Furthermore, they show a graph that shows the results you can expect month-to-month from taking NeoSize XL.
Is this increase in penis size permanent?
They stop short of claiming that, but who are we kidding?

While many people want to believe that it is enough to take a pill in order to achieve penis enlargement, it is hard to believe that NeoSize XL will work that way.
I’ve seen literally HUNDREDS of supplements like this, including Xplosive Vital, Viarexin, Xanogen, and Rock Hard, all making these exact same claims with nothing to back them up.
While its main ingredients contribute to better blood flow and increase levels of testosterone in the male body, you should not believe these claims blindly.
The pills must be taken regularly in order to notice an improvement, which at $54.95 for 1 bottle, can be quite expensive.
In fact, the only info you’ll find on him is his quote on the NeoSize XL website.
There’s another doctor cited in the customer testimonials section who goes by the name of Dr. Karl Smith from New York.
According to my research, there is only 1 Dr. Karl Smith located in New York, and he’s a forensic scientist for the US Department of Homeland Security.
Is he associated with NeoSize XL?
My gut tells me know, but stranger things have happened.
I’ve done a lot of research on this supplement, and I have to say I’m a bit disappointed at the lack of detail in NeoSize XL reviews.
For example, if you look at some of the reviews on Amazon, you’ll see that NeoSize XL has a pretty big disparity in their reviews.
However, if you look at what the people are saying, you’ll see simple 1 sentence (sometimes less) feedback.
Statements like:

I came up short on NeoSize XL testimonials while searching on yahoo answers and youtube, however you will find such non-helpful videos like this one on Youtube:
Essentially, this is just one big marketing video for the supplement.
In it she basically says that the pills really do work, and that her boyfriends sex drive has gone through the roof. She doesn’t make any mention of size gains, but does say that his confidence has been boosted dramatically.

There’s actually a very good chance that Herbal Virility Max does indeed work. The combination of L-Arginine and Yohimbe is VERY potent, and will almost certainly help you in terms of increasing sexual stamina and improved erection quality.
It should definitely have positive stamina and erection effects but it does not live up to all of the claims that their ads make.
What holds me back from giving this supplement a favorable review is both their marketing of it, some of the claims, and the free trial.
It’s something that I could never understand.
If you have a TRULY great product, then why tarnish your reputation by running deceitful ads to market it?
Deceitful and over-zealous ads only serve to plant the seed of doubt in possible customers and suffer legitimacy.

Also, this specific product claims to be based on a secret ingredient that has been kept under wraps for many years.

Not a huge amount of weight, but I could tell the difference…
Week 3
Moving along to the third week was when I really saw a difference. Not only was I sleeping better, but I could feel a distinct improvement in my overall mood and sex drive. I won’t get into any nitty gritty details, but let’s just say my fiance was “impressed with my performance” 😉
Week 4
Finally, at the end of the month, I felt like a 20 year old again. I dropped about 12 pounds, and was looking and feeling great. I stopped taking the Nugenix after the 30 day point, and could feel the effects gradually diminish as the ingredients were washed out of my system.
I still felt good for the following month, but not quite as invigorated as I was when I was on it. But, I could definitely tell that it had made a significant difference, in a very good way.
I decided to just stop taking it, figuring that it likely needs to be cycled to get the best results.
The Nugenix label says that you should take 3 tablets everyday with a glass of water. It can be taken on an empty stomach, but take it with food if you experience any stomach upset.
How long does it take to start working?
Generally speaking, the best results become obvious after 4 – 6 weeks of Nugenix consumption.
How can I expect to feel?
From my own personal experience, and from the experience of others I’ve read in the past, you can expect to feel:
Increased drive and vitality
Feel stronger and more athletic
Increased erections
Do I need to cycle it?
Nugenix does not need to be cycled.
Can I take Nugenix if I have high blood pressure?
As with most supplements, it’s always a good idea to speak with your doctor before taking Nugenix. Interactions are always possible, and only your doctor will know if it is safe for you to take.

