 bucks for a bottle or so.

Each capsule contains 500 milligrams of phenibut, I recommend that you start with the lowest possible dosage.

So either one, maybe two capsules, on a completely empty stomach first thing in the morning, and don’t eat anything for at least like an hour and a half, maybe two hours.

Once that hits, like I said, it takes anywhere between like four and six hours.

I would, about an hour before sexual activity, I would pop one of these capsules.

And you will see absolutely fantastic results within like an hour, maybe an hour and a half.

It’s, again, it’s very hard to explain, but it’s it’s almost like that you just, you want to have sex like constantly.

You don’t feel that anxiety that you would get like if you’re with a new chick that you’ve never been with before.

That is like almost completely eliminated, you’re basically like more confident.

And you’re just producing this boner that is ready to do just tear a chick in half, so um.

Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have.

There’s a lot of detail between these two different products.

I can’t really go into too much on this video here, so if you click on the link below the video or just scroll down because I’m placing this video on the on the review itself, you can see exactly how it works, and how I suggest to take it, where you can buy, all that kind of stuff, so.

And if you have any questions you can leave them in the comment section below, and if not, I’ll be back soon with another review.

Have a good one.