Do I need to take it with an estrogen blocker?
I didn’t, but Nugenix recommends that you take it with their “Estro Regulator” estrogen blocker.
Estro-regulator contains Diindolymethane, which is a powerful ingredient that acts as an estrogen blocker. This is important if you want to limit the potential Nugenix side effects from coming off it.
Will I fail a drug test if I take it?
There aren’t any Nugenix ingredients that will flag a drug test, so you should be good in that regard.
If you’re really that worried then I would suggest you bring the bottle with you to the blood test center so they can rule out anything that may trigger it.

Will Nugenix Increase My Penis Size?
No. No pill will do that, despite the many claiming to do so.
The makers of Nugenix came out with a new and improved formula that they names “Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone” about a year ago, but unfortunately have not had a chance to try it out yet.
However, I have done a good bit of research on it and this is what I found out:
It contains an almost totally different formula.
In fact, the only common ingredient the 2 share is Fenugreek extract. Unlike with the original Nugenix, the Ultimate Testosterone formula comes with the following ingredients:
D-Aspartic Acid
Epimedium Sagittatum
Stinging Nettle
Maca Root Extract
Eurycoma Longifolia
Boron
From the looks of it, this (to me) is definitely an improved formula.
Many of these ingredients, including D-Aspartic Acid and Maca root, are found in some of the best testosterone boosters I’ve ever tried.
2. It’s More Expensive, But There’s A Catch
A bottle of regular Nugenix, which contains 90 capsules, will run you about $56 at your local GNC. This is a 30 day supply.
A bottle of Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone, which contains 120 capsules, will cost you about $75. This is ALSO a 30 day supply.
So instead if taking 3 capsules a day you’ll be taking 4.
Not a huge deal, unless you’re not a fan of popping more pills.
3. The Reviews Are Practically The SAME For Both
From researching all of the reviewsI could come across, it seems that the vast majority of men who’ve used Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone got pretty much the same results as the ones who used the original.
So Which Nugenix Should I Get?
Considering the end results seem to be the same with both, than I would recommend you just stick with the original.
There’s a fair amount of guys out there that don’t respond well to ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid and Maca, but practically EVERYONE will get good results from Tribulus Terrestris and Testofen (at least in the bedroom department).
If you look around on some of the other sites that have Nugenix customer reviews, you’ll find that a good majority have reported great results.
For example on Amazon a fair amount of reviewers rated it 4 stars or better, which is not very common with free testosterone boosting supplements.
Most of the people who said it works well seemed to be getting the best results after a few weeks of taking it.
This is supported by the fact that a good majority of the reviews of Nugenix here on SupplementCritique.com rate it favorably as well.
Most of reviews mention that Nugenix helped improve their overall well-being, improved their vitality, and increased their endurance, especially during exercise.
It’s also interesting to note that many of the men who experienced positive results were 40 years of age or older. I have no idea why this is the case, but that’s what I noted in my observations.
The company responsible for Nugenix, and many other brands, is called Direct Digital LLC. Founded in 2009 by Brandon Adcock, Direct Digital LLC is a company located in Charlotte, NC, and own brands like Instaflex, Lumiday, and Luminite.
Their products are sold in a wide variety of retailers, including Rite Aid, CVS, Vitamin Shoppe, Walgreens, Vitamin World, Duane Reade, and Vitacost.
Nugenixcan be found both on their official website, as well as online retailers such as Drugstore.com, LuckyVitamin.com, and Amazon. Nugenix is also sold through brick and mortar stores such as GNC, and it’s actually one of the best testosterone boosters there if you ask me.
The official Nugenix website (www.Nugenix.com) has a function that allows you to search for a health food store near your location, just in case you’re nowhere near a GNC.
As stated earlier, a one month supply averages about $70. The official website also offers both a straight sale and a free trial option.
With the free trial they will automatically sign you up to pay for and receive a new bottle each month.
However, be aware that they will charge you $69.99 18 days after ordering your free trial.
If you want to cancel you have to call their customer service phone numberat 855-714-3234 and tell them you would like to cancel.
The nice thing about the Nugenix sample is that, while many other companies that run free trials make you send the product back, this is not the case with them.
The reviews speak for themselves, and although I haven’t personally had a chance to test it out myself, one look at it’s formula and you can tell it’s going to work.
What makes P6 different from Nugenix is it contains a number of alternative ingredients like black cohosh (its primary ingredient), Wild Yam Extract, and Stinging Nettle.
On a cost basis, P6 is comparable to Nugenix, coming in at around $60 for a one month supply, even though they only sell it as a 2 month supply (2 capsules per day, 120 capsule bottle).
When comparing the reviews, it looks like the majority that have used Cellucor P6 have gotten great results from it, while Nugenix only has a limited number of positive testimonials.
Nugenix Vs. Test X180
This is a supplement I actually have tried.
Consequently, Test X180 didn’t do a damn thing.
I took it for about a month and personally thought it was a waste of money.The only real difference I noticed was I actually got a bad reaction to Test X180.
After the first week of using it I noticed I was waking up with raging headaches (and a raging hardon, which was a good thing). For me, the side effects were not worth the benefits, and I ended up dumping the bottle.
If I had to choose the lesser of the evils, I would certainly go with Nugenix.
This is another one I have tried, so it’s easy for me to compare the 2. What I find lacking about Nugenix is that, while it contains zinc, fenugreek, and tribulus terrestris, it doesn’t contain one VERY important ingredient….D-Aspartic Acid.
For those of you who don’t know, D-Aspartic Acid (D-AA) works to help release growth and follicle stimulating hormone, allowing for an increase in testosterone. (2)
This action is limited however, and testosterone levels can quickly drop off if your taking it too long.
Testofuel contains D-AA….Nugenix doesn’t, and I feel that it is a totally necessary ingredient if you are looking into using a testosterone booster that you will get great results with.
As far as price, they are both on the same page with that one, coming in at around $70 for either supplement.
Nugenix Vs. Maxgenics
A relatively newcomer to the market is called Maxgenics, and unfortunately I have not had a chance to test it out yet.
However, I have done some preliminary research, and it looks relatively comparable to that of Nugenix. It contains many of the same ingredients, but also includes the likes of Tongkat Ali, Muira Puama, and Piperine.
However, without the addition of Fenugreek extract, I can’t see Maxgenics being as effective as Nugenix, although it is cheaper at $50 for a one month supply.
I recently learned that Maxgenics was forced to cancel most of its claims by the ERSP review board (Extension of the Better Business Bureau).
After personally testing Nugenix out, I can easily say this is one of the best testosterone boosters I’ve ever used. It started working quickly, didn’t cause any side effects, and gave me long lasting energy and enhanced libido.
Because it adds to so many areas of positive male health, I would say that taking Neugenix is a game changing addition to my regiment and it serves many purposes.

When searching for a reliable male enhancement remedy, you need to pay a lot of attention to the list of ingredients.
At first glance, Maxidus seems to be the regular male enhancement formula based on herbal extracts, and by no means the “number one” natural supplement for correcting erectile dysfunction in men. What causes more concern is that Maxidus contains a derivative of sildenafil, the same chemical compound used in pharmacological treatments for ED that is not recommended for many categories of consumers.
While, in theory, Maxidus may be able to boost testosterone production and correct the symptoms of erectile dysfunction, these effects may be caused by the presence of the sildenafil derivative, and not to the herbal extracts included.
All in all, the manufacturer does not seem to be very honest, so caution is advised in case you want to try this particular product.
Virility Ex represents a particular type of male enhancement product as it combines the use of exercises with the administration of pills in order to reach (supposed) benefits like increased sex drive, better erections, and even increased penis size.
While all these claims sound like the perfect solution to all male sexual problems, Virility Ex does not seem to be supported in any way by clinical studies or individual testimonials.
We’re going to dig into this male enhancement supplement and learn everything you need to know to make a wise decision.
After all, there’s a million sex enhancers on the market that promise the world, but most of them fall flat when it comes to delivering bigger, better erections.

t’s true that proper blood flow to the penis (in particular the corpora cavernosa) and the release of nitric oxide is what helps with erections… but this is the same verbiage used by the BIG players in the ED world like Viagra and Cialis.
The real question is, do the Virility Ex ingredients truly work to deliver the bold results they claim?
We’ll get into that in just a bit, but first… what are these claims?
The Virility Ex pills are a combination of herbal ingredients and essential amino-acids.

Now let’s break it down to see the magic, or lack thereof, in the individual ingredients.
We’ll discuss the main ingredients worth mentioning.
American Ginseng is used to help treat low-libido and impotence in men, but according to WebMD, there is insufficient evidence to back this claim. (Source)
Asian Ginseng, according to Mayo Clinic, does have “some” evidence that “taking high doses improves erectile dysfunction” by increasing blood flow. (Source)
L-Arginine is a naturally occurring amino acid that supposedly helps blood vessels relax for oxygen-rich blood flow to the penis.
However, studies show that a “statistically non-significant” number of men (5%) experienced improved erections by taking L-Arginine alone. (Source)
Cayenne Fruit is a pepper that “may help with improved sexual function and digestive health.” (Source)
Catuaba Bark has been found by European herbaliststo (maybe) have “aphrodisiac properties to help combat sexual weakness.” (Source)
Although they don’t list it on their main page of ingredients, I found that Virility Ex also contains an herb called Yohimbe.
Yohimbe is sourced from the bark of the Yohimbe tree in western Africa, and is a natural aphrodisiac and vasodilator which helps with blood flow.
According to one study, 14% of men experienced improved erections while using Yohimbe, while upwards of 40% experienced “partial” improvement.
Now, for good measure, after saying the ingredients are all-natural, they once again go into the whole “it’ll lengthen your penis” deal.
So let’s just clear the air now… NONE of the ingredients in Virility Ex are capable of increasing the size of your penis.
While this product might help you get in the mood and experience better erections, it will NOT add length or girth to your friend down there.
Also, let’s keep in mind that it says it’s “clinically tested.” I see no evidence of this (links, studies, etc.) anywhere on their website or across the internet about this.
Yes, there are side effects you might experience while taking Virility Ex.Most of these shady companies claim there’s ZERO side effects to contend with… which is always B.S. So I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the makers of the product are (somewhat) transparent about this.
Here’s what they list on their site…
They claim the side effects are “benign.” So let’s have a look.
And let’s start withYohimbe, perhaps your greatest concern if you take Virility Ex.
In so many words, WebMD suggests you’d be better off laying naked in the woods with honey smothered over your junk than you’d be experimenting with Yohimbe.
Even when taken in “typical doses,” this ingredient can be dangerous…
“When taken by mouth in typical doses, yohimbe and the ingredient yohimbine can cause stomach upset, excitation, tremor, sleep problems, anxiety or agitation, high blood pressure, a racing heartbeat, dizziness, stomach problems, drooling, sinus pain, irritability, headache, frequent urination, bloating, rash, nausea…” Source
Not to beat a dead horse, but another study brings up a good point when discussing the dangers of Yohimbe.
The researchers say “Most yohimbe products don’t say how much yohimbe they contain.” (Source). Virility Ex is one of those products.
There’s no telling how much Yohimbe is a.) in this product, and b.) safe for YOU to take.
Yikes!
Not so benign after all. And that’s just ONE ingredient.
I’ll now briefly touch on the side effects of a few more ingredients in the formula.
Medical News Today reports that although relatively safe, users of American Ginseng might expect the following side effects:
Asian Ginseng, or Panax, is reported by WebMD to “commonly” cause insomnia.
Other less common side effects of this ingredient include:
Breast pain
increased heart rate
high or low blood pressure
headache
loss of appetite
diarrhea
etc.
Finally, according to HealthLine, L-Arginine might cause everything from increased risk of bleeding and potassium spikes, to changes in blood sugar levels and decreased blood pressure. (Source)
The website doesn’t say how to take the pills, but I’m assuming you take one pill 30-60 minutes before having sex.
At any rate, I’m sure the usage directions are listed on the bottle.
8. Will it really make me bigger?
No, this sex pill and exercise program will NOT increase your penis size.
It might seem like you’re getting bigger when you have an erection, but the temporary increase in blood flow will dissipate, and you’ll be back to your normal size again.
There isn’t a pill on the market that can make your penis grow in size.
9. Can I take it with Alcohol?
I would definitely advise against taking Virility Ex with alcohol.
The Yohimbe alone can bring enough complications, without the wild-card of alcohol in the mix.
Play it safe and stay sober while taking this one.
